Wow. What more can I say? We stayed here for a week and it was amazing! The view was beautiful, the pool was incredible, the food was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the golf course was excellent. We honestly had the best time here, and the bonus is that my son was kept entertained with the arcade in the evenings after dinner.

I last stayed with you before the rooms were upgraded. What a difference now. I have stayed in and worked in hotels around the globe and these rooms are as good as the get. Well done RACV.

Great place to stay, my 3rd stay in last 2 years. Very nice and friendly staffs. I was checked in by Mataya, she eased our check in a very nice and friendly way. Rooms are very big compared to other hotels and clean and spotless.

Lovely, lovely, lovely! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room with a mountain view was stunning. Clean, comfy beds. Yummy and fulfilling brekky. Lovely pools and a gorgeous day spa. We enjoyed a couple’s spa treatment during our stay and it’s not the cheapest, but it’s worth every cent. Truly luxurious! We’ll be back!

Loved this resort, we upgraded to a spa suite, it was lovely, spacious, great views, big tv. The resort had a great pool, good breakfasts, free car park,staff were lovely, food was great.

Everything was very nice except for the swimming pool. The adult pool is not very clean. Maybe because it’s outdoor, there are some foam and leaves on the edge of the pool, making the pool water disgusting. The dumpster chickens are also walking in the pool area. There are some stain on the pool tower.

Great location if you have a car, quick drive to just about everything on the GC but away from the hustle and bustle surrounded by beautiful gardens and the golf course. Handy to People First Stadium. Freshly updated rooms, pool and kids waterpark. Comfy bed and delicious food from room service and the cafes. Staff could not have been more helpful, 5 stars from us.

My husband and I stayed five days in the King Suite. Our package included buffet breakfast, which was actually a great highlight of our stay with lots of variety each morning. The rooms were okay, with daily room service. Cleanliness was not 100% (carpets and bathrooms). A downfall is that the bathrooms don't have fans, and we couldn't get the fridge or aircon to work properly. The location is not really walking distance to anything (we hired a car, so we were lucky). Most of the receptionist and concierge staff were lovely and supportive of interstate travellers looking to explore.

Stayed a week with my boys & we love this place. We stayed in the Superior Twin with stunning view of Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Mermaid waters, Palm Beach & so on. The room was so spacious, even the bathroom it had a lot of storage’s and places to put our belongings. The pool area for the kids which my son absolutely loved, the playground and the game room. The staff are super nice and warm. Very family oriented Resort 10/10. Thank you for having us RACV Pines Resort, can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend for couples with kids, they will love it.

We arrived early and they did their best to check us in as soon as our room Was ready. We were always greeted with a smile. The amenities were great and it was a real family oriented resort.

Amazing hotel. Well thought through layout. Make sure you book the hotel directly for best deals. Comfortable rooms and facilities. Staying away from Gold Coast yet within easy driving distance has its merits. Breakfast is a little boring as they serve the same stuff but is a convenience. Playing tennis undercover was better than expected. Laundry facilities are inadequate.

I can't really say much about this resort, it is win win, and absolutely amazing. It's worth experiencing by those who haven't been there. This is the Second time l've stayed at Royal Pine Resort with my family. So much activities to keep you going from the pools, golf, tennis, walk in the resorts and so on. The staff were friendly.The housekeeper came to clean our room, but noticing my son still sleeping, she requested to come back later, and she did, a mark of responsibility. Lot of food choices from different restaurants. We are thrilled by the Arakawa restaurant Japanese cook, who not only make fresh meals with demonstrations and expertise in the well designed cooktop in front of guest, creating a lovely atmosphere. But the meals that was made. It was delicious. We really had a wonderful stay, and will definitely come again.

We had 2 adjoining rooms for our family,the rooms are presented very clean ,in fact the cleaners are also very helpful,give them some recognition. The service and food was very good,including the buffet breakfast. This accommodation and location is excellent for families,located a 20minute drive to fun parks and surfers,plus the in house pools and games areas are great for kids, We really like being RACV club members,the benefits are real savings,like 15% of all food and special offers on accommodation,I would recommend it to any family. We had an amazing family stay at RACV Royal Pines. The Executive rooms was well worth the upgrade. Breakfast was delicious. Fabulous facilities to keep the kids happy & therefore the adults. With a car the location worked well as could get to the beach within 15 mins to enjoy beach time as well as pool time.

Clean, happy staff, fabulous restaurants on site, very kid friendly. Just need a car if planning on going to beach or other locations.

I stayed here as part of a conference and really enjoyed it. The food was good, the rooms lovely and the facilities had everything you could need for conferencing or staying with a family. I will certainly be back.

Room service was poor. Our body wash was never filled up and for several days we never received new towels and had to keep going to reception to ask for them. Also 8:30 in the morning is too early to be coming around to make up the room

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at RACV Royal Pines Resort. The hotel itself it's amazing and the service was truly next level. The facilities were fantastic—spotless, modern, comfortable additionally the breakfast and the wide range of restaurants were great. Everything about my stay was wonderful, and the team went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. After I checked out, I realized I’d left behind a toy that belonged to my niece and a couple of earrings. Once I contacted the hotel they immediately started looking for the items, kept me updated every step of the way, and found everything. On top of that, they arranged to have the items shipped back to me quickly and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The communication from start to finish was outstanding—friendly, professional, and reassuring. It’s clear they really care about their guests. I’d 100% recommend RACV Royal Pines Resort to anyone. They’ve truly earned my loyalty!

