Worst experience ever , very rude no manners, very bad customer service , wont be be back . WOW !

Was very disappointed had a pethitic experience when I had spent $160 on model paints and was intending to purchase more and when purchasing the paints asked the cashier if she could check so I didn't double buy.When I checked at home I had 2 of one colour so when in the next time asked if I could exchange was told no without proof of purchase. For a $4 purchase lost a shopper.

Very poor customer service, being rude to kids asking questions politely. No manners or customer service skills.

I got a sore neck in this place. There was so much to choose from if you can think of it I'm sure they have it.

Abi was amazing with her knowledge and was patientand & great for trying to understand my really bad discriminations. With my lack of knowing what i exactly wanted but describing somewhat of what i was looking for, she pointed out a number of games that fit my discriptions. Louis and Abi were super friendly without being pushy. Great range in store and well set up and clean. Many thanks guys for you help in making future core memories for our family! Stacey

Prices pretty expensive compared to elsewhere, but you get a greater selection of games.

Paradise for people who love board games and cards etc.

Wow, the gang here sure know their board games. And the wonderful blonde lady really knows her stuff about the model cars. I always ask her to get the best advice on my cars.

What a place this wonderful place to deal with all the things in there was like a kid in a lollies shop

I walked in to this shop no workers in sight waited 5 minutes then one worker came I went to purchase something I pre order to find out they sold it to someone else I was furious and the worker said to me that’s not my problem you should of came earlier never walking in this place again

Would never walked in this shop again workers are rude they sold me a car missing parts and there trying to tell me that it’s not meant to have that parts NEVER WALKING IN AGAIN

The young woman behind the counter on the morning of the 8/12 was incredible! Very friendly and knowledgeable, helped me out with picking a great gift for my partner, and made the whole experience really nice.

Went in to pick up a box of prizm I had preordered, and they had sold it to someone else already this is the second time this has happened. Then to make matters worse the old lady at the counter said I can pay you back some other way and winked at me 😜 I said no thank you I have a GF and when I went home to tell my GF what happened she left me cause she doesn’t trust me anymore 😢 Worse preordering experience ever

Went to northland to buy a HR HOLDEN 1:18 model was told it was $250 said yes to buy then was told it was $279.00 I refused to pay that price when I was told another price, they rang the manager about it who refused to give to me at the that was quoted. Have spent 1000.00's of dollars st this shop since the day it opened and this is how they treat loyal customers

A young lady by the name of Breanna needs to be complimented on her demeanour, attitude and professionalism to customers. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, patient, polite and keen to help out, this was definitely a very pleasant experience. The retail world needs more Breannas, she would brighten up any shopper days day ! Thanks once again !

More expensive than competitors in the area. No price match, no refund. Shop elsewhere first and come here as a last resort

Games world has a large variety of stock, from things for kids all the way up to adults. Model cars boardgames and novelty gifts these are the main things you will find in the shop. Overall rating 4 its a great shop for all your gifts and small parties...

A great addition to the Northland shopping centre. Awesome range of games and goodies. The two shop assistants were very friendly and helpful. Bought a nice chess set there that they let me look at before hand. Thanks, will go there again.

If you like boardgames then this place is heaven. Seriously so much stock, heaps of titles, and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There's other hobby and collectables and puzzle thingys, but it's all about the boardgames 👍
