Very friendly staff and friendly service

Turned up at Shepparton store at 5.30pm Sunday to find it was closed. Website reads 6pm. A few other people turned up as well.

Has most of the same stock as Kmart with little variations, but this location in particular I find is not super clean and there arent always tickets/pricing on the shelves. There was a whole bay I saq which I know isn't new/being set up, that had no pricing and was messy. Annoying as a consumer.

Today, I visited Target and purchased two Christmas presents along with some wrapping paper. As I was in a hurry to wrap the presents and give them right away, I realized at the checkout that I had forgotten to grab sticky tape. I politely asked the male attendant if it would be possible for me to use approximately 5cm of tape at their checkout counter, given my time constraints. He then turned to a female manager, who responded in a rather dismissive manner, stating that the tape could only be sold. I acknowledged her response and mentioned that I was unsure of where the tape was located. She eventually went to get the tape for me, which I appreciated, but I found her demeanor to be less than welcoming. No wonder there were so people shopping at Kmart (I was at Kmart before this trip), and there were a few in Target for Christmas shopping.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My one-year-old son was in a stroller and getting a little upset while going through the checkout, staff need to mind their business and do their job. My son wasn't running around or doing anything wrong.

Too hot in there

Pretty good target; a dying franchise down in Australia. Has a lot of items that the Shepparton Kmart does not.

i fully feel for the young girl that was verbally abused by a “customer” today. she tried her absolute best to stand and serve after being yelled and swore at before having to walk off. i’m unsure of the full situation but no one deserves to be yelled at the way she was. i hope she’s alright.

always having lovely memories of shopping there growing up as being a child to being mature enough today knowing this target i always memorable

I like that. I have bought a vaccum cleaner which is their exclusive product. It works wonder. Overall, they r cheap and good

The shepparton target is always closing before their advertised time. It's happened to me on 3 occasions which is strange since I don't even go here that often. Disappointing

I found what I was looking for I walked straight to it.

Came in to look at baby clothes and makeup, and instead left after attendant in makeup area (store manager) falsely accused my friend and I of opening an item which was already unsealed. Extremely unimpressed of the accusation.

Yes, I was able to find what I wanted in stock. Only one person serving but there are so many checkouts there.

Fantastic layout with lots of space and super lovely staff at the door and check out. Also top quality stuff at a really competitive price. I find I buy from Target more than big W or Kmart because I know I will get good quality.
