Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my stay here in December. The property is located very handily in the Darling Harbour precinct close to many attractions. The apartment I had was fantastic, as was the wonderful service and friendliness of Helen, Abbey and Clara. Phone service by Manjay was also always helpful. Special thanks to Helen who went out of her way to make my stay as good as it could possibly be.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, big TV (watched the tennis), friendly staff, amazing rooftop view. The only issue was parking, its a very very small area so rent a small car if you can lol

Stayed in the Penthouse apartment for 2 nights as we were getting ready for my daughter’s wedding a couple of months ago. We chose this place as it was close to the church and venue of the wedding. The view was SPECTACULAR!! The rooms were spacious, we were very happy with it. The location is good, easy walking accessibility to our city’s site seeing places. Staff were professional and attentive. Would highly recommend this place.

Metro tunnel works surround the hotel and cause continuous loud construction noise and vibration inside the room day and night - really unpleasant, trucks idling, unloading machinery and reversing with beepers right outside until well into the night. Repetitive drilling noise in the daytime each day and into the evening on some days Would not have booked or chosen to stay here if the extent of noise disruption was known prior to the booking. Accor have charged a second cleaning fee after we were offered to move rooms to reduce the vibration and flickering lights in the kitchen of the initial room. Room is spacious and nicely designed. Staff at the property are nice, and were pretty helpful. Service rating relates to Accor handling of our concerns. Accor head office people don’t care about their guests, take every opportunity to extract more money out of people and deny any responsibility for the noise impacts on guests. Were charged top rates for the booking despite the disruptions. And the second cleaning fee was the icing on the cake of how NOT to do customer service.

Wonderful place, clean, lovely decor and great location. Looking forward staying again in the near future. Thank you again Helen and all the staff.

Good location (5*). Nice views from the roof top (4*). Extremely poor car park and car park access and lot sizes (-5*). Car park should be allocated to specific apartments so every apartment is assured of their car spot. Reasonable amenities in the two bedroom apartment we stayed for four nights (3.5*). Very noisy due the construction activities for the metro station right in front of our bedroom, but we were warned of this when we booked the place. But accor should have negotiated with the NSW Government to double glaze the windows facing the construction site.

My wife and I stayed yet again at the Sebel Darling Harbour and yet again it was a wonderful stress-free experience. The renovations have brought the apartments up to date and as usual Helen and Manjit went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

Helen was such an amazing lady.. took us to our accomodation shows around .. very much special .. the accomodation way up to our expectations we enjoyed our stay with big tv nice lounge area and dining table feels like we were at home .. only downside was the parking so tight ..

Great location for a darling harbour holiday. Service is second to none. Can't wait for the Pyrmont metro to open. Rather noisy if you're in during the day in the meantime but that's a short term trade-off for the great location.

Perfect location, amazing staff, amazing rooms. The location is just behind the Star in Sydney and everything is within a stones throw. A car is not necessary as there are buses, ferry’s and everything is really in walking distance. The rooms are so spacious and well kept. The staff always have a lovely chat and make you feel at home. Can’t wait to return!

This was a pleasure to stay for a week from the moment we arrived. Email received early with book in arrangements. We arrived early expecting to leave bags and spend a couple of hours surveying the area, our room was ready. Helen and team made our stay feel like we were family and nothing was too much trouble. The service and friendliness was first class. A great manager and one of the best we have encountered in our expansive travels around the world. |The rooms and facilities were well appointed and nothing out of place. |The location was great with proximity to light rail and Sydney central.|Building works all around so noise short term restricted our balcony use and roof top patio, but this will pass and is not controllable by management. This is perfect for enjoying Sydney’s delights. Central location on Pacific Harbour, views of the harbour and Anzac Bridge to the west, and 5 minutes to Barangaroo, the city, and the wonderful Fish Market.|Restaurants everywhere for all tastes. Ferry to Circular Quay and Manly is at your doorstep.|The units are luxurious and Helen is a superb host, nothing is too much trouble. The views fro the refurbished top terrace are superb and is a great place for a quite drink or even a picnic bbq.|Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the city, but the Sebel Manly Beach comes close.|This is our 4th visit and it keeps improving, but book early.

