Really disappointing services in two incidents. 1. April 2024 - bought a bunch of things. No trolleys available and lady at the counter asked some of the guys to help me carry stuff to my car. They didn't. So another customer was kind enough to help me. 2. July 2024 - bought a freezer. Paid for it and even though the website said they had stock, they insisted they didnt. That was fine. We said we'll wait for stock to arrive. They eventually called a few weeks later and said stock arrived. Went to pick it up and for over 2 hours they didn't know where it was. Manager was too busy to even help. Had to ask for a refund. Manager didn't even apologise. Super disappointed. Not a fan of this store.

Title: Poor Service Experience I recently visited the store and approached the front desk to inquire about the Dyson Airwrap. Unfortunately, the service I received was exceptionally poor. The staff, particularly a skinny lady, displayed a hateful demeanor and failed to provide any assistance. Her angry expression and lack of willingness to help were disappointing. It’s essential that this negative experience be acknowledged.

I didn’t get my questions answered from the staff working at good guys l have both a Dyson gen 5 from tham and 6 months later the screen on the machine isn’t working also not charging. I hand it back to good guys and they said they need to send it to. Fix 2 weeks later my Dyson is back from the service ; when I asked what is wrong with the machine they said they don’t know, they didn’t send the paperwork with the Dyson. I don’t know what kind of service they working with so they didn’t even know what is wrong with it so disappointing with the customer service"

The store used to be great 3-4 years ago but now the staff are arrogant and childish.

I usually get my electrical goods from here. Decent prices and a large range of products. Minus one star as one of the sales team swore while he was trying to sell something. I’m not a prude but I don’t expect bad language in a store like that; a football match yes.

In store experience great could not fault is always great. Paid for delivery of goods and shop staff very helpful when I had to change delivery date....provided 72 hours notice. Local delivery sub contracted out. Good Guys advised by text day before delivery I would receive a text .on morning of delivery with an estimated delivery time... no text recieved...10.56am called the store and told by staff the contracted delivery provider would contact me to advise estimated delivery time......3pm no contact from delivery contractor so called the store......unable to provide update when goods to be delivered...this is very very poor after sales service will make me think twice before buying there again. Not the first time I've wasted a day waiting on Good Guys delivery contractor. GG will lose my personal business my professional business purchases and my partners business purchases.....you need to sort out a better delivery service.

the Mildura store has great costumer service. my old computer died the night before and i walked across on my half hour lunch and was in out in less than 15 minutes with a new computer that suits my needs. Jordan was a wonderful help in choosing the right laptop that would suit me going away to uni and stayed in budget.

Tanya the manager was great in customer service and they offer fair prices too will come back again .

Customer service get 5 stars. They are all polite they do everything in their power to help you out to purchase the right product. When it comes to the gold service it is very deceptive I paid extra for a reverse cycle air conditioning because whether it's cold or hot it is a must in a household with the extreme weather and especially when you have an 88 year old demented person living with you it's been a week since I rang and I heard nothing ,,they say that it's 7 year warranty and they will come out and fix it right away when it breaks down in those 7 years, and if it's not fixable they will replace it that's what I was told, and I trusted them and I paid the extra not on just one product, I paid the extra gold service on a microwave just to please the salesperson I knew I was never going to use it if the microwave breaks down I will get a new one but I can't keep buying a new reverse cycle every time it breaks down my reverse cycle is still under warranty I've only had it for 4 years and the heater doesn't work it is lukewarm. The price that I'm going to pay in power with a tiny oil heater that does not heat the house we'll come to cost me a 4 a new reverse cycle.. I don't know if that sells person knew what was really going on with a gold service but if he knew shame on him. The gold service has very bad reviews I really wish I had read those reviews before I purchased it.. I'm very sad and disappointed because I have been played..

Horrible. Today I went in to go buy a nice simple long lasting juicer. I found one, pretty cheap but it looked really good. I got back and after 1 liter of juice had been done it started to smoke. I had literally bought this like 30 mins ago. I am. Very disappointed and will be getting a refund. The juicer is called Kambrock 2 Cone citrus press". If you are going to buy this juicer PLEASE DONT! Unless you want a wasted 30 dollars."

Great place to shop for your household appliances. Friendly staff that will share their knowledge on what you're looking for in a product. They can even arrange delivery if needed. My daughter bought a fridge and she will have it delivered to Renmark in a few days, saving me the hassle of getting it there for her.

Usually have a great experience with Mildura Good Guys and dud again in store when we purchased a fridge thus week. The delivery men were anything but focused on customer service, their rude interaction when calling to notify our daughter who had to let then in on our behalf was disgraceful. When they got the fridge into the kitchen they told her it would be left inside the door,they would not put it two meters more in the spot

Usually the Good Guys are great to deal with but in a recent attempted purchase of electronic goods , the young man I was dealing with failed on so many levels in his customer service forcing me to purchase from a competitor. In saying this it was just 1 person who failed compared to rest of very helpful staff.

Great range, can be as expensive as Harvey Norman so buy when specials are on. I recently bought a coffee machine, Dolce Gusto $99, about $45 off. Because I'm a member, they gave me another 0.50 cents off, thanks! They have another Nescafe machine on promotional special $55. Bargain. Staff on floor are extremely helpful and friendly, not so ladies at checkout, a bit like their 'you know what' doesn't stink. Good guys are a good place for their good specials.
