Great hotel. Very good location at the airport.
Do Not Stay Here!!!! Room was dirty on arrival, Minibar not stocked on check in, check in and check out makes you feel like you’re in the supermarket self serve checkouts. Furniture is cheap like it was purchased by an unemployed teenager and benches made from formwork plywood. Parking not included and considering location and price no 24hr room service. On arrival found the staff member at reception to be extremely rude and only really gesturing to the self service area. Hallways have ductwork exposed like it was a warehouse. The only positive is the location if you are flying and someone else is paying. You are better off staying in the CBD or surrounding areas and catching a taxi. Still cheaper for both room and parking. I say again don’t waste your money here.
We stayed here before an early morning flight. The room was large and comfortable. Very clean and shower was hot with good pressure. Restaurant downstairs was perfect - good selection of food and drinks. It's linked to the terminal, so you don't need to go outside to get to the terminal. We will definitely stay again if we have an early morning flight.
Place is neat and tidy was a shock to see that the tv remote was filthy as this a common touched item u think even a wipe over it was discusting bed was super soft and pillow like a dream . As for the food over priced garbage ! Seriously $10 for 2 bits of garlic bread they wernt something to have about at all I'm not one to complain at all but that food was a HARD PASS! Do not eat here
My stay at Atura Airport Hotel was exceptional thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Louis, Chum, and Harpreet. Sachi and Susiee provided invaluable pre-arrival assistance, and helped make this stay memorable. Jason's friendly service at the restaurant was a highlight. Their combined efforts made my stay fantastic.
Sie müssen am Flughafen Adelaide nicht unbedingt Burger essen. Das Barservice im Hotel ist perfekt und die Speisen hervorragend.
It is essential for potential guests to be informed prior to booking that construction work, including drilling and hammering, begins as early as 7 AM and continues until check-out at 9 AM. While the rooms are clean, they appear semi-finished, with visible concrete cracks and exposed plaster. Additionally, the hotel lacks key amenities such as a gym, as it is still in the process of completion. The reception area is a temporary setup with limited space, accommodating only two guests at a time, which may result in waiting. For the price, I found the overall experience underwhelming. However, the convenience of being within walking distance to the airport was a definite advantage. For a fully enjoyable stay, I recommend waiting until the construction is complete.
The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Close to airport early flight next day.
Fantastic customer service, and love staff. Good hotel to stay.
This hotel was perfect. Connected to Adelaide airport, probably the most comfortable bed I have slept on. Good sized room, very modern. Smooth checking etc. Highly recommend
Pros: * located a short walk across the courtyard from the arrivals terminal. * reception open 24/7, friendly and helpful * clean & modern rooms * fabulous breakfast buffet with paperbags available to pack a few food items, e.g. pastries, fruit - convenient if you're travelling * easy to use online checkin/checkout 1 Con: From two separate stays in two different rooms I have experienced being awoken by strong aviation fuel fumes in the morning. I assume it is entering through the ventilation system which is necessary to use as there are no opening windows.
Great for early flights. Fresh and clean. Left my charger there to never see it again. Never showed up in lost property, and I contacted them twice. Can be pricey for one night. I stay prior to early flights if I can get it at a good price. Staff are happy and helpful. Ordered room service and it was good. Easy self check in and out.
For a hotel at the Airport, this was a good one. The room is big enough for a couple or a businessman. It's the convenience of it that is good, if you have an early flight. The food in the restaurant, I have to say was outstanding, just a little overpriced. Staff were very friendly. The Room and Bed etc. very comfortable. Well worth staying overnight before flying out early.
Very convenient; next to terminal. Rooms are nice and quiet, with large flat screen TV and a comfortable bed. While there, they were renovating the 2nd floor, but the noise wasn't bad. They have a bar and dining area on the ground floor.
I have some thoughts. First of all, this is a super easy hotel to get to and from the airport. Late flight or early morning flight, this is the spot to stay. It’s clean and convenient. However, I have a few issues…. The first problem is the restaurant. If you want fresh/healthy food after eating bad airplane food, the on-site restaurant isn’t it. I watched the cook take a bag of frozen food out of the freezer and cook it. So if you’re expecting fresh food, don’t get it here. This second problem is actually a real issue because I can’t shower after two days of travel because there is no lotion in the hotel room. We travel internationally often and of all the travel we have done, today was the first day I came across a hotel that does not offer lotion in the hotel room. Minor inconvenience to some but it’s actually VERY important to women after they shower and shave. It’s also important to people of color. They have a little “shop” downstairs that sells headache pills, chips, etc. but sadly, no lotion to even purchase there either.
