Nice enough lounge, good food etc. Helpful staff. Toilets could do with some seat and hand sanitiser.

Looks like coles cafeteria, over crowded, no fruit salad for breakfast. To small. Not a great upgrade.

Renovations are looking good. We had really comfortable seats with table in between which allows one to recharge their phone, use computers or sit back, eat and relax. Food was really well made. Good quality. Choc chip muffins was yummy Toilets are clean and big

I have some lounge passes, but cause I'm not a club member I was turned away due to 'capacity restraints' I am a silver frequent flyer (whatever that means) and have a complimentary lounge invite, but apparently that isn't good enough 😅

As of December 2024, the lounge presents a sleek and modern design, boasting a clean and minimalist aesthetic. While the ambiance is pleasant, it’s evident that certain aspects of the space remain a work in progress. The attentive and professional staff are a highlight, ensuring that visitors are well taken care of throughout their stay. However, when it comes to the lounge itself, it lacks defining features or standout elements that would leave a lasting impression. Although functional and comfortable, the experience feels rather ordinary compared to other premium lounges. The amenities, while adequate, do not elevate the space to the level of exclusivity or luxury that one might expect. For now, it serves as a quiet place to relax, but it could benefit from a few signature touches to make it truly memorable. With its current potential and dedicated staff, we hope to see improvements in the coming months to align the lounge with expectations for a premier travel experience.

Enjoying great food and drinks before departing on our holiday. It's a great place to relax at while waiting for your flight. The new section isn't quite ready yet, but it shouldn't be too much longer before it's ready. It's definitely worth coming here before your flight.

The new updated Qantas Club is looking fresh and modern.

Renovation is very nice, but still currently renovating, so there no separate business class. They had to announce for people to gather belongings to allow others to sit down, little limted on space.

Awful Refurb.. you’ve managed to rip out the heart & soul of the place and replace it with something completely soulless. Such a long wait for something very disappointing.

The service areas including the bar and food amenities have really stepped up, seating is terribly uncomfortable. The addition of PowerPoint's next to all seats is great.

Renovations at Adelaide Qantas Club have resulted in a large area with polished concrete flooring. It’s now extremely noisy and unpleasant!

The new digs are looking fancy. Loving the ample charging points, wired and wireless. Haven't tried the food, but looked similar to the usual fare. A well appointed renovation.

Rude staff that just stare at you when you walk up for service. Very limited food options that sit on the counter for ages, today there was tuna sandwiches sitting there for hours. Also needs more PowerPoints for charging devices. My least favourite of the Qantas Club lounges

BETTER MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISION OF LOUNGE REQUIRED- QANTAS CLUB ADELAIDE Not a great lounge at all- smelled of vomit. It was dirty (saw food on floor, on the table and on the bottom of some seats). Snack selection (nuts etc.) OK. Really only light refreshments available when I visited- nothing substantial. Some snack plates (with cheese etc) were off to the side which looked tired and very unappealing indeed. Unsmiling staff were standing around 'on guard' around the snack plates and at the entrance desk which was very unwelcoming and slightly off-putting. Very poor sweet selection to have with my coffee (I think there was one type of slice on a plate but that was about it- no cookies or other types of cake). There didn't seem to be any system to alert people when their coffees were ready- meaning coffees would get cold or there would be confusion about whose coffee was whose. The most annoying thing was the roaming staff who kept on whisking away my dishes and cups- even when they were only half finished- all without asking! One of them continued to take my coffee cup even when I said I was still using it. Would have been better if they stopped taking dishes off people and did some CLEANING. I did not see anyone wiping/disinfecting the tables, vacuuming the floor or cleaning the old food from the floor and chairs. There didn't seem to be much cleanup once guests left- they were too busy taking dishes off people who were still using them. No powerpoint outlets around my seat or nearby seats at all so I had to move to a different position to charge my device. The best thing was the coffee which was made to order and freshly brewed. Different types of seating areas (lounges, dining chairs etc.) were available which was good. Bathroom was OK. Lounge was crowded. Visited September 2024. Have been to Qantas Clubs in the past and have generally found them good but this is the worst one I have been to so far. QANTAS CLUB ADELAIDE NEEDS MORE EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT; PARTICULARLY WITH REGARDS TO HYGIENE, CUSTOMER SERVICE & FOOD SELECTION.

