Been a member at the Golf club since the late 70s,Had dinner at the new club for the first time,the McDonald’s type fries were undercooked and the chicken Schnitzel rock hard and dry,very disappointing but something you would expect from the Orange Ex Services Club .

Great place to eat, Cool to have gluten free options. The barramundi was superb. Staff super friendly.

How disappointing was our experience taking our neighbours for a Sunday evening dinner. Two of us had the roast. The chefs obviously must have just came out of a crash course. The potatoes must have been the smallest we have ever seen and the meal was cold. Veges obviously served from a cold Bain Marie. The drinks were the worst lemon, lime and betters we have ever had. Post mix tasteless watery liquid -not even a slice of lemon -more like a light pink coloured lemonade. The young blond girl taking the orders needs training. Both of the men at our table who ordered said she was the rudest bar staff they have ever come across. More content having a conversation with her fellow workers than taking the order - no smile or manners at all. Staff delivering the food were lovely though. As Im writing this, still waiting on our coffee that was ordered 20 minutes ago. Finally received a refund for the coffee as we waited so long. Thank you Jane for your customer service skills. Also the coffee arrived cold. This place could be on of Orange’s best. All the staff need professional training.

Had lunch,was ok,not the same atmosphere as the old club,but ok.

Absolutely fantastic venue, wow,wow& wow. Inside the premises is stunning, the food & service is wonderful, staff are very friendly & helpful. The views are beautiful, looking out through the floor to ceiling windows. I have been back again, with hubby this time. We will be back again for sure. Our new go to place to eat, have a drink & just chill.

Great course. Great company and a fairly groovy round of golf. Brand new club house with restaurant, bars, golf simulators, outside areas, great views. Wow what a great improvement !!

Chose the Wentworth for a family get together to celebrate my late fathers' birthday. I'm all for some quiet background music over lunch but unfortunately, the live music that was playing, prevented any table conversation from being heard. My elderly mothers' bruschetta was brought to the table, stacked 3 layers high on a bread and butter plate, clearly not much thought put into the practicality of actually eating the dish. The spicy prawn in tortilla basket also brought to the table on a bread and butter plate, this also was never going to work. Straw fries were below average, delivered cold. Overall, the Wenty" is a fail for me."

Excellent food and service

We recently introduced some friends with their kids to the Wentworth Club for both golf simulator and dinner. Highly recommend for some kids entertainment and then dinner followed and all nine of us really enjoyed what we chose; Chicken parma, burgers, nasi goreng and barramundi with salad. Jacob and Jane the supervisor were extremely professional and welcoming. We enjoy the Wentworth Orange, as food quality is very good, it's tastefully renovated and clean with great views and entertainment for kids. As a side note, selection of gins at bar were good and local selection of wines from Orange too.

Went here for an adult birthday of 25, including 12 children. Great place to have lunch and enjoy the view. Most of the meals were very good and served quickly. The children entertained themselves and the adults adjourned to the balcony for a drink and talk.

Meals were very nice and time frame was good. Bar was slow service.

Great service , good food a fine evening

Waited 45 minutes for schnitzel and steak sandwich. Shoestring oven fries don’t cut it with me and were cold. Ordered gravy with schnitzel didn’t get it had to go back. 4 chefs on, not enough for the amount of people dining.

Course was in great condition. Tough , challenging layout. new Club house is first class

Congratulations to the Wentworth Golf Club, on developing an inspiring venue which over look's the Golf Course. The presentation and taste of our meals was excellent, supported by great service from your staff. We will come back again, and we have told our friends how much we enjoyed our visit from Cowra yesterday.

Fabulous venue with gravies, lovely service and well priced meals

Spent a wonderful evening at the Wenty with colleagues on Friday night. Had a bit of formal business to do as well as enjoying food drinks and the view. The staff were magnificent. Cannot praise them enough. We have decided to make this our regular meeting place.

We ordered beef burgers also kids burgers it was delicious 10 out of 10 fresh and fast. Fancy facility our first experience was ok except someone spitted on my father’s shoes it was outside of kids playground looking after my son.

We would like to thank The Wentworth Orange for hosting our 1st ever end of season presentation, everything came together seamlessly, all staff were wonderful to deal with. Awesome atmosphere, food & service. We look forward to hosting future events there.

