Good place for Kids arcades games

Less staffing for the amount of people in. Hard to get staff's attention as they are tending to other customers constantly. Anyway all fun.

We hosted a birthday party there. Our host is called Kinda. Everything is exceeded our expectation. The venue does not provide catering. You BYO drinks and food. 90min of unlimited red and yellow games with 2 purple games is a BIG plus. Most other venues only offer 30min unlimited play of red and yellow games.

Staff are super nice and helpful - we wanted to exchange some prizes from the claw machines a few times and they were super accommodating!

Why we can't use our powerticker to redeem pops at the claw machine? But in the other timezone we can, there's no sense at all, cause all the pop at the winners vault and pop at the claw machine are the same

I had a great TZ party a couple years back hence went ahead when my younger one asked to have a party at TZ. I had 20% platinum voucher to use on the Full price of basic package $32, they miscalculated and with lots of kids waiting for the card to start the party I rush to pay without checking, when I realised I went back and asked them to recalculate and they loaded some refund to my card, but the amount remains incorrect but I wasn't going to stand there and argue to prove my calculations. Make sure you calculate before making the payment. They're reluctant to do refunds after you pay. I was told we get our own party host to assist with the party, I was introduced 2 party hosts on the day one lady named Emma, the other one I don't know... I struggled throughout the period of 2 hours of the party looking for them, for getting the TZ card to hand out, for a cake knife etc... They always have a way of showing up and offers help when everything settles. The only prompt response we had was 'you have 20mins remaining for the room'. The room itself was spacious and clean, we were allowed in the room prior to the party, other staff don't handle information regarding the party but willing to assist in tracking down our party hosts. Overall the experience is kind of disappointing. I don't think I would host another party at TZ Parra again.

Every timezone with their claw machines always allows a swap, so if you win something you can exchange it for a different toy from the same machine. Sadly, I went up to the counter to change over two of the same toy I had won. However they refused to do this! Which was very bizarre!!! Especially since every other timezone always does this and usually also has signs saying you can. The encounter at the end really dampened the experience for there. Very bizzare. So would not recommend if you’re a keen claw machine person.

Lazer tech my kids favourite game.. There is indoor bumper car n also mini bowling other than the other arcade games Oh i forgot, Ella is a great team member at Timezone she made the lazer tech experience very enjoyable n the kids loved her.. Thanks Ella.. Very kind n caring person

Awesome Birthday Party Experience at Timezone Parramatta! We hosted a birthday party at Timezone Parramatta in 2023, and although this feedback is a bit late, it’s definitely worth sharing! Jasmin and Kinda provided exceptional service, guiding us seamlessly through the event and ensuring everything was executed perfectly. Their friendly and professional approach made the experience stress-free and enjoyable for everyone. The kids had an amazing time, and the entire party was well-organized thanks to their efforts. A big thank you to Jasmin and Kinda for making our celebration so special! Highly recommend Timezone Parramatta for a fun-filled party experience.

Visited with the kids over the weekend, they had a blast, the venue was super clean and all the staff were super friendly, we had a great time definitely will be back !

Me and my family had a wonderful visit at Timezone Parramatta today. Eventhough the place is busy the staff were all very attentive and took their time to help out with issues we were having with games. The venue manager, Ellie was helpful and was very patient with the kids at the prize shop. Would definitely recommend Timezone Parramatta to all our friends and family.

My experience here was not great. I was at the parramatta timezone today, and the worker Jason was not very respectful. We were at the card place where we add money to cards and didn’t read the sign saying it doesn’t give change, and put a $10 note expecting $5 back. It didn’t come, so we went and told him and he gave lots of attitude. It was our fault for not reading it, but as a worker u should not be treating your customers that way. Theres more, my friends and I decided to add more money to the card and this time we went to the cashier place so we wouldn’t make a mistake again and actually get change. As we were getting our change back as normal, Jason said “You should’ve done this earlier” implying that we should’ve just added the money all before. We didn’t expect us to do it again and we are allowed to top up our card as many times as we like. We were not thrilled with the behaviour of Jason.

I recently visited Timezone and I am absolutely appalled by the service I received. The overall experience was ruined by a worker named Jason who was beyond rude. The atmosphere in Timezone was already loud, making it difficult to hear, and instead of being understanding, Jason gave me nothing but attitude. Every time I asked him something, his response was a dismissive “What?” as if I was bothering him. The final straw was when I went to top up my card for the second time, and he had the nerve to tell me, “You should’ve done it earlier.” His tone was disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve never been so disappointed with customer service. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but to treat customers like this is unacceptable. Jason’s attitude left such a bad taste that I’m honestly hesitant to return. Timezone needs to seriously rethink their staff training and customer service.

We recently hosted a party for my 6 year old at Timezone Parramatta, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we arrived, Michaela made us feel so welcome and ensured everything ran smoothly. She was very helpful and patient with the kids. The variety of games and activities kept everyone entertained, from the little kids to the adults

I was disappointed by my customer service today. Me and my friends were very confused by the timezone machines. We entered $5 and put $10 into the machine expecting change. its not Jasons fault that we made the mistake of expecting change. When Jason was opening the machine to get the cash out we couldnt hear him over the music and we are a young group of girls who aren’t very good at interacting with workers. Confused, we looked at each other, wondering what he said. every time we didn’t respond because we couldn’t hear he repeated the question, each time getting more angry. This is understandable and human, what lead us to make negative reviews is when we collected the $5 from him. He told us to not expect help and that we’re not going to get our change back next time. Yes. we agree next time we are going to do what the machine had instructed and put in the amount we wanted in our balance. Next time, if we are comfortable enough to return, we are going to go to the counter and exchange the 10 to 2 $5 notes, if Jason even agrees to serving us. The agressive tone was not necessary when talking to a group of anxious teens, we had misunderstood and just needed genuine help. We had to ask a colleague of his, what his name was because Jason was not wearing his name tag. We are sorry for not reading the machine but would like have been assisted with a little more respect.

