Room was suprisingly nicely renovated clean and cofortable maybe a selection of pillow comfort levels would help

Over priced to the max, only worth $100 at the most.

Great location friendly staff, rooms were modern and clean. Very comfy bed. Everything you need for a short stay. Carparks directly outside the door which most other Nightcaps dont have, which makes it feel safe for a female travelling on her own. Great vale price, easy check in and out. And a welcome drink :)

We had an overnight stay Here. It was the most disgusting ‚Motel‘ which i have ever been trough Australia. There were clipt nails all over the carpet. Dirt all over, the bathroom door was Full of traces from i really don’t want to know… do Not Go there if you like to have a relaxed Sleep.

noisy. all you can hear are the pokies and the mobs inside. rooms are nice, shame about closeness to the actual pub.

I have stayed with this hotel only 3 times now. My first two stays were amazing everyone was lovely. However last nigh Sue was dreadful. She was rude the Minuit I walked in. She had mentioned she had tried to call me however I was FaceTiming my daughter about to come in. And she just shuts me down when we don’t take cash for the rooms. I have never heard this as a policy and I think sue needs some more training in how to nice to people when it’s literally your job. Thanks Jess

We went to our local favourite pub the keys hotel and we had dinner in the sports bar a big thankyou to the chef in the kitchen who worked on the 24th of june you made the best steak sandwich that we have had in a long time , well done we really enjoyed it thankyou very much

Cheap and shows with cleanliness

Excellent customer service. Great prices, prompt service, always clean, indoor playground for children. We love dining here once a week. The food & staff are fantastic!

Omg can I just say how amazing this hotel was 😍 Check-In was unbelievably super easy to do (if you do it online 24hrs before arrival) idk in person.. went to the reception desk to get the key-card) Went up to my room & left for an event real quick. So I only had a 30sec pre-view. But when I came back damn 🔥 my type of service. The bed is a 100/10 hooooh so comfortable and you fall asleep to easy. The shower so warm & I love the many towels. Idk if anyone has said this before… But what you see is what you get x💯. Price was spot on. Even tho I stay for less then 5hrs. The charging docks were way better. 2 usb docks & 2 wired docks above the brown cupboard (don’t ask me where just go see for yourself) 😂 I’m coming back real soon but when I do I’m staying longer too try the restaurant & bar. Coz why not haha lolz. Thanks for the free waters, I’ve never been to a hotel that has water in there mini-fridges +10 for that 😂👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Best part was the A/C heater coz DAMN.. Melbourne froze my feet 😂 We’ll deserve 5 ⭐️ review (especially from a Brisbane Flyer) BNE FLYER SIGNS OUT ✌🏽

I very highly do not recommend staying here. The place felt very unwelcoming and dirty. My air conditioner and TV would not work properly. Each day I came back to find my bed was half made and the room not cleaned properly.

A wonderfully clean, tidy and well managed establishment. The room was great, updated bathroom, comfy beds, great parking also. Reception were wonderful. Only positives here! The food from the Hotel was fantastic!

Reception was hard to find, tv won’t connect to anything without personal information. Was a lot of mucking around and wouldn’t work! If I had a car I would leave and demand a refund

NICE FOOD. ALTHOUGH STILL CAN'T ORDER FOOD BEFORE 12PM UNLIKE OTHER PLACES I'VE BEEN TO.

This is my regular pub but have noticed their meal prices in the bar have increased significantly and their quality of food produced by their kitchen is not up to their pricing standard. I don't mind paying that extra but i do mind when the execution of food is not how it use to be.
