Security guard was very rude. Not only once but twice. He didn't let is in for no reason..

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit to Rsl due to the behavior of the old guy security guard on duty. From the moment I arrived, his attitude came across as unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Rather than maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere, he seemed to be more focused on exerting authority in an intimidating way. His handling of entry checks was abrupt, this made what should have been a fun night out feel uncomfortable. Security staff play a vital role in ensuring safety, but that should also come with respect and professionalism toward patrons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their security staff. Customers deserve to feel safe and respected when visiting any establishment.

Awesome food

If you like play gambling it's beautiful area but unfortunately play here is not by chance or random, by cameras they control everything. In some places I played 5000 dollars too; but in here if they see you play 50 dollars you will lose 100 percent. If you want visit here for play gambling play under 50 and go home .

Chinese food is excellent. Highly recommended

I got sent away for wearing a basketball jersey. When you look inside there are plenty of women wearing strapless dresses? It just doesn’t make sense to me. Very disappointed.

Reasonable prices and the restaurant was good

I found it interesting that we were denied entry into this club because we were not carrying our passports. We are Canadian and had our Ontario drivers licenses with us, but that was deemed to be inappropriate. This is the first RSL club in Australia that has denied us entry on this basis.

The parking area is little hard to get in, but have reasonable space. The only food option is Chinese food. The club don’t have barista, the coffee made by machine. The security guy is really nice and friendly. But disappointing about the food and coffee, usually RSL can provide the local food like steak, burger.

They allow takeaway of your remaining food. But won't allow you to take away rice. Super weird. You have already paid for the your rice, but they won't let you put it in a takeaway box, even though they let you takeaway other foods.

Dont bother. You need two pieces of ID even as an RSL member. Where as at the pubs walk in, no ID, no security checks/ facial scans and a good cheap lunch special at the pub which actually has activity and customers and an atmosphere. RSL needs to change their business model and stop relying on gambling by vulnerable people for income.

Great RSL with a friendly staff and great service and food

Fast service, delicious foods and soup in Chinese restaurant. Good member price for 2 dishes (have many choices in menu) with soup and rice $48. The dishes portion are quite big and I can bring it home for next meal. Some dishes maybe not too delicious, but we still eat till very full. Ordered a beer to relax and enjoyed with the meal. Have a new face, maybe is a new staff? She was not friendly and impolite. Our table don't have spoon for the soup, so my partner go to the cutlery area to take 2 spoons, she shout at my partner asked what you are doing...

Someone within the management team needs to brief staff at the front of house particularly when you are place at the front desk...means that you needs to warm and welcoming when guests visit your venue....without guests you are out of a job...this particular is highly condescending and rude...if management wants to know her name they can reach out ...but I would not victimise her name on social media..

The security guy has really rude attitude, been pissed off by him few times. I am not sure he is trying to make less people going to this place or what, it was terrible.

Worst experience when we went with friends the security guard straight away told us that seems you guys have couple of drinks in cant let you in meanwhile none of us drink anything just assuming that we be drunk i one of the stupidest thing i have ever heard. So be better than that.

Friendly staff, good portion, decent food and a little kids area (games don't always work)

We went here for drag bingo and will definitely be making it a regular thing. The club was neat, well presented, well priced drinks, the food from the Chinese restaurant is very tasty and can be brought to the tables. Drag bingo was so much fun.

Good food. Lots of good veggies. Good options. They were very accommodating of babies in the restaurant. They have high chairs and steamed veggies. They were happy to clean up baby eating mess. The host was friendly and welcoming. Members get a discount on food. Yum cha ends at 2:30pm. NB: There is a kids room full of video games and cartoons, for those who are interested. If your kids like that sort of thing, it would be quite good. 3 large screens (pictured).

Visited the Chinese restaurant, good food, very good service and always comes with a smile. I will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants a good evening meal with friends. Waiting times for food is very quick and prompt. Thumbs up to the management and staffs.

never go there again, especially the late night, the server named Phoebe thinks she has RSA , but has no sense at all, and reject to offer the drinks, clearly because she think she is the definite one and, especally she wants off as soon as possible, even its aganist its offically trading hour. Furthermore, because they kept put pressure on me, I even left my 30 dollars ticket in the pocky machine, is it that really a place you guys wanna go to !

The size of the venue cant be considered an RSL. It feels cramped and put in place just to have a local RSL. The crowds in the gambling areas are loud and obnoxious and there are random players who just sit next to you and watch you. I feel it just needs to be a hurstville sports lounge but deffinatly not on caliber with all the RSLs out there.

This is a great little club with an old time atmosphere. Close your eyes and you'd think you are back in the 1960s!! Staff are friendly, the service is great and the beers are cold.
