Awesome Timezone. It’s pretty rare to come here and not being able to use a machine because of maintenance. Plenty of space even on a busy day and the ‘winners vault’ is always jam packed full of goodies.

My daughter loved her birthday party at timezone, and our host, Dylan, was amazing and super helpful! The kids all seemed to have lots of fun. My only wish was better air conditioning in the venue, we were all sweating a lot.

Perfect place for a memorable date night! Friendly staff who'll go the extra mile without hesitation. Games are easy to understand and provide a good mix of single and double player games. Good specials that change regularly. If you and your partner have a competitive streak, Timezone Penrith Panthers is the place to go.

Had a great time! A wide variety of games including a bowling alley. It wasn't busy so no waiting for games. You earn tickets for each game you play and cash in your tickets for prizes when you are ready to leave...good night was had by all.

I took my two autistic grandkids to Timezone last weekend, and Aaliyah was incredibly helpful and patient while teaching them how to play some of the games, especially Mario Kart.

It was awesome first time at the Timezone area and it was good my kids loved it but the sad thing was my phone died straight after I took a few pictures 🙄☺️😍

I travel 40 minutes every Saturday to bring my daughter to Timezone. Unfortunately, your recent decision to remove Mario Kart, which is her favorite game, has really affected our experience. With the focus shifting away from actual games and being replaced by claw machines and coin machines, the overall appeal is diminishing. We come for the games, not just prize machines. If this trend continues, we'll likely reconsider making the trip. You really need to bring back more variety in actual games.

Our son had a birthday at Timezone Penrith Panthers on last Sunday. It was a fabulous experience for us. Our host Dylan has been so fantastic and took care of each and every thing in the event from greetings to wrap up so amazingly. All our guests and we had a memorable event. We can't thank you enough Dylan and we would love to visit Timezone Penrith Panthers again.

I recently had my son's 7th birthday party at this venue and I have to say that Ellie was really helpful in the lead up to the day. She was very professional and her customer service skills were amazing. Our party hosts Kieran, Alisha and Nikita were brilliant on the night. The party was a huge success!! Among Timezone locations, the one in Panthers misses the mark. While always busy, on most occasions at least five of the arcade machines are out of order, and the aircon is usually either failing or unable to cope with the amount of people in attendance, transforming it into a sweaty, noisy basement. One plus is food and drink can be taken downstairs, but you won't want to stay long.

Alex (guy in the beanie) is an absolute legend. He was able to assist us with all the great machines this place has to offer and also make my whole family laugh and have a very memorable night! Thanks again Alex 🙏🏼

most prize games are rigged, the only games that are fun (taiko and wmmt6) are good but now the taiko drums need maintenance as people hit them too hard and the sensors break, please take this into consideration.

Myself and my son are frequent visitors to Timezone Penrith, and always have a great time. The staff are great and are quick to help whenever required.

Kieran was an amazing help for me and my partner, when one of the machines was having an issue he did everything he could to help us out. Then when I asked how the card levels worked he was more than happy to explain to me all the benefits that you get with each level. Overall Kieran was an amazing help and definitely made our time more enjoyable.

We had our daughters 6th birthday at Timezone, Penrith Panthers. Our party host Kieran, was PHENOMENAL! He was kind and caring to the 14 girls who attended. He explained how everything worked in the centre and answered the 1 million + questions asked. During the 1.5hrs of game play, I saw him move around the centre checking on all the kids and parents ensuring games were operating effectively, cards were working and answered the same 1 million questions again. Thanks again, Kieran! You truly made our daughters 6th birthday AMAZING, she has not stopped talking about it!!!

Going here was fun, however, map directions aren’t very accurate. The prizes are overpriced but that’d to be expected.

Great place for little kids and big ones

Timezone is an amazing place for kids to have fun and party. The only issue you can improve is the air conditioning system in busy times. I especially want to appreciate Kieran's help, he was so friendly and nice to us and passionately worked with kids to enjoy their time more. Thank you guys.

I have not been to your Penrith venue for a couple of years as it was messy and uninviting. Recently I decided to go and see if it had improved. From the moment I stepped into the venue I was impressed. It smelt clean and as I walked around, I noticed how tidy and organised it was. The venue manager Ellie was very friendly and helpful when I asked about parties in the venue. After playing a few games, I asked another worker there, Kalu a few questions in regards to points on my card, purchasing cards for my family members and if there was a time limit for them to use their cards. He was very helpful, and explained everything to me in a calm and friendly manner. Working in customer service myself, I am very aware of good customer service and believe in praising staff that go above and beyond. Well done to Penrith TZ on helping my experience in your venue be a great one :)

Absolute worst Timezone experience I have ever had. Been to so many others around nsw for decades and for the first time I was beyond shocked with how 10/10 of their claw machines are rigged. The grip on the claws are so so soft it wouldn’t pickup a loose piece of tissue if you tried. Watched a 6 year old pump over $100 into 1 machine with 0 luck. Save yourself the trouble and go to mount Druitt Timezone instead where you WILL win prizes

Have been going here for years and I have seen major improvements in this place, there’s lots of new games (some more pinball machines and old school games would be the cherry on top) cool prizes and especially new staff who are quite helpful and assisting especially when it’s busy, that will always have me and my family coming back.

Our host Kalu went above and beyond in his assistance with the party. He actively went to all the guests (kids) to make sure that everything was going well and even organised a mini competition at one of the academic games giving the winner a block of chocolate. It was a fantastic day and we'll be asking for Kalu next time that we celebrate there.

We went out to dinner at Panthers and then found a TIMEZONE!! Omg sooo much fun, my daughter is nearly 3 and there was so much for her to do with me and to get involved. The staff were friendly. I was surprised at the great prizes you can get now days.