Absolutely impeccable service manjit checked us in a lot earlier than scheduled so that we can get ready for the Taylor concert on Sunday. 100% would stay here again and recommend to anyone travelling to Sydney.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very clean, fresh, and modern. It has a car park for small cars. However, you don’t need a car because it is very close to public transport - light rail, ferries, walkways to Sydney CBD. Very close to Lyric Theatre | The STAR

Located in Darling Harbour. Close to all amenities, shops and landmarks. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with 2 bedrooms, which are ensuite. There is a lounge, dining and kitchen area.

Staff were great, location is pretty good, but establishment is showing it's age. A bit of a makeover would not go astray. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Close a lot of things. Such as the Light Rail & Sydney Lyric Theatre at The Star Sydney, Pyrmont Bridge & Darling Harbour. Coles and takeaway food places as well. Rooms were clean and inviting. The rooftop at night is worth a look at night. There is a BBQ and fridge up on the roof as well. The staff we met were knowledgeable about the area, very helpful and are lovely ladies. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place to stay. Although mostly unserviced. Great facilities with a roof top putt putt course, with barbecue at top and excellent 360 view of the city.

Best location for easy access to everything! A steps from the Pyrmont Bridge Hotel - must do for meals and Social Cafe - best coffee.

Love this place. It does require minor fixes and maintenance but overall it is in good condition and perfect location

Location 5 Star Apartment good but a little tired we believe they are being renovated Windows dirty and balcony grubby No broom supplied mop broken Carpark very dirty looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time also roof top Barbecue area is lovely except we had to clean the furniture before we were able to sit at the tables

This is the second time we have stayed at Sebel Darling Harbour via Accor Vacation Club. Everything about the accommodations is great and first class. Reception and services stall are excellent, very polite and helpful. Location is great. We will definitely stay again in the future - highly recommended!

Great apartment's very clean and well presented. Though if you shake the door to the patio a couple of times the door unlocks and gives access from the outside. Big concern in Sydney. Would stay again if this is rectified

Great location, nice big rooms, everything you need is supplied in the large kitchen. Friendly receptionists and the view from the rooftop lounge at night is amazing. Comfortable beds with 2 different pillows to choose from. A great variety of restaurants and Coles are minutes away by foot. Overall a great place to stay if you ever visit Sydney.

We were celebrating our 51st Wedding Anniversary, Helen and her Team delighted us with their special token of congratulations. Very much appreciated and the apartment was fantastic, good location, facilities were splendid!!!

Beautifully appointed modern apartment, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Great location close to good cafes, hotels, casino, fish markets and a large supermarket. Easy walking, buses, ferries and light rail close by. Manager Helen made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us, even leaving a bottle of wine and card for us for our 40th wedding anniversary.

Fantastic location, nicely furnished, very comfortable beds. The managers were both really friendly and helpful. Our first stay there as members of the vacation club and it definitely won't be the last.

I can't praise this place highly enough! A short down to Darling Harbour, you can be in the middle of the city in under 15 minutes. Helen has been an outstanding host where no request is too much, everyone is greeted by name and the accommodation is comfortable, spacious and adequately appointed.

We stayed here for an overnighter, and upon arrival, the keys were not in the safe as promised and the concierge was nowhere to be seen. We waited minutes before she arrived, and while she was nice, we would have appreciated a more attentive service. The care was good from then on and the room was neatly presented. We also discovered the hot water wasn't working for the showers until we waited for longer, but for a while we thought there was no hot water. There was loud street noise at night which kept us up. Overall it was a decent experience.

Great space for large family groups. Especially the design which has bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment with communal areas between. Wld be nice to hv no reason to venture out (33°) - like a family wedding - so we cld just relax in this very calm space. Convenient to Coles - a block or two away, the Star casino and entertainment, the Aquarium and Nautical museum, Harbourside, Cockle Bay wharf. Light rail a block away and the city a short walk across the bridge. Great coffee up the road @socialbrew. Would totally recommend!
