I may not have enough words, but I want to express my deepest gratitude. A huge thank you to Cameron J for taking the time to help me choose the perfect product for my needs and for helping me save my hard-earned money. Went to Blacktown JB Hi-Fi with a faulty item and a guy came out to check item I told him the problem and he was so so rude he’s demeanour before he even opened he’s mouth to me was disgusting and very negative, never shop there again. Went to Penrith store and not an issue, problem resolved within a minute, staff very helpful and understanding..

Never purchase a warranty you’re never getting any benefit from it, you’ll end up paying double the amount of the product to get it repaired. Poor customer service 👎👎👎👎👎
I bought AirPods from here and was told that if i buy extended warranty and apple care I wouldn’t have to pay anything for its faulty. When i called them they said the warranty doesn’t cover manufacturing warranty and started making up stories that makes no sense. 👎
Sell me replacement warranty only to pass me on to a company that is not mentioned anywhere in the warranty brochure. Absolute scam of a warranty service. Disguise the warranty as a jbhifi warranty for replacement only to tell the customer to deal with a different company? Pathetic, i paid you guys for the warranty, you should make the claim.

I work in retail too, and I was shocked by the attitude of one of the managers when I asked about a product. They mentioned they had stock of something I really needed, but instead of taking a moment to help me find it, all they said was that they had four people looking and couldn’t locate it. I then spoke to a girl at the front, hoping for more assistance since the manager wasn’t very helpful, but she just mentioned that during this busy time, stock can get misplaced. I totally get that it's December and things are hectic, but taking a little time to search for a product and showing a kinder attitude, especially towards someone in a similar field, makes such a difference.
Purchased a vinyl record box set online which came from this store and received it all damaged. Was thrown in a box unwrapped. Just lazy and irresponsible. I have to waste my time going to another store to return it now. Hope I never receive products from this store ever again. Disgusting customer service.

Mostly negative experience Shop assistant came out with the wrong samsung watch a few times and by the end of the 40 minute ordeal didn't have it instock so I got it from office works

Do not trade your phone there , absolutely ridiculous , Took the money from my account and took my phone, and I never received nothing until today has been over two months , tried to contact JB Hi , nothing to deal with us contact other third-party Assurant , and happy day, never received one penny keep the phone with you and sell it Private better

Very embarrassing experience. I purchased a Lenovo Legion Go handheld from JBHIFI Blacktown that later developed an issue with the hard drive due to heat, so I took it in store, and they verified the fault and gave me a replacement, and I went on my way with no issues. The replacement was working great for a month until yesterday it suffered a similar issue and this is an issue with this model so I took it back in this time just wanting a store credit to get something else. There was a person in front of me in line that also had a faulty item, and they basically said the issue and it was a refund without questions or even testing. Once it was my turn, I let the guy know everything that happened and how it's my second one to have issues and that I just wanted a credit or gift card to get something else, and he went off to test it for about 30-40 minutes. He returns, saying he replicated the fault and just needed to scan and get some paperwork and would be back, and almost an hour later he finally comes back and says all he can do is send it off to be looked at, so I mentioned it's only a month old, and on their website it even says less than 3-6 months they will just replace or refund it in store, so I was a little confused but was told they won't do any of that this time and only will send it off otherwise I can take it back. I asked if there are any other options, and he said no unless I wanted to speak to the manager, and while I didn't want to do that, I said yes just to see what options there are, and the 2 other female workers started laughing, saying there it is once the manager was mentioned, so that made me feel uncomfortable. I didn't even want the manager; I just wanted to sort it out and go. The manager came over and I explained the situation, and he started talking to the worker, asking why he is needed if it's just a simple refund or replacement, and he mentioned he wants to send it off to be looked at, but the manager just took his phone out and used the flash light to check for any physical damage and said it looks fine and said to give me a refund pretty quick and simple and left. After spending over an hour standing there, they give me a gift card for the value, and I start looking for something else only for that to be brought out by a different worker who kept trying to sell me 5-year warranties for $100+ extra, and I declined that he said he could do it for $80. I then declined, and he takes the thing I'm buying and leaves for 20 minutes only to come back and say $30 extra and finally accepts I don't want an extended warranty. Super embarrassing and annoying.
On my lunch break I came into JB Hi-Fi in Blacktown to buy an iPad 9th gen, was served by a man (didn’t catch his name), he tried upselling me on extended warranty and damage coverage, He left me at the back counter for around 10-15 minutes, I asked his colleague how long he would be and she took over with the sale and put the transaction through in less than 30 seconds. I ended up purchasing the iPad, started walking out of the store very frustrated, found the salesman to be at the front entrance having a laugh with his colleague. My time is not valuable to this salesman, and I’ve had better service at fast food stores. Especially when attempting to upsell me additional coverage also, for a high value purchase, this is unacceptable service. All the other salespeople who approached me while looking around were awesome, no issue there. I hope reasonable action is taken against this one man.
Great customer service!! Shout out to Madz who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I changed my mind and wanted a different colour of the item that I’ve placed online. Madz happily accommodated this request. Very happy with the product I bought. 👌 Thanks heaps Madz!

I needed help ASAP with my phone,I was served straight away by Jason at Blactown JB I explained my phone was really low and he directly put it on a cable that was already set up to charge.He found me a fast charger and cable .WS so grateful for his knowledgeable service he had me on my way in less than 10mins.Very impressed. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with JB Hi-Fi Blacktown. Despite my phone being under warranty, their outsourced repair service has been unhelpful and misleading. Initially, the repair company claimed the phone was unresponsive due to a thick screen protector. However, after returning the phone for a second repair, they falsely claimed liquid damage, voiding the warranty. This is clearly an unfair and inaccurate assessment, as the phone has always been well-protected. It's concerning that the same phone could be diagnosed with two different issues within a week. This lack of consistency raises serious questions about the reliability of the repair service. I'm going to take my business elsewhere due to this unsatisfactory experience. I urge JB Hi-Fi to review their repair process and take steps to ensure that customers are treated fairly and professionally.
Rude staff members ever . If you are buying then they are very nice but for other support like exchanges, warranties no clear instructions and didn’t bother to help. Rude and unprofessional. Just wanted to end the conversation and let you go
Not a great experience purchasing product from here. Staff today specially near mobile phone section really did not seem to care about helping customer. The guy with white shirt was showing unnecessary attitude. He was just chatting around with other staff even though we were looking at him for help.

Pricing up some new phones and some not so new phones. Big discounts to get a iPhone 14. Plenty of range to choose from and they are on display to view unlike some other retailers.
We were waiting in a long queue when a staff member approached us and offered to help us with an easy check out. I didn't catch his name, but we were so grateful for his assistance. It would be wonderful if all the staff were as helpful and kind as he was. (Westpoint Blacktown Branch)
