There employees are uneducated on federal law. When they decide to count their till they tell all customers that cash payments are not acceptable. This is illegal against federal law. The employees have now called the police because I will not move out of the driveway. Reason being because I'm paying in cash and they won't accept it so I might sue McDonald's Cranbourne because who doesn't like easy money. And not everybody that lives in Cranbourne was raised in Cranbourne 😉

Went to maccas for a quick lunch and the store was absolutely atrocious, Bins filled to where it was overflowing, tables sticky and filthy, rubbish all over the floor... Amd the manager on shift was being quite rude to the employees, not coming back do not recommend 🙄

Has always been one of the most untidy stores. Food not cleared away and chips are on the floor. Long long wait sometimes to get your food and quite often the order is not correct. Watch the drive through as they often leave items off.

I'm was not impressed. Nice looking maccas. I was the only one at the counter and had to wait for quite a long time to be served. The coffee I ordered had to be one of the worst I have ever had, 2 mouthfuls and then into the bin.A morning cup of coffee shouldn't be that difficult.

Must be the worst McDonald's in Melbourne Angus patty over cooked half order missing when got home chips cold and soggy. The worst McDonald's I have ever had.

Toilets were disgusting, covered in a brown play dough like substance, the stench was immaculate and service for a McCrispy burger was appalling. Apple pie was very good but was a bit hot. Scenery was acceptable

I would like to thank the team for making my daughter's 6th birthday party great. The play room and party space was ideal and everyone had a great time. 👍

There was a 15 min delay on my frappe due to issues with the machine, and the staff were so courteous and even upgraded my drink and gave me a $10 voucher for waiting. They went above and beyond. The staff and service at this Maccas are great.

Sick of them not having the correct change to payback when paying with cash. Hawaiian burgers were crap, the big mac fell apart ,chips were also cold and half full. Absolute crap.

This store should be closed as most of the time they are under maintenance and unprofessional staff not able to make orders in time. Hope McDonald top management or store managers read their reviews as it’s 3.1 should be shameful.

The bloke at the drive through had some head banging music blaring throughout the service area. Made it near impossible to hear the girl serving. The chips were warm and stale. Definitely last time I frequent this store

got served by this lovely girl named Rachel, she was so nice and had a big smile on her face which was great to see after a bad day.

food was ordered for delivery, when arrived there was a missing item. i called the number listed several times to either get the missing item or a refund, but kept getting disconnected. food is also l cold, said it would take 20-25 minutes to arrive and only got here almost an hour later

Great experience at McDonald's Cranbourne! The transaction was quick and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and accommodated my extra request for nuggets without any issues. My order was ready promptly at the checkout. Overall, a smooth visit!

Lose 2 stars on service because, depending which manager is on duty & you order table service for table delivery & also depending on whether the staff are switched on ( Efficient ) staff which are on duty, it's a hit or miss, whether they call out the order number, without checking or double checking on the monitors & or paper printouts, receipts & leave your order on the bench , to go missing or COLD or it is actually delivered to the table ( Table Service ) as per your reasonable request.

I visited the restaurant on 30th September at 5.55am, after ordering my usual brekkie deal through the mobile app and the crew manager just throws the food on the counter while I'm standing there and do not call the number either, she then moves on to see the coffee machine with another member with her airpods in one ear. After asking me what my order is, she just shrugs and nods her head at the food on the counter without handing them over to me. Absolutely rubbish customer service from this kid. Please train your staff to be respectful and courteous to customers. This is the first time I've encountered such behaviour from a Maccas staff member for a long time, and I visit multiple Maccas all around Melbourne all the time, which you can see from my order history.

I recently visited the McDonald’s in Cranbourne, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! This franchise is by far the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was accurate and served promptly. The dining area was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. Kudos to the team for maintaining such high standards. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great McDonald’s experience!

I ordered a quarter pounder and I took a bite and I noticed there was a long hair Ngl that was very disgusting but the service was good and the staff was very friendly but that was the only problem

Rip off maccas, ordered a quarter pounder deluxe last night through drive through, got to my destination, no meat in burger, tried calling store at least 10 times, no answer, will never go back there again.

Ordering from a machine, no human interaction, no menus displayed, happy meal with no treat because I didn’t click the box. Wow. I remember how it used to be with an owner and manager that had pride in their establishment and understood customer service. But this one clearly doesn’t care. Understaffed young people being put in situations like this deserves a visit by fair work or work safe Victoria to make sure employment conditions are safe. Reluctantly went into a McDonald’s to get two “happy meals” which come with either a book or a toy. We got neither in one meal because we didn’t tick the box. But they took the money. We don’t do this shack because we don’t like the food. So we faced with this machine ordering system that is not user friendly at all. There’s no menu on the wall like used to be. Nobody to help because the kitchen is clearly understaffed. No sign of any manager or owner taking pride in customer service. Robbed by #mcdonalds because I didn’t know how to order through their robot. Business like this deserves to fail.

Filthy is an understatement. Not one clean table in site, rubbish everywhere, full bins, management on their phones. Needs to all be fired, deep cleaned and start over

Coffee here is terrible, swear they never clean their machines. Gave them a couple of tries for my caramel latte but there was coffee grind all through it each time. Staff didn't handle it well.

Absolutely hopeless! We order with Menulog and there is ALWAYS something missing with our order. Tonight it was a large Vanilla Coke and a McFlurry!! Tried phoning the restaurant and was asked for a remote access code, which I don’t have. I’m fed up with paying for items we don’t receive - it can add up to a lot.

I don’t know if it’s a staff problem or training problem but majority of the time we receive our food missing whole meals! It is ridiculous! Would not recommend this store

If I could give a 0 star I would. Specifically asked for fresh fries, was given soggy fries and was told “ they just came out “… rolled their eyes and looked away. I’ve been eating McDonalds all my life and have worked in fast food before, I know what fresh fries should look like. Was there around 7pm on Sat. Either avoid the weekend evening crew or avoid the place altogether.

If it were possible to give a negative rating, I definitely would. The staff and services are the worst. Despite calling the staff multiple times for food, no one was interested in helping. In most McDonald’s locations, I’ve noticed they prioritize drive-through orders over in-store or pick-up orders. Why this partiality? Are customers with cars your priority? This is unacceptable. Please stop this practice and show some respect to all customers.
