Kmart Griffith

Click and Collect said all stock available at Griffith store. Next day refunded for most items although app says they are available on Griffith. Nothing in store on shelves. Now 5 days since Back to School stock listed as available in the Griffith store, still nothing on shelves!!

This store is an absolute disgrace, clothes and shoes thrown all over the place on the floors everywhere , I have never seen anything like this before anywhere. Disgusting 🤮

Griffith Kmart is the worst store I’ve been to!! The manager should be ashamed! Clothes and stock all over the floor. Couldn’t see or get to anything that was hanging on the racks for the piles of other clothes from other departments thrown over the top. Stock crates left in the middle of the aisles. Empty shelves. Absolutely disgraceful!

I want to give this Kmart in Griffith a 0 star. It is a disgusting mess. I have never been in to a Kmart like it. Things spilt on floor and not cleaned up, toys and clothes everywhere. Broken shelves and hanging. So much all over the floor. No staff. What a mess! Don’t waste your time going in there

What a mess Kmart Griffith store is. So disappointing to see it look like a jumble sale. Someone is not doing their job. When mentioned to two staff members the answer was - I know. Shameful for Griffith.

Huge store! Got way more than my local K Hub so it’s great but I don’t like how the shelves seem to be pretty messy and cluttered, don’t know if that’s a staff issue or just rude customers.

I recommend not wasting your money on vacuums from this store. I bought one in February, and it only lasted six months—it doesn't work properly. When I decided to return it, the customer service representative informed me that returns are no longer accepted due to recent policy changes. I made sure the vacuum had a one-year warranty when I purchased it, and I even referenced the website that mentioned a 12-month warranty. Kmart has suddenly changed their return policy, requiring vacuum returns within 60 days. It’s better to choose Target or Harvey Norman instead. The attached screenshot was taken today at 20:01 pm.

Wow went into Kmart Griffith today and what a bloody disaster this store is. Shelves overflowing, clothes everywhere and I don't think I saw 1 neatly stacked pile of clothes. The manger should be pulled over the coals for this disgraceful store

Was very disappointed going into Kmart in Griffith today! It was an absolute mess!!! About 50% of the stock was not in the correct place and a lot of products did not have a price tag on it. There was so much rubbish on the shelves from disrespectful customers (which I understand is not the staffs fault) but no rubbish had been cleared by staff who were working in the isles? There were a lot of staff in a huddle who were just gossiping and not working at all whilst only 1 person at the checkout- which happen to be watching the self serve instead of on the till. I could barely navigate my way around as there was so much stuff in the floor and staff who had trolleys out themselves with little to no stock on them. I have been into this store many times before, but today was absolutely awful!!!

Great experience at this store. I'm from Wagga Wagga and the Griffith store beats Wagga store by a country mile!! Well stocked as opposed to Wagga, friendly staff and a particular shout out to Martha at the checkouts who went above and beyond in great customer service

Brought a mirror from there today, partially my fault for not checking but this mirror literally fell apart when I hung it up! This is insane. 😐 can’t even get a refund

I had a very poor experience today. I found a lot of the stock and prices weren’t clearly stated. I had a full trolley of homewares, I waited to go to the only staff member on the till and said to her that I have some items I’m unsure of prices, she proceeded to point to the price checker and said to use that. I told her no, I want to purchase most items and to put through and can she not just check the prices and remove if I didn’t want them. She seemed very annoyed by this and then started putting the items through. Out of about 20 items I had 3 that I needed to price checked. I asked her for bags and had to pack them myself she just scanned and left them on till. I had two items that were advertised as clearance which scanned full price and asked her to check them. She then asked someone else to come help, this young man was very pleasant however I waited about 5 minutes for someone to get the items checked, I even offered to go and take photos to bring back which was declined. I have had better experiences at this store in the past dealing with returns however today was very disappointing and I felt like i was inconveniencing one staff member and it showed in her mannerism and body language. Not impressed considering how many times I purchase from Kmart.

This shop is amazing if your shopping in store but if your shopping online I wouldn’t bother….. bought a few items with great prices but over half were canceled. Don’t recommend shopping here online.

Kmart Australia is excellent place for my shopping. A Selection of great produce. Very friendly Service with warm Smiles.A great days shopping for your needs for all ages.

Brought a faulty product had to drive back to town to return then got told they had no other stock to replace it with and could not get a credit but could only get a store credit ,no good to me Manager rude and didn't care Will not return

Normally Shelves are fully stocked. Staff are reasonably polite and helpful

Nice to see friendly staff grest you at the door and help me with my request in the store.

A decent Kmart to shop at. They are often out of stock of key lines in some departments; I understand this is also probably attributed to being a regional store. Usually very clean and the staff ready and willing to help if they're needed. Good quick transactions are a huge bonus.

Kicked out for stealing, everytime I left the store I showed my bags and receipt, went in later that night because I forgot something and got kicked out, I nicely agreed and said I can show proof of purchases and they denied it and proceeded to ask me to leave
