Exceeds expectations

First time visit for a counter meal and a very pleasant experience overall. The lady who served me was lovely, friendly and very helpful explaining the menu and specials. I had the beef schnitzel which was delicious. It was the perfect thickness and had a nice crunchy crumb. It was served hot too, which can be hard to come by these days. The dining area is small but intimate, and the nearby noise from the pokies only added to the ambience, in a good way. I'll be back again Thursday night for the specials! 😀

Just a little dark. More natural lighting would improve atmosphere

We went to have dinner here after hearing about the vegan schnitzel and were not disappointed! We loved the vegan parmigiana, the house made schnitzel was so thick and tasted awesome! Also had the vegan burger which was in a pita pocket, that was amazing! Plus the vegan herb pizza for entree and chocolate cake for dessert were also delicious. Food came out quickly and service was great all round. Highly recommend this place for those who love their pub vegan food!

They had a great outside area before, now they have extended the pokie room, bad move, so now it sux, outside area is very noisy due to loud air con so no music or tv like before, it's just a place to go to have a quick smoke and get back to spending your money on the pokies so they get your money.. Not Happy Jan!

We ordered pizza through Uber eats and honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve had. We live close to the hotel but never stopped for a meal, after trying the delivery we definitely want to dine in. Recommend 100%

Took my mum and a family friend there, bought 2 x Seafood baskets and two steaks . Woeful ..last time we went, 3 mths ago, maybe 4 and the food was top notch. None of us could stop raving about the place and we told everyone to check it out.Unfortunately the old chef left and the new one really hasn't kept up to the same standard. Hopefully things improve or we won't be back. Lift ya game guys .. we did let management know and they did give us a voucher for next time and we WILL check it out to see if things have improved in a few weeks as we do legitimately like the place so hopefully they are back to the way they were ! PS. Espresso martinis are top notch here still

I had read positive reviews so went in just to try it out. Had a beer in the bar first with friendly service. I suffer from low blood sugar and had a drop while there and the bar tender took me to get something sweet to get my blood sugar up. She was very quick and helpful and I was grateful. Dinner was in the back area and the staff there were particularly lovely. Chatty, friendly and great service. I ordered the special which was a great deal $22 I think steak, fries salad and a drink. Steak was just usual pub food. I had gone for the pizza though and ordered the rose water special in the photo. Was so good probably the best pizza I’ve had so far in Adelaide. Thanks for a great dinner!

Why was the coffee machine cleaned at 12am ?there still were customers considering the venue closes at 2am .

A recent local, I discovered this little gem and kept coming back. She might not look all ritz and gliz but my goodness she shines where it's important. Food is sensational, pizza, steak, and my new favourite Chicken Hawaiian Parmi. The staff are always friendly, and we get a seat without having to dress up. The teenagers, on the rare occasions they will be seen in public with us, love the pizza. Keep doing what you do, we love it. ❤️

I was there this morning and this beautiful lady was one of the staff that work there , She greeted me with a big smile and was super friendly and asked me if I needed anything and she made me very nice coffee. It was very good to start my morning with such a good customer service. Well done 👍

Great little spot, family friendly, foods pretty decent although daily specials slightly changed and was a little bummed the thursday $15 snitty went up to $18 and no longer include gravy in the price as that was our family favourite. pokies are available with Plenty of parking,

The food is absolutely incredible, the pepperoni pizza is next level. The service here is unmatched! They always handle your food with care and I've received lovely little notes on my take away orders. Will always order from them!

I love getting the pizza deal takeaway. Pizza dough is not greasy, nice stretchy Italian style dough. There’s good options for a bit fast food style toppings and traditional Italian toppings. Chips are fried nicely here too.

Great staff and specials throughout the week. Food was delicious and catered for all our dietary needs.

We had a great time. Staff were friendly, well spoken and worked effectively. Atmosphere was kid friendly, relaxed and comfortable.

Great pub

A friend recommended this place, so I drove 20mins to try it out. I enjoyed the delicious pizzas! Big size, the dough was perfect and toppings generous. The servers were lovely. I shall trek there again.

Always love coming here. The food is always amazing, service is friendly and informative. Will be continuing on coming back again and again. Delivery is always amazing as well.

Have always loved going to this pub while working in the area 20 years ago. Now with a modern reno and updated menu and of course Pizza Junkie. The pizzas tonight were incredible!

Staff were great when it came to service & helped a lot when I had questions about their etag system. Definitely worth a visit for a meal.

We had our dinner here together with our friends We are from Melbourne, the food was great and the customer service was immaculate.

Food here is unreal. Service is always so friendly. I came with Mr McFuds not expecting much as we were passing through but have found ourselves passing through more and more often to get some incredible pizza or schnitzel. Portions are huge and the prices are very, very reasonable. Try it out and you won’t be disappointed.

Food was excellent. Service was average. And somewhat disappointing as regular customer.

The wood fire Pizzas were really amazing. I had a Gin and Tonic. The tonic they have on tap is terrible. They don't have any bottle tonic. Avoid if possible. They were good about not wanting to drink it and refunded the drink for another kind.

Iv had the beer battered flathead delivered twice , unreal both times so not just lucky. Massive serving size , 3x fillets ,very fresh fish cooked perfectly, the salad is even high quality , not just some rocket . Then the tub of tartar was twice the size of normal takeaway sauce container and it was also a delicious seems to me housemade tartare sauce. If I read this review I'd think it's a add bott but it was truly that good I had to share

Amazing food here at very reasonable prices. There's lots of vegan and gluten-free meals to chose from. The pizzas are to die for. We'll be back to try out the schnitzel next time. Update: schnitzels are just as good as the pizza.

Staff were polite and Meals were excellent. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Only downfall was they have no kids meals.