Food is awful. Rip off. Never stopping in here again. Better food and coffee in the terminal.
We booked the Atura at Adelaide Airport when we thought a 9pm arrival from Sydney was late, imagine our satisfaction when our flight suffered significant delays ex Sydney and didn’t get into Adelaide until midnight.||Aside from being allocated a twin room, our stay was more than adequate. The service was friendly enough, room clean and had everything we needed for a sleep stay.||Highly recommend for late arrivals or early departures ex Adelaide.
It is a great place to stay when flying out of Adelaide. It is so convenient, you couldn't get any closer to the airport. Our room was very spacious, friendly staff and the restaurant has fantastic meals.
Great Hotel. Very near to the airport. you can walk to the check-in.
Very handy if one has an early flight. It’s also a very nice hotel, spacious and very clean room and efficient sound proofing. The breakfast was all that one could want and then some. As it’s integrated with the airport, it’s only a short walk from the terminal. Check-in and check-out is automated, great for the business traveller and convenient for us that travel for leisure.
Very nice hotel and room is very clean and good. Happy to stay here .
Sensational!!!!!
Handy if you have a late flight into Adelaide. Location is great you don't even have to go outside of airport. All under cover. A bit over priced considering you don't even get bathrobes, but you pay for the location. Very basic, but funky modern, bright, rooms with yellow being predominate. Pleasant service
Amazing dining experience, thanks our waitress izzy for going above and beyond with a pleasant bubbly way of going about things.
Flight got cancelled so ended up staying here for one night. Was great and close to the airport.
This property never disappoints in all departments. The rooms are nicely appointed, and very clean. I love the decor, celebrating everything about an airport. Screens with updated arrival and departures adjacent to the bar, and late night snacks available at reception. The staff go the extra distance to make sure each stay is very enjoyable. The food is always extremely good, and very well priced. We just love the Atura Airport Adelaide.
Super isolatie. Boven verwachting goed hotel!
Good coffee, great fit out / space. Visited while waiting for numerous arrivals and service was good all but one time when my order (different milk) was bumped over an airport employee who ordered after me, I was delayed in getting to the arrivals and had to leave over half a coffee. No big deal but was frustrated in the moment for the hold up. Tried the san choy bow when waiting on Friday, it looked great, good construction, wish there was spring onion, chilli and sauce on the side because while nicely constructed, the mince was so dry, once you got to the flavour the meat was dust. Will try something else next arrival visit. 🤞🏽 Vibe when it’s busy w folks sitting outside and playing pool is nice. Pricing for entrees/snacks is reasonable and wine list is good.
The stay was nice, comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
We look forward to returning! Accommodated every request. Travelling with my family for work can be difficult but this location has it all. Generous size rooms, impeccable service from the welcome team and restaurant/dining. Incredibly convenient, affordable and bursting with culture, it doesn’t feel like a typical hotel - it’s designed purposefully, very unique. We felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed the hospitality dining both in the evening and for breakfast. It’s fascinating watching the planes yet you can barely hear anything with phenomenal sound proofing.
Very good location, even accessible directly from the arrival terminal. Foods are nice.
Landed 22:30. Room pre-booked, bar and food closed. Oh well, minibar...|2 bags of chips. Maltesers, a mars and nuts. I dont do sugar and salt.|2 beers a 375ml white wine and a 375ml red. No spirits.|Hmm... Room service? Closed 10pm.||A capital city international airport and I cant even get a feed.
Super convenient location for an early morning flight, incredibly sound proof room and super comfortable beds. But the negative air pressure in the room caused a god awful smell to emit from the drains periodically. Need to get that looked at.
You just can’t go past the Atura for convenience, how quiet it is and reasonably priced for food and drink. The beds are just super comfortable, easy to check in and seriously - so quiet! 10/10 Atura - always an easy choice for us
Hotel is well located. Rooms were spacious. Very disappointed with one reservation staff who was on borderline discrematory. Calling the staffs behaviour rude would be an understatement. However the other staff (Louis - i think?) on shift at the reservation was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I stay here regularly, always a great stay
The hotel basically has one purpose, which is for airport passengers /crew to have somewhere to stay either before an early flight or after a late flight. There are no other accommodation options at the airport. As such, guests are pretty much a captive audience, susceptible to high prices and mediocre service. Rooms are functional, if sparse. Staff seemed to be just going through the motions, with little apparent enthusiasm. Our early morning wake up call did not occur. Where the hotel wins hands down is on its location. If it were situated anywhere else I would not book again. However, despite it's shortcomings, I know I will book again as it's literally a stones throw from the check in desks.
