This is an update. I have been going to the Enfield Hotel for years and it is still a wonderful place to dine. The chef is amazing, the steak is always perfect. Liz is the best bar and dining staff, and Jane is so sweet A while ago I wrote a review for Enfield Hotel (below) and I still agree with this statement. I want to add that hotel is growing with customers because it is a great place to dine in. I also wanted to add that Liz is amazing, not only very knowledgeable, but a offers great customer service and so efficient. She takes care of everything so quickly and with a smile on her face. Great pub and bistro. Food was nice and very fast service. Only issue was that they planned to clean the beer lines on a Thursday evening, couldn't order beer once the kegs were out. The manager was amazing with her service even though they were short staff.

Over priced food

I know it was quiet time. But jane could'nt make me feel more welcome..I had walked 1.7 km frm the eastern end of greenacres and was in .NEED OF FEED. I drove buses past here for 35 years and now this is my first meal here..When the meal is adjustable in everyway you can understand why its so popular..It doesn't take much and word of mouth is a powerfull medium..thanks jane and Hotel Enfield..my pub of choice..kim v

Great stay at the Hotel Enfield, comfortable room with all amenities, king size bed with really comfortable pillows! Special thanks to Nikki and Kelly for their great customer service (5 star rating to each and f them). Their help and advice was awesome!

I have been to the Hotel Enfield a few times and the service has been great. My experience today with Cheryl was great, it is rare to meet barstaff these days who are very hospitable and caring. I would definitely recommend to others

Had Christmas lunch 25th Dec 2024 and was very enjoyable. Very reasonably priced, good variety of food and the staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. The meals came quickly - hot meals were hot which isn't always the case when hotels serve so many meals. Thank you.

Nick and Jayne are attentive, kind, funny people, their service was amazing. Their personality are like rock stars, that make there hats touch the ceiling. The service is never disappointing when you have a great team and the food is delicious of course as always.

Cheryl is the best for when I need a knock off. Very inviting and love having a yarn with her. Haven't come for a meal yet but definitely will because of her.

Enfield Hotel is a lovely place to dine. They're friendly and professional. The food is nice and best of all Nick is absolutely awesome. He made our Christmas 🎄 experience an absolute treat.

Went to the pokie room to get $5 cash out for the lolly machine, to stop a melt down after my little one woke from a nap (to keep everyone happy while we had our meal). The worker Cheryl, gave me $5 from her own purse to help this mumma out!! Honeslty, it was the kindest act anyone has ever give me! She got her lolly and the big tantrum avoided! Thank you so much Cheryl!

Just don't bother. I have never left a review before but i am beyond words how bad this experience was. Thanks for spoiling our weekend. The so called manager called to assist was beyond rude, inconsiderate unprofessional & without any empathy or common sense. Forced to book another hotel without stepping into the room & would not refund a cent. No review low enough.

Nice cold beer and excellent meals..

Very dissapointing dining experience. We attended a wake today and the meal delivery was atrocious,even to the point that they ran out of fish and didn't even tell the customer ,whom had to ask after over 1hour of waiting, he then asked for a refund. Another person in our party waited for 1.5hrs for her meal, finally got it after we had all finished ours. She got offered a free drink. Also very rude staff!! Will not come back again!

The problem we had was they gave us the wrong room somebody was in the room they allocated for us so had to wait while they gave us a new one.i asked for no stairs but found out that there were 24stairs if we had chose to leave we wouldn't have got our money back. Another thing was the fridge had been turned off so the was no cold bottled water to drink sorry but won't be staying there again.

Our group have frequented the Bistro at Enfield Hotel for a number of years for lunch. We have had great service and good food. Yesterday, we had our Melbourne Cup lunch there. Most people attended the Sports Bar but we chosed the Bistro and had a great time. One of our ladies was judged as the best dressed person for the Cup lunch. A lovely surprise prize worth $150. What a nice day with a bonus at the end of the day.

Wandered into the Lightsview Bar for Friday knock-off bevvies with the boys. The lovely young bartender named Cheryl ran us through the Happy Hour and Monthly specials, to make sure we got the most bang for our buck! Cheryl went above and beyond by looking after our desso, to make sure we made it home in one piece. She is an absolute superstar!

We were served by Liz and what a wonderful experience. She was very pleasant and helpful and treats every customer like a long lost friend