We had such an awesome stay! The service was fantastic, nothing was a problem. Lovely foyer to greet with guests or visitors. Pool area was great, kids area off to the side and lovely chill area near the pool. We will definitely revisit!

We went to the Breakfast buffet and it was amazing . Great food and nice environment

Firstly, I booked the hotel through American Express, and I was told both over the phone and in person at the front desk this morning that I could get the room key as soon as a room became available. However, I noticed that many guests who checked in later than I did were able to get their rooms, while I received no notification at all and had to inquire again at the front desk after 2 PM. Secondly, I specifically booked a view room, not a roof-facing room. The majority of my window faces the roof of the lower floors, which I believe does not match the hotel’s promotional images and descriptions. When I tried to communicate with the front desk, the staff was very aggressive and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. They interrupted me with “stop” and told me that if I wanted a better view, I would need to pay extra to upgrade my room. I explained that I wasn’t asking for an upgrade but rather pointing out that the description and photos provided at the time of booking were very clear, yet the reality was completely inconsistent. Now we’ve been moved to another room in the main tower. Additionally, I was informed that their kids’ playroom is closed during the New Year holiday and school holidays and will only reopen on the 18th of this month, before the school term starts. For a family vacation, I would recommend the Gold Coast Marriott instead. The facilities and pricing are similar, but the location and service are on a completely different level. (We are a local family from Queensland and visit the Gold Coast often, but this was our first time staying at RACV.)

A bit of everything for everyone. We and the kids loved our stay at RACV. There is enough to keep everyone busy and kids just want to go back there again. The facilities, staff, food and in general the place is ideal for a family. Would surely visit soon.

I was at Tee’s clubhouse when I had a wonderful experience with a server whose name is Harry. He was constantly ensuring the cleanliness of the tables, and lived out ‘service with a smile’ type of attitude. Another notable employee was Dan who made delicious cocktails and always had a positive attitude with excellent service!

Beautiful place to stay staff were amazing the only thing is we were there for New year's Eve would be amazing if you had an easy party in the bar thoroughly enjoyed watching the fireworks from the veranda

This is the best kept secret on the Gold coast. It is the perfect resort for families of all ages as well as anyone that wants to stay somewhere where you can park the car when you arrive and never have to leave. Great restaurants, cafes and room service meals. Staff are excellent and we will continue to go there regularly. Love it.

Everything including Xmas lunch was an excellent experience. Staff all over resort were helpful and friendly. Executive Rooms have amazing access to lounge facilities. We had four families staying and we all had an amazing time would definitely do again. Thank you to all the staff for making our time there an experience our family will always hold special.

RACV Royal Pines Resort: Decent Stay, but Housekeeping Needs Attention I recently stayed at RACV Royal Pines Resort and had a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, the location was convenient, and the front desk staff were polite and welcoming. However, the housekeeping service fell short of expectations. On the last day of our stay, the room was not cleaned thoroughly. Towels and toiletries were not replenished, and while the bed was made, there were still crumbs left behind. Additionally, when we requested coffee cups for our morning coffee, the ones provided were unfortunately dirty. Overall, while the resort has many positives, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and attention to detail given the price point. With improvements to their housekeeping services, the resort could offer a much better experience for guests.

Suzy on reception is a real life angel! From the moment we arrived she made us feel right at home. She was so kind and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Our entire experience was incredible the kids splash area is fabulous and we would highly recommend staying here if you’re after the perfect family holiday!

Absolutely loved our stay here over Christmas! I think we’ve just found our new yearly tradition. Pros - location. It’s closed to supermarket, takeaway, restaurants, shopping plus loads of restaurants to choose from at the hotel. The room was large. We had the superior twin which came with two doubles (great for a family) Amenities were the best! Kids pool with slides, splash zone, a second pool, loads of seating, playground, arcade games and access to tennis and golf. The arcade games and tennis was free. It was a nice surprise. Cons - when we arrived to check in at 2 we were asked to wait due to a staff change over (right at check in time) we were told to wait to the side. When the person logged back in he started serving other people. The room was quite dusty. I would say the cleanliness didn’t reach my expectations of the hotel and the standard set. Would definitely stay here again. The pros outweigh the cons

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with nothing but smiles and willingness to help. As we pulled in the main entrance the porters( in particular ZENON) was waiting and in particular SUSYon the front desk who quickly pulled out the kids crayons and drawing for my three year-old and proceeded to check us in which made life so much easier with kids entertained. THANKS SUSY & ZENON, HITOMI, MELISSA, MARION, TATAYANA - you MADE our stay so much better.

My fiance and I very much enjoyed our staycation at RACV Royal Pines. From the moment we checked in the service by hotel staff was fantastic. Our room was beautiful, clean and had an amazing view. The facilities were great! As a couple we had a great time but I could also see us bringing kids back here for a great time too. We very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Kalindas, our dinners at Amici and Arakawa, our time at Onespa and relaxing by the pool, enjoying drinks at the pool bar (deck). I wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect hotel. Staffs are very friendly and the room is very clean and the interior design is very cozy. We booked a room with a spa and I had such a great night with my boyfriend in this lovely hotel. The view from the room is stunning.