Great cool retro hotel in centre of Adelaide Airport. Perfect for late and early flights and connections. Cheerful lobby area with bar and restaurant. Comfortable bed , helpful staff , online check in and checkout. Bus to City centre J1 / J 2 just short walk if you have longer layover . Pleased I booked here coming back on return trip . Happy Traveller . Thanks Atura
Perfecto para descansar antes o después de un largo viaje, situado literalmente en el aeropuerto. Buen servicio de restaurante.
Only use this hotel for easy flights. The rooms are like bomb shelters my phone barely works. I have stayed here a few times but this has to be the worse stay of them all. TVs are terrible, room service was so bad this trip. We ordered 3 meals and they messed up two of them, first mess up we had to ask twice for drinks we ordered becayse they forgot to bring them. The second mess up they didn't even bring our meals and left one complete order somewhere else. Then at bfast I rang and 3 times I was on hold so long it disconnected, in the end I had to ring the main desk, poor poor poor. Mini bar had 250mls of milk for two people, thats maybe 2 coffees but supply you with multiple coffee pods and tea. The only cup is a tea cup, no coffee mugs, men dont drink coffee from a tea cup that holds a mouthful of liquid. Not even a free bottle of water. The lighting is terrible, all these little ambient lights that do nothing. Downstairs is great, the bar area very cosy. The room menu is appalling can't even get a staple schnitzel and selection is very limited. I was contacted on the morning of check in and told they were giving me an upgrade, I ended up in the same room on a higher floor, that's not an upgrade. This stay I was very disappointed, I can't suggest this hotel other than easy location for an early flight connection.
Lovely rooms and the staff really tried but they were understaffed. We ate at the restaurant. Don’t bother with the garlic bread or broccolini. We had the lamb cutlets (great), ribs (great), and salmon bowl (good but missing some flavour and too much ginger). Again, they were understaffed and this meant long waits and missed drinks. Food came out at different times. The food that was great WAS REALLY GREAT. High prices but it’s an airport hotel so that’s what you get.
TV wouldn't operate. There was no answer when we tried to call reception. Forced to go down and ask for assistance.😡 Easy to access the terminal.
Alright i think we can all agree this place *she takes a deep ausie breath and she mutters the words howdy partner🤠* this place is FABULOUS 😋✨. all my ausies out there get ready and hop on your kangaroos! Me(75) and my hubby (26) came all the way from america to Australia on our magic rainbow flying carpet we got off roblox for 5.99 its a deal if you ask me! Hahaha 😂once we got to adelaide we decided to buy a radioactive ☢️dog from the side of the road to tame and be a alpha❤️ we decided to name HIM adelaide named after our horizon! But then he had a heart attack... Oh well its sunday night right now and i feel like taming some koalas so ill be right back for more! *she does a mario chuckle on repeat whiles slowly gliding away into the shimmering moonlight* adios my mates! 😉🤠🤘🤘
OMG. This was such an unexpected hotel. So eclectic and hip!
Friendly, helpful staff. I only stayed one night as I had an early flight. I found the very modern style slightly unusual - my room's ceiling was raw concrete with a large yellow circle on it. The room was large enough for me, but I wouldn't want to stay longer than a night or with children. The room was extremely quiet. I never hear any planes or other vistiors. There was no luggage rack which was annoying. Considering the room was modern-looking, it's a pity the shower rose was disappointing. It would be great if a personal mirror was included so make-up could be more easily applied. The bed is THE most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in! I'd love to know the brand of the mattress (I forgot to look). I had the buffet breakfast which was very nice. The hotel is very close to the airport. It took me approx 5 mins to casually walk to the departure area. I check-out online which was a easy, fast process.
