Very disappointed with service,as a previous customer, customer service had been good.3 maybe 4 sales people behind counter too busy to acknowledge 2 customers in store. I opened dishwashers read what I could from machines,I decided to leave as did customer 2 .I went to Harvey Norman and instantly got asked, and all the help I needed and more. On seeing customer 2 there I asked her why did she leave Betta and she told me why mmmm the same reason I did. We spent our $5,000 organised our deliveries and left.

I enquired about appliances for my home and the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. I will definitely be making this store my go to for electrical goods in the future.

I purchased a fridge, tv and washing machine from this store. Not only are the appliances excellent so was the customer service.

Terrible experience. I bought a fridge on the 13th of Jan and on the 30th of Jan I had to cancel the order as I hadn’t received the fridge and the customer service team didn’t even know where the fridge was. They could not give me a precise answer and were not able to help at all.

Such great service and competitive prices. To top it off free delivery and our refrigerator was taken away. New refrigerator was installed by friendly delivery men.

Recently bought a TV from these guys. Their prices match those of the bigger names in town, but with more personalised service and a more convenient pickup location for those south of Hobart. Solid range too!

I would give zero stars if I could......... After my pensioner mother purchased what she thought was a new fridge she received a dented floor stock fridge. After calling the manager he gave her the following options after originally not believing (turns out they delivered her fridge to someone else and she got the floor stock): she could have a refund, they could order a new one for her and she could keep the dented one in the process or they could give her a $100 discount (which was pathetic). She decided she would be happy to wait the 8 to 10 weeks for a new one and keep the dented one until that time. After she decided that the manager changed his mind and said she wouldn't be allowed to keep the dented fridge during that time. So they completely stuffed up and took no responsibility and then wanted to leave their CUSTOMER without a fridge for 10 weeks! And the worst part is they didn't see an issue with that! The manager offered no solutions, was rude, he really doesnt know the meaning of customer service and really just didn't care. He kept blaming everyone else. We ended up going to The Good Guys and got the same fridge at a discounted price. So save yourself the hassle and go straight to The Good Guys, they know how to look after their customers.

Great people to do business with. There was none of the usual BS from a sales person as you often find in similar businesses, the purchase was therefore a breeze and the price was way below what the bigger stores were offering in their clearance sales. Well done Betta electrical Kingston!!!!

Great service and prices

Purchased a 45cm Artusi Freestanding Dishwasher. Dion the sales person was excellent. Was very happy with his service. Dion was also very prompt in responding to all email queries and sending the tax invoice. Happy to support a local business. Will surely buy products again in the future from this store.

Was at Betta electrical Kingston looking for a fridge, it was great, I hate buying a fridge, but a good range, great deals, many on big discount, and still was able to barter, plus delivery and old fridge removed, in 2 work days, it was great. Good service, good price, I'm happy,and park at the door, yes.

We were looking for a fridge recently and after shopping around we found the best customer service and the best deal at Betta Electrical Kingston. Steve was the man that invited us to bring any cheaper prices we found elsewhere, back to Betta, for them to try and beat - which they did by a whopping $400, not only that, he organised a loan fridge for us until our new fridge arrived. Hats off to the delivery guys as well, not only were they friendly and polite, they were really helpful removing our old fridge and super careful making sure they didn't damage any doorways, floors etc., in the process. We always try to 'keep it local' when we buy and two of the main things that we look for are great customer service and value for money - we found both of these at Betta. Thanks Steve and the team at Betta Electrical Kingston - your help was very much appreciated.