I had a disappointing experience at TimeZone recently, mainly due to Jason's poor customer service. After making a purchase, I was supposed to receive $5 in change, but Jason didn’t give it to me. When I brought it to his attention, he was dismissive and didn’t seem to care about the mistake. It was a small amount, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism left a bad impression. I expect better service, especially when dealing with something as simple as handing back the correct change. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the customer experience in the future. Although i still had fun at the place

Had a very pleasant experience with a staff member here! I was having issues with one of the games. I wasn’t exactly sure how it worked but Ellie, the manager, was so helpful and attentive even though it was extremely busy but she still made the effort to help me. Thank you Ellie.

Most of the games were not working. Toy machines were cheating. Once we pick up Toy, it drops immediately before we move them. Don't waste money playing the toy game here.

Brought my nephew and niece here for a fun day out and had a blast. Shout out to KC for assisting with the timezone cards and tickets for the kids prizes!

The service is the best I've experienced, The prices and the rewards are very good, there is many games and machines to play and have fun with friends.

We had our daughter's B'day party at TZ Paramatta. Ella was our host and she was fabulous super courteous and helpful right from seeing us up, helping with the decorations and managing everything in between. We had a lovely time. Special thanks to Ella!

Pathetic experience. The manager was extremely rude. We came at 10:10pm, and we came specifically for bowling. The manager never told us about the bowling closes at 10pm. Most of the rides were not working.

Great place to relax and enjoy. Safe and great entertainment for kid with where food is also available

Erin was our host for my son’s birthday party. She took great care of the kids, ensuring they had fun during playtime and all the way until the end of the party, including taking a group photo. She was very helpful and awesome!

Always understaffed when I come in with my kids, we are left disappointed every time also very busy but there will only be one staff at the counter.

The venue was fantastic, and the kids had a wonderful time enjoying the games. However, the hosting service left much to be desired. The cake was not brought out on time, and the host seemed less proactive in managing the schedule. Additionally, there was no initiative to help with cleanup, and we had to repeatedly request assistance as waste piled up. A bit more attention and proactive support from the host would have made the experience much smoother

We hosted a birthday party for my kids here. Rojan was very helpful and nice with the kids. Right from booking online, communication,online RSVP everything was great experience. The kids had great time, we will definitely recommend this place for birthday parties.

I celebrated my son’s birthday this weekend. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Throughout the entire event, I found myself constantly having to chase after the party host named Jazmine, for assistance. She was unresponsive and did not check in with me at any point during the party. Only at the very end, when she handed me the review card, did she ask if I needed anything, which was far too late to be helpful. Overall, her lack of cooperation and attentiveness made for a less enjoyable experience.

We had such an absolutely wonderful time hosting our daughter’s 6th birthday party at Timezone Parramatta. They had awesome deals which both our child and guests absolutely loved, the play Time and guaranteed points for all the guests. KC was a superb host from Timezone. KC called us ahead of the function confirmed numbers, explained things to us, addressed our queries. On the day KC was a superstar, took up all my party items for the day, organised the party room so well with the cake, food and everything. Kept all my items to chill in a fridge. They had a beautiful cake stand, birthday number balloon and a beautiful stuffed toy as a gift for my daughter. Whenever guests came and brought gifts, KC took up gifts, put it away and stayed with the birthday girl. KC also helped so much during the party, managing Time and tidying up! We are so thankful to KC and Timezone for this really cool idea, for all the assistance, well management and great fun provided for the children.

I recently organized my daughter’s 9th birthday party at Timezone Parramatta, and it was an amazing experience! A special shoutout to Charmin, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged. His friendly and professional attitude made the entire process so much easier. The kids had an absolute blast, and we truly appreciate Charmin’s efforts in making the day so memorable. We arrived here for laser tag with 18 fourteen year old schoolboys on the last day of school and were welcomed and helped by Martin, Kinda and Maddox. We had to scrape together cash and card money to pay for the laser tag individually, which was a long and painstaking process. Though, the three were patient and helpful and eventually we were able to enjoy a fun laser tag experience. Thanks again to Martin, Kinda and Maddox!

Martin was a very good guide, able to handle our entire friend group of 20 people at the same time. He was organised and funny.

I went to TimeZone today with my partner and in laws. We will never be returning there. We played bowling and then we were off to do the dodgem cars, I do have a walking frame but it does not stop me from doing anything. We had to get a staff member to unlock the gate whilst they were approaching me he looked me up and down and said “no I can’t loose my job”. I was unable to go on the dodgem cars because I had a walking frame, never in my life have I been so disgusted in a human being I have always been able to do every activity but this time he never questioned or asked it was just a straight “no I can’t loose my job”!!!! If the so called Fun Leader is reading this I hope you are ashamed of yourself. Your other two female colleagues even said people in wheelchairs were able to go on them. You should be absolutely disgusted in yourself I will be taking this matter further!!!! Anyone who is reading this please do not go here if your anything like me you’ll be just turned away from this horrible man! You are a brilliant manager Charmin (NOT)!!!!😡😡

I had my daughter's 7th birthday party here over the weekend and I couldn't be happier. The party rooms are spacious with multiple tables that were already set up with balloons. Our party host was Angelina and she was just fantastic with the kids. She did an extraordinary job of running around after the kids as they played which meant the adults could just relax in the party room. As a mum, it was wonderful to see the kids so excited and to hear 'best party ever!' from our little guests. Highly recommend!
