An excellent store with top staff. John very happy to share some time and they are much more friendly with excellent pricing than a competitor just a short distance up the highway. Our new go to store for whitegoods.

It’s better at BETTA!! I brought some white goods after buying a house & the guy I dealt with was super friendly (I think his name was Josh?). The morning of the delivery, the guy showed up on time and he was so lovely and helpful. I can’t remember his name but his last name was Smiles. He wrote down contact details to phone them if I needed any help with my items.

Today I went to Simics Traralgon, Betta Electrical. I was so impressed with the customer service. We have been numerous times but never walk away disappointed. I am a big believer of local businesses, and think we all should make the effort to support them. Thank you to the Simic Family

Recently started some small Renos / updates on my kitchen in my old house.. everything was an issue & did not run smoothly / to plan. I ordered some white goods thru Simic’s (dealt with Michael) & when it came to unboxing the new oven, it was - well, dented & not in a spot that could be hidden. Of course the brand had decided to discontinue the item, yet Michael did all he could to find a replacement for me. I had never purchased thru a Betta retailer before but will definitely shop there again because their customer service has been impeccable. Thank you to both Michael & Phil for their help in putting a smile back on my face.

Don't go to the good guys and be sucked into waiting for them to stock an item! make that extra 2metres trip down to beta electrical they got it all and actually stock the products they are trying to sell I bought a new lg dishwasher at the start of the week couldn't ask for better service

Bought a front load washing machine from Betta in Traralgon and was served by Rob who was really friendly and polite. He had really good product knowledge and helped us out with delivery and installation. Simics customer service is why I keep going back. Highly recommend.

Terrific traditional service - Michael could not have been MORE helpful for which our family is extremely grateful. He went above and beyond to deliver heated throw rug to my sick father on his way home - (COVID safe guidelines adhered to with contactless delivery!!!) . John and the team were awesome, from showing us through the range of different products to suit OUR needs, to purchase and finally delivery these guys are the best in the Valley hands down. I’ve dealt with the other major 2 stores in Traralgon and these guys run rings around them for service and price. We’d already saved $400 in total from one of the other 2 stores before we’d even started to make a deal with John. We saved even further once we’d agreed to the deal. 5 stars guys

I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the help & patience of the staff at Tgon Better Home Living on my recent purchase of a front load washing machine not once did I fell pressured or put down they were so great to answer any of my questions thanks guys will be coming back for sure

Bought a stove, They price matched to the good guys agreed to the price took down the delivery address. When several days past and no delivery I rang them and I am then told that the price didn't include delivery. So I would have been better off buying from the good guys. I will never buy from them again scammers

Just had a fantastic experience here ordered a kettle and toaster 6am Friday. by 9 30 that morning I got a call in regards to my order and they delivered it an hour later so an estimated delivery of 2-5 days was literally 4 and a half hours!
