Great selection of chess boards and pieces. The outward appearance of the shop looked fine, although the inside was different. The shop had signs made out of cardboard, scribbled with sharpie all over the place.

Amazing place

I was looking for an expansion for an older game of mine. I called ahead to see if they had it (which they did), and put it aside for me to pick up in store later that day. Service was great. Store is also fun to poke around in. Plenty of games and puzzles considering the store size. Was surprised to see the reviews was so low, but they all seem to be based on a particularly bad Christmas online-orders period a few years back. Must have improved since!

Went in yesterday evening to grab some games to keep us entertained over the long weekend and we had the best service! Sarah was the lovely lady on the desk and she was more than happy to help. She not only knew where the games were in the store, she knew what they were and how much they were! She also stuck to social distancing which is awesome with everything going on. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!

Great selection of games and puzzles. Bought some as Christmas presents for family members and we are having so much fun playing them together. The staff were very helpful in recommending and describing the games.

Bought a few boardgames from the physical store in warringah mall! They have a good range, and the staff know their games. If they don't have stock they order it in, and can arrange delivery!

Ordered item listed in stock but weeks after expected delivery date no word. Emailed & was told they were waiting on item. Came weeks later. Glad I wasn't in a rush.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I've ordered a game to be sent to my sister who lives in Sydney. Two months and several emails later they did not sent the game and they did not refund me any money, still fighting for that.

This is a total con! You will never receive your order or a response. Ive made a complaint to consumer affairs and advised my bank.

They sent an email advising of a sale. I put in an order for that sale. They took my money. Almost a month later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I asked what was happening. They assured me the order was being processed, and would be sent out that Friday. Two weeks later, they refunded me my initial payment, no explanation, no package, no response to further queries. Do not ever use. Ever.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS : Very poor experience, wish I had read the reviews first. Bought a game as was guaranteed delivery for christmas. Money was taken immediately and then received an email telling me there would be a delay despite the website showing it in stock. Sent several emails requesting an update but I received no response. Cancelled the order nearly a month after ordering, lets see if I get my money back. -- Update : Cancelled and was told that I would receive my money back within 5 days. It's now been nearly 3 weeks and no refund. Contacting my credit card company to flag the company as fraudulent.

Service is garbage, listen to the reviews here and avoid like the plague. Don't get confused with Games EMPIRE, which is a legit and very good store. Go there instead IMO.

DO NOT ORDER FROM GAMES PARADISE. They took my money but never processed my order. They said that they would refund my $93 but have not. It has been two months and they are now unresponsive to emails and their phone is always engaged.

I received one item but the other couldn't be provided and was offered a refund but never got it now being stuffed around and made promise after promise after promise then never hear from them. Can't recommend them.

Worse Customer Service!!! I placed an order for a Christmas Present online. 8 days later I decided to call them to find out if I was going to receive it before Christmas. Apparently I had missed the cut off date and they had sent me an email to inform me of that. I never received any email but was happy to accept the fact I never ordered it in time for Christmas, so I asked for a full refund which they agreed too. That was on the 20th December 2017. Today I decided to double check if the refund was in my account. THANK GOD I DID!!! The refund wasn't there. When I rang, the customer service guy informed me, that the credit card that they were trying to refund my money back into wasn't excepting the refund. Nearly a month again and I received no follow up phone call regarding my refund not going through. Again they apparently sent me an email which once again i never received. However, the customer service guy on the phone said to receive the refund he will send me through an email with what they require to refund my money i.e BSB number etc. and what do you know I received that email 2 minutes later!!! Thank God I checked my bank account Warning Don't order online through Games Paradise

Took a pre-order, the price went up $10 so they never delivered, then refused to give me a refund for over 3 months.

Ordered a game and it never arrived. I eventually inquired about it and I was told they don't have it in stock. They offered a refund which I accepted but I never received that either. Money down the drain.

Miles the owner does not care. He is rude, obnoxious, belligerent and untrustworthy. Games never arrived. I recommend filing a complaint with the ACCC - they have a case open about him and challenging the transaction with your bank.

Finally got my order.... Staff were helpful but there are clearly some logistical issues with this company.

Lovely service and very knowledgeable! Had eveything I wanted and more, very wide range of games including some of the older ones many stores wouldn't bother to stock.

SCAM ALERT! This company just takes your money and keeps saying they will be sending your item and then it never comes. They even sent me a tracking number and when I hadn't received my items after 4 weeks I called the courier company they said that when they went to pick the order up there was no product and the company sent them away. It is impossible to contact them on the phone and they ignore your emails until you threaten them with the ACCC and then rather than sending you the product they cancel your order and say they're going to refund you. DODGY DODGY DODGY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!
