Great service and very nice people.

I visited JB HI WP’ recently with my friend’ Jason was the champion of our day ! The best price ‘ The best service ! Professional and kind too ! JB HI WP is the best store of all ‘ thanks to Jason !!

In terms of service one of the worst stores I have been too in a long while. I waited near the TV’s for 10-15 minutes. I then caught a staff member (all wired up like he was with the FBI) walking past. I asked if someone can assist me. He indicated that he will get someone to assist. Another 10 minutes went by and “crickets” nobody came to assist. I then went to the counter where I was told that he as not able to leave the counter but he will get someone to help me. I just walked out, so disappointing. A potential sale of $5K disappears.

Excellent customer service from Jason at JBHiFi Stocklands Wetherill Park today. Not only greeted us at the entrance but also helped us locate and narrow down our options with expertise!

I felt like I was supposed to apologize for going in to spend my money. Most apathetic unhelpful customer service .

I recently upgraded my old iPhone SE to an iPhone 14 Plus. The difference in these two phones is staggering. Firstly the battery is phenomenal. I would be virtually out of battery by lunch time on the SE; with the 14 Plus I’ve still got 50% at the end of the day. The other huge difference is the quality of the photos it takes. Last but not least, I’d like to give a shout out to Kelly at JB Hi-Fi Wetherill Park. I spoke to her over the phone and she had everything organised for me when I arrived at the shop to purchase the phone.

Today, I went to JB Hi-Fi in Wetherill Park to buy EarPods. Unfortunately, I accidentally bought the USB-C version instead of the Lightning connector. I only realized this after opening the box. I immediately went back to the store for an exchange, and the process was incredibly fast and smooth. The staff were very polite, especially the gentleman at the counter (unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name). I’ve been living in Australia for a few years now, and he was by far the most courteous customer service representative I’ve encountered. Since I wasn’t born and raised in Australia, I naturally have an accent. I’ve noticed that customer service representatives often change their attitude when they hear an accented speaker. However, today, I didn’t experience that kind of behavior, and it made me so happy. I wanted to write this in the Google reviews section because polite people are truly virtuous people.

Waited at checkout for 15 minutes. there were 3 staff there one other customer they seemed strange i was invisible

The worst place to go to, I went to buy an Macbook I choose to take colour that I like but when I arrived home I opened it it wasn’t the colour I wanted and even I bought another laptop they gave me the wrong one. Not recommended at all.

I just bought my new phone pixels 9 pro yesterday and unfortunately, it got the little factory damage to the phone. Mick, the store manager gave me very professional service and the problem was solved very smoothly. Thanks you.

Admittedly whilst customer service is difficult, a bit more enthusiasm from these gen z's would go a long way.

Best & only place to buy all Electrical appliances,everywhere else is just a waste of money.always end up returning purchases to other places & go straight to JB-HIFI to get better quality & prices.

So I bought Insta 360 and drone today . The guy name roberto was so calm as i asked thousands of questions regarding my gadgets. Then i went to counter and here Comes Matt ( the most jovial person). He cracked jokes within seconds , Matt - all right bro now you will see a magic bag, i said there will be genie inside? He goes no, but all your items will be disappear now lol….. such a wonderful man Matt is . Jb hifi , your Matt is a Gem , keep him forever. Matt is a positive energy. I’ve been a loyal customer of JB for many years, but after today’s experience, I’m really disappointed. I went in to buy an iPhone 16 Pro and was bombarded by a pushy sales rep who kept trying to upsell me at every turn. To make things worse, he outright lied about a product. He insisted that an Apple Watch was 45mm, but when I flipped it over, it clearly said 40mm. When I pointed this out, his excuse was that the case made it 45mm – which is just ridiculous. It’s frustrating to see this kind of behavior at a place I’ve trusted for so long.

Compared to certain stores in the Sydney CBD, the service at this location is notably lacking. The staff here simply carry out their duties without the warmth and helpfulness you'd experience at the Apple store or specific JB Hi-Fi branches in the city. The service quality is disappointing, and the lack of friendliness makes it feel like I'm inconveniencing them by being a customer.

Great customer service. My sons fave place to add CDs to his CD collection.

I give these five stars to Jordon she is one of the staff members. Her service was excellent she was very friendly, kind and patient to answer all my questions. She helped me to buy one of the Ecovac robot vacuum. Jorden's customer service was very professional she has great knowledge about the appliances and she gives useful advices. My husband went in looking for JBL mic but can't find them then we ask staff at cashier but all they said while ponting on the isle cause thats all they know they have they said. So we are looking but i feel that they just dont know where the products that they are selling. And then there is staff name Erica and find out where the JBL mic are and took one for us. I hope the management of JB Hi-Fi at wetherill park make sure that all their staff knows how to give proper customer service like Erica.. I will give Erica 5stars for her excellent customer service..

Usually have excellent service from this store I went in to purchase a new laptop I was standing around waiting for approximately 10 when I asked my daughter to see if she can find a staff member she came back telling me someone would be with me in a few minutes after waiting I left the store

Amazing customer service from Kai and Ashley despite the store being busy with other customers on the phone and in-store. They worked with me to find an electronic solution to my problem. I would highly recommend and would happily purchase more items from this store 🙂.

I got very good customer service here. I bought a Lenovo and accidentally realised that it did not support Office 365 installation. The IT team kindly helped me and eventually promptly refund.

WARNING! Be careful of sales people doing add on deals written on cards even with proof they WONT honour the deal.

Service was amazing was not pushed into my purchase was instead able to decide in my own time. The most helpful staff member educated me on each model. Despite my large number of questions they were not phased and helped regardless.

The worst customer service out there!, I went to return an item I bought from Them, the item was not working well and I have a 2 years warranty (valid) so that they would refund the value of the item or at least exchange it, but they did nothing and said they could not help with that, not by returning the item or even exchanging it. absolutely fake (useless) warranty. Worst service ever!

While i received what i needed eventually after a run around. i also got a very accusatory tone & attitude from the sales staff when i first entered to claim a warranty / repair. Stark contrasts from when they were selling me the extras cover and putting my mind at ease with their warranty talk. Only started using JB Hi-fi and now im torn between the amazing staff during my first visit and those who i met today at the front of the store who really put me off and have me wondering is that what its going to be like when i need after sales support. Just to note those working at the cash register were the saving grace that day not because of the result but for their empathy and compassion otherwise would be 2 or less stars

I have given my S23 Ultra for repair, and they provided me with a 6-week notice, on the given day, they provided me with a different phone, which I submitted the next day, and I was promised to collect my phone on 4th April. Today when I visited the store they informed me we don't know how long it's gonna take. It's been more than 8 weeks and the worst customer service I have ever come across. Totally disappointing. Never going back to this store ever again.

I did a click and collect it was fast, I can't complain about it really I had my photo I d and my txt on my phone I singed a paper and off I went

Great customer service and price

Went to Jbhifi on Friday 8/03 and Ash & Kai were extremely helpful, patient and delightful. They were cheerful and made the whole experience pleasant even when there was a minor mistake that had to be looked over. They reassured me it was okay and did their best to help me happily.

Different name but similar to a Westfield experience