Frankly it's got nothing on an Air Zealand Koru lounge. And I hope the they fix the PA which is inaudible. The food is mediocre. Hopefully more seating once the reno is done. But the staff are freindly and the coffee is fine. Verdict: It's okay

Rude racist staff. Was wearing podiatrist scripted thongs and was asked to remove them for enclosed shoes. I was more then ablidged to change my shoes until the 2 gentlemen checking in right after me were wearing thongs. I then questioned the lady behind the counter Marissa at the Adelaide lounge. And was told they are ok because they are not made of rubber. I was in disbelief the staff did not ask about any medical conditions that may of prevented me wearing enclosed in shoes on this particular day. And upon entering the lounge I saw numerous people wearing the cheap $2 thongs. I could only put this down to targeted due to my race as I was clean dressed like everyone else except my shoes.

Probably my favourite lounge in the Qantas network. Staff are always great and always lots of available seating to choose from. Food and Beverage can be a bit sketchy but generally it's ok. Please pass on my sincere thanks to the managers of Javier at the front desk. He noticed that my connection in MEL was tight due to windy conditions and a flight delay and proactively moved me to a direct flight from ADL to SYD without hesitation. Much appreciated!

Quiet , attentive staff and good snacks

A whiff of the great wide world of travel in this otherwise quaint and accessible airport. Friendly entry staff (unlike those in Sydney for example), clean facilities, fresh food and snacks, enough seating not to feel cramped. Good bar with quick service.

Probably one of the best domestic Qantas clubs in Australia. Unlike others, it still has a view, and the food is beyond the MYO toasties designed for FIFO guys. The gyoza are a stand out.

One of the better qantas clubs. Going through renovations at the moment, but always attentive staff good coffee and mix of food and beverage..is a little run down hence the current uplift underway..

Now this happened second time, got my parents flight cancelled on last moment. We drove for few hours and paid for extra accommodation because of flight cancelled without any reason. For my old parents I booked straight flight so that it will be easy for them. But left with no other option, got rebooked for another flight after half day waiting. This flight got one stop, 4 hours of stop layover wait and 12 hours extra journey. Its was so hard for my parents as they were travelling alone. No assistant was provided to them even i added the assistant help for them with rebooked flight because they are very poor in English.No compensation, no accommodation, no proper assistance, no straight flight offer was provided.

I would normally give a higher rating. But the renovations which is impacting on space meant ok option for meals. No issues with staff or seating. 29/06/2024. I have dated the review as no doubt it will change in the future.

Normally the best Qantas club in Australia bcos if it’s good service and good vibe but not sure if there were any renovations going to kitchen but food was limited and club size seemed smaller. Hopefully this is only temporary?

Renovating like a champion, staff friendlier than a koala sanctuary! Food's good, but avoid the cold sangas - unless you enjoy using your lunch with a chisel. Still a great escape from the terminal!

1st timer! I thought it was a great idea for Qantas to do this, shame its not for everyone tho. For those who pay for business class, they should definitely use the service. Presented very clean & organised. Foods were not over the top, salads soup, bread. Any soft drink,tea,coffee,juice, even had 3 lollies jars. Plenty of space to continue with work, power points everywhere, general seating and dining seating.

Not much food but good enough to work for an hour with wine and beer. Bar opens at 12pm.

Coffee and food were good, but the carpark view was not as scenic as the Perth Qantas club. On the plus side, there are lots of desks for charging...

Why is this literally the only qantas club in Australia that serves plain old salad and cold meats for lunch service, never ever seen a hot meal, except for soup, yay. Even Darwin qantas club has a selection of curries or fried hot food for lunches, someone has managed this for too long and is obviously achieving their budget KPIs due to not providing anything decent to eat. Might go have a look at the Virgin lounge.....

Lovely, open spaces. Good selection of food and beverages. Always tidy & free of noise.

Qantas club is great. Would be great to see a different food offering. Gets a bit boring for frequent flyers.

Large lounge. The usual QC food and drink options. Bathrooms were very clean. Some of the seating needs revamping, booths we sat in near the bar were worn, ripped and in need of repair