Because my family were flying out very early in the morning we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport. Which turned out to be the Atura Hotel at Adelaide Airport. |We booked a room facing the airport which I highly recommend as if you are an aviation fan or just like planes. We go to see all the planes take off and land. |The bedroom was clean as well as the toilet. The beds were super comfy. Yes, I believe a lot of the rooms contain two double or queen size beds I honestly don't know. While the room had some strange decorations to laugh at it was a great room. |Now we move to the best part. The food. Me loving fish and chips ordered, guess what, fish and chips. It was very delicious; the fish was fresh, and the batter was crunchy. The chips were also cooked to perfection. |The staff were very kind and overall, it was a great experience.|Unfortunately, due to our early flight we couldn't try the buffet breakfast so that I can't review on.|The only bad part about this hotel is the check-in is via screen not a person. Which for me is rather disappointing as it kind of ruins the experience checking in and the excitement in my opinion. |Overall, it's a great hotel, I would definitely go back. Oh, and I forgot to say but the hotel windows are huge, and you get two of them. Highly recommend.
It's convenient, being based right next to the terminal. The website looks flashy and the hotel seems newish, but it didn't quite live up to expectations. We arrived to the news that there was no water until 11pm. So no showers, no toilet flushing. We were offered a discount on dinner to make up for it, which would have been nice if we hadn't already eaten. No other discount was offered for what I would call a fairly major incovenience. The room was absolutely tiny, but that was expected. Still, not a great layout when trying to deal with luggage. Terrible lighting as well - quite dark in the middle 'seating area' where you might actually want some light to do things. The bathroom was spotless, but the main room was grubby round the edges with acres of dust behind the bedside tables. There was definite lack of usable plug sockets near the bed. The bed was comfortable enough, and it was quiet enough to get a decent sleep. The restaurant/bar area was OK, but basic. We'd stay again, just because of the location, but we thought it was a bit overpriced for what it actually delivered.
My room was almost completely made of plywood. The structure of the building was wanting. Look up to the ceiling when you are seated for a meal and there are bare pipes clearly marked sewage.the ceiling in my room was bare concrete. Lucky the service is good because everything else is grossly over priced. Should have stayed in a backpacker's
So we’re travelling with lots of bags - 11, and there is nowhere to store them (an airport hotel!?) no trolley to help (you can go next door and pick one up from the airport) ok I’ll just go get one! no help or space (leave them in the hallway?) literally had to take 2 lifts (parents in one and me in another with the trolley I went and got from the airport lol) Certainly convenient next to airport but its help yourself not hotel let us help you style. My parents were very surprise at the lack of service for the money paid. We had to move furniture to fit our trolley in the room! And to finish it off we went to sleep to the beats of bad music vibing from downstairs - Disappointed ☹️
Even if the terminal is on fire and your luggage gets diverted via alaska, don't waste your valuable sleep time on this place. $319 for a strange industrial fusion room with checkin challenges (might have been issues with booking agent, who knows, got to give benefit of the doubt there) but then you dont get a receipt and they ping you emails after check in to tell you that they will send your more emails later to let you know how to check out by email. What???? A call to the front desk revealed that actually they have humans you can check out with at the front desk. Also the room design is so funky it took me 10 mins to find the tiny kettle - spoiler alert for those who love the thrill of the chase in their hotels, look away now - it's behind the sliding shower door. Three of us were also stuck in the lift for about two minutes trying to get to our room, only getting out when someone on another floor called the lift up so we could get out. Save your $319, spend $200 on food and bevs to while away the hours at the airport bar and leave Adelaide $119 richer - almost enough to get you an earlier flight out of town, negating the need for the stopover all together. Atura, the only joy in my heart is that I will never be going through this excrutiating transaction again. And yes I do realise everybody else seems to love it, but terrible communication is not my thing.
This place is so convenient and easy to access the airport and car hire locations
Differently the spot to stay the bed was unbelievably comfortable ✔️✔️✔️
Location is next to the airport so really good if you have an early flight next day. But at almost $400 a night with no other dining option but the hotel itself and not even a free bottle of water, not worth it. The room has a 750ml glass bottle which you can't even take with you to the airport. Then room service... Imagine my surprise when my order arrived and the staff gave me a paper bag. I got very confused as I didn't think I ordered from Uber Eats! Might as well... The food came in those cardboard boxes with cutlery exactly the same as what they give you at Maccas. And they are the same price as other hotels' room service, except they deliver food to you in a tray and proper cutlery with napkin. Adelaide is a small city with plenty of nicer hotels (and cheaper), the airport is only 15 mins away. So stay there.