A family night out for my Wife’s birthday went from an initial 10 (online booking functionality brilliant), then to 12 three days later (requiring a call), then to 17 another two weeks later - the celebration went from me being far more organised than usual to being in a bit of a panic ! First Jane, and then Jacob, were just absolutely amazing in working out how to fit an extra five in, two nights before the booking - the restaurant was at capacity and a private function was on, however, a call back the next day (now the day before the booking), they fitted us in and we were so grateful !! On top of that, the food was super quick, every meal fantastic and the service so, so polite ! My sirloin was literally perfect ! Thanks SO MUCH, Craig. P.S. The venue itself is well beyond impressive, absolutely love the architecture and layout, congratulations to all involved !!!!!!!

Love the new Clubhouse but where are the Ex services lunch specials?

Waited in lime for 15 minutes to get a drink, only to be cut off by the servers, mate to order his dinner first. Who wasn't in line. Super disappointed in this interaction.

The club looks great on the inside that’s why I gave it a two star. As for the food it was tasteless and dry like toast without butter. My friend and I went in to get a coffee today but the staff member said that it was ok for me but my friend had to be a member because he lived 5min away. So how does that work your forced to be a member just to have a coffee it’s the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. So Wentworth Golf club you can keep your coffee and your membership and would rather spend our money elsewhere were we are welcomed like Hill St Grab & Go.

Exceptional service from staff and amazing food that is extremely fresh and very delicious. Great modern club well worth visiting.

Party of 4 for dinner Sat 14 Sep. Food quality was OK however the Falafel dish was overpowered by several enormous lettuce leaves which were quite a turn off. The hummus was very liquidy and in short supply. Our party of 4 was disappointed that two meals came out first, with two of the party finishing their meals before the other two were served. Woeful timing and poor organisation. When ordering, you need to stipulate that all meals are to come out together. When we complained, the head waitress/supervisor was dismissive and didn't give any apology.

I went to the RSL last night and the food was cold, the service was poor and rude. I came here tonight and the food was amazing. Beef ribs fell off the bone, well done. I definitely will eat here again. The service was outstanding even with the place busy as on a Saturday night. Thank you for a good job. Catherine from up north 👍

We have gone to many places to eat & two places we've gone to had rotten salad, so it's been hard to find somewhere we enjoy to eat & that is actually good & this is a place we will 100% revisit. We loved it & took my brother & father there for dinner as well.

We had lunch at your club last Friday, this was not our first time there and the food has always been good. The staff are always friendly and the ambience is nice. Our only disappointment is the lack of bottled cider, sugar free and energy drinks on offer compared with the ex services club.

Food was amazing , booked table and seated near fireplace, table was way too low to eat a meal at…. Will return but will definitely ask not to be seated there again !

Didn't like the caffee seatings no view sittung in a corner loud musik can't have a conversation. The scones were the worst I ever had hard as a rock not enough jam (just small plastic sache) short on cream and abdolutelu tasteless. Hard to get any drink servoce when playing pokies Poor service at best. I do not like the place to loud and impersonal no atmosphere. I .don't want to eat there again.

Very busy on our visit, however, the service was great, food was very nice. Highly recommend the Malaysian coconut laksa. We will definitely be visiting again

New building looks modern with nice views over golf course. Shame about the seating, pre booked restaurant table and we were seated in front of the fireplace in curved bench seat with extremely low table. Terrible place to be seated to eat with a knife and fork. Not practical, ended up with sore back. Food was nice but wouldn’t return due to seating arrangements.

dropped in for dinner on a weekday. parking was ample. food good - however would have used yellow egg noodles for the laksa instead of the flat rice noodles ?perhaps next time, will try the grill.

Wet, wet, wet. Even after 80mm of rain and steady rain the course stood up pretty well. Tons of work over the last couple of years is paying off. In the past the course would have been closed due to massive flooded areas.

Great country course. I can't wait until new clubhous is finished construction, starting to look awesome.

Golf course has markedly improved since amalgamation with Orange ex services club, bringing modern equipment and new staff to remedy years of basic maintenance. The temporary clubhouse, a colorbond shed, with toilets, bar, air conditioning, 2 giant television sets, plus 8 pokies, is surprisingly adequate, very acceptable. The clubhouse staff are professional, polite and helpful, as are the golf professional and his staff. An enjoyable golf experience and after golf relaxation.

Nice course, some works under way but didn't affect our round on the back nine. Challenging enough without being demoralising for high-ish handicap players. Good variation in elevation and distance.

Challenging but nice course. Gave it 4 stars as there is a good bit of work on course at the moment (hence the photo of a truck driving on the course). The bar is basic but served us well. The carts and golf facilities are good too. I will play this course again.

Good golf course. Bit of up and down. Dry areas under the trees. Members have a new club house. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great views and efforts to improve course making fairways get better every month

Greens were good. Fairways rough in spots with some extensive bare patches especially is approaching the greens.
