Today on 22/12/2024 I visited ToyWorld Central Werribee and I was delighted with my experience. I instantly stumbled upon this handsome tall young presentable boy who assisted in my inquiries and questionnaires. His warm, heartful smile alongside his incredibly professional demeanor made me feel welcomed and acknowledged. After a brief but engaging conversation with the young man, I came to discover that his name was Jayden. Jayden's great customer service and advice aided me in deciding spectacular gifts for my 2 cute little grandboys, Cooper and Max. I just want to thank you Jayden for your help and I would also like to pay my respects to ToyWorld for hiring such a gentleman. Thank you Jayden our conversation saved me troubles and time. You are a lifesaver!

Worst customer service experience. I checked online for the stock . It was available at Werribee store. We travelled 50 kms to get the specific toy. We looked around but couldn’t find it. So we went to the counter to ask for it. 3 young staff members were busy talking to each other. When I asked they pointed where we already looked . I informed them that its not there . One girl came in to help us. She looked around and then checked in the system. She informed us that there are 6 items in stock but she couldn’t be bothered to find it. I told her that we travelled this far just to get one item. She didn’t care and went to the counter again to continue their own conversation. My kids were disappointed. Will not recommend this store to anyone. Hi, I was there between 12 pm - 12:30 pm on Sunday 24 Dec, 2024. Two girls and one boy were there.

Reasonable price great variety toys … won’t disappoint. All kids have fun

Loved this place Dev was fancisnated with the toys and each toy displayed nicely. Nice to see toy sections and the best thing having the interactive display lego display. He nearly wanted most of the toys. We have spent hours just looking through and he tried few games toys. The lego display at the front was awesome and for once he pose for the pics and also with me. Thabks guys

One of the worse customer service in history. I have been to this store multiple times over the pass couple of months and not even once have I been greeted or even spoken to just complete silence and with so much attitude. Absolutely disgraceful.

Toyworld had a sale online for a $50 gift card for $4 I ordered 3 of them when I saw such a great Black Friday deal, was waiting for an email to say they have canceled my order, however it was posted on Toyworld Australia Facebook page they will be honouring the gift cards, and my friend who also placed an order spoke to head office and they also said we will be getting the gift cards , only to receive an email tonight going back on their word and saying no and cancelling the order! I can understand if you just said no and cancelled the order in the first place but to say yes we will be getting our vouchers to then say no is absolutely horrid!

The location on Google maps is not correct. Toyworld is somewhere in Pacific Werribee Mall.

Cassie and a young boy(who refused to say his name) were so rude towards me ,they were all flirting with each other instead of paying attention to customers ,I asked them to show me where they keep some toys ,she smirked and told the boy can you help this costumer ! Then he was pretending that he couldn’t hear her !!! I felt like I was in a kindergarten and I had to deal with little kids and their attitudes . They were so disrespectful,not sure if anyone is there to check on these kids !!!

Best place for Lego, early learning Toys You name it downside is I got a 1:14 scale Lego car for $80 meaning price's are high but a good place indeed

Went in looking for a certain product for my grandson, I had no idea what it was, so asked the staff and was very quickly shown the product range , was happy with the service levels and the stock

Don't know why it's called toy world. More than half the toys you can't find here. Staff is just in meh mode the moment a customer walks in.

A bit cramped for space. Though they have decent selection of toys, the experience of finding the right toy wasn't that great as during the weekend this place is packed and not enough room between aisles.

Expensive toys, compared to Kmart and BigW, whom are just a few steps away.

Always stocked, young staff here. You can get a good bargain here if you know your prices. A lot to choose from but it's a relatively small store.

Having rheumatoid arthritis, I was after a stress ball that I could hold in my hand. A extremely helpful female worker went on the hunt in the store and came back with a mini looking Rubik cube. Totally brilliant ☆☆☆☆

Good place to shop for toys, but sometimes other stores beat toyworld prices even though they are on special. Has a variety of toys and resources for all age groups.

Unhelpful staff though I was able to return the product with missing parts but with a long arguing phase with the salesgirl at reception... not recommended at all..