The staff here are really rude to Espe im to customers trying to rest whilst waiting for a flight
Hosted a workshop and stayed there as well. A great venue for both
Amazing breakfast (even have takeaway containers) and well sound proofed rooms. Save the hassle before an international flight and check in
Wow this hotel is amazing. I chose this because we were coming back up from Eyre Peninsula and flying out next day so it is close to airport. So close that you walk out the hotel door and across the walkway into the airport.|We chose a runway room which was just perfect. Great decor in room and big bathroom and a bed that overlooks the airport runway so you can watch the planes coming and going. Double glazed windows so no noise at all.|Downstairs was a lovely restaurant and bar area that was so quirky and we really enjoyed spending time down there. Booked into the restaurant for dinner as it gets really busy then sat around the bar and had a couple of drinks. There is also a little outdoor area that you can sit at as well.|Loved this hotel and will definitely be back to stay here in the future.
Very pleasant modern hotel, comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. Ideal for the traveller with the early start.
Great place to stay.. very friendly staff foods a bit costly and they don't do gravy with food and food isn't flash at all only good thing about it is the rooms.. a fan in the rooms would be good
Very good airport hotel Excellent: customer service and very fast check in Good : location, very short walk to airport. breakfast buffet, only had scrambled eggs but everything else was perfect. Bad: internet was slow, restaurant isn't 24 hrs so if you're late, your options are processed foods/snacks
Showers that don’t have any way to keep the water from escaping the shower are dumb. Watching the water go all over the bathroom floor because there is no door or curtain is really dumb. Having no way to adjust the water temp without being IN the shower is exceptionally dumb. But they felt the need to do this anyway. Why? Only god knows.
The most comfortable place, with a direct view of the airport, so you can see planes coming and going. Second time staying here, before returning to Indonesia
The mattress was far too soft for my liking. Not sure if it is the style of mattress or whether it is old and saggy and needs replacing. Either way I don’t like being enveloped by the mattress. The safe was still locked from the previous guest. Perhaps housekeeping can check this when preparing the rooms. Poor staff training is a letdown. Locked our goods in our suitcase when we left for dinner because we had no time to waste waiting for someone to unlock the safe.
Right beside the airport and connected by a walkway. Casual chic vibe and vibrant airport hotel that is great for those with an early morning departure or late night arrival flight.
The price for one person is absolutely ridiculous 469 dollars . Which is 250 pounds for one night. . Anyone who is going to Adelaide on their own they should avoid this hotel.
Super impressed with the room and the friendly staff. Parking is super convenient And location was perfect for the LIV golf. Only 7min to the course and about the same for Glenelg
Super convenient for catching early flight or when arriving on a late flight
Dekat dengan bandara, tinggal jalan kaki. Amenities lengkap, ada mini bar, kulkas, pokoknya memuaskan.
Great hotel.
During our visit to Adelaide, we stayed here. I was very impressed with their cleanliness, service, quietness, and the convenience of being right at the doorstep of the terminal gate. This meant I could sleep in until my flight took off without having to wait outside. I also need to mention Tay; he was excellent with his service and knowledge about Adelaide during our stay. He certainly deserves a raise. Highly recommend!
Clranliness, location and service is awesome...but..We booked for 4 people and was only left with 2 towels. The wooden sliding door to the bathroom when closed, left a huge gap where you could see straight through to the wall mirror with full view of the shower and toilet. More privacy is needed, especially for the price you pay.
Inattentive service, average food - clearly living on proximity to the airport.
Nice little airport hotel with great rooms and a nice restaurant and bar overlooking the terminal of Adelaide Airport.
Excellent service. Very convenient for air travelers, very close to airport. Drivers, beware no free parking. You have to pay extra for airport parking. Exceptional assistance from Laura, one of the receptionists, helped us to enter the room, couple of times, after check out to track and find our ipad.
Beautiful rooms with amazing service and location couldn't be better.
Great location right next Terminal 1 walk straight into airport terminal. We were able to drop off hire car one day earlier due to this location as car rental returns are 100 metres from the hotel. Best airport departure experience ever. Arrived the afternoon before our 9.30 am departure the next day. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the hotel food. Breakfast was included in our package too and as a Priority Quest Rewards member you get discounts off accommodation and food. Recommended.
Great place to stay right at the airport. Staff were very helpful and friendly
Great Hotel, built along side the Adelaide International Airport. Nice rooms with nice views of the Airport. Rooms facing the Runway have a nice view watching the planes coming and going.
