The staff at ACH are fantastic. Staff are friendly,intentive and good at their job. 10/10 would recommend coming to this venue.

Although I lose a lot of money here, the staff here are fantastic, I have a favorite staff member called Berk, who is always polite and professional and makes me feel welcome and serves a fabulous coffee. I would visit just for him.

Great place to have few drinks with friends and family. Staff were great, happy and welcoming.

if you’re craving a pub feed from the albion charles, you won’t find it here! we recently came here as we were in the area and were craving a pub feed. we sussed the website (which has a pub menu online it), and had planned what to order we walked in, and were stared at by the patrons and employees like we were from another planet. we went up to enquire about our pub feed, only to have the lady behind the counter laugh at us. perhaps it’s time to update the socials and your website…. there’s no pub feed to be had here, only bar snacks and a beer. if only i could rate 0 stars we ended up going to a nice pub down the road that was 100x better, and we didn’t have anyone laugh at us there.

lovely customer service they are very helpful, Liz aliyh are very welcoming and make you feel very accepted here it’s a lovely environment and is quiet the ideal place to go grab a drink and relax.

Every Saturday Sunday Aali has done an outstanding job looking after all us locals with a cheerful and helpful matter, We were very impressed with her performance. Also she was making sure was looked the whole time she was managing!! The staff have set a lovely atmosphere they are all very welcoming and helpful, they don't fail to make sure they give A+ customer service.

They no longer have a kitchen, closed down for COVID and never reopened. 4 of us went there after reviewing the menu on their website to find that they only had snacks. And this took 50 minutes because they only have one air fryer. They seriously need to update their website

Amazing little pub, I spent the majority of my 2 years in Melbourne here and the team made me feel like family. I will miss this pub now that I've moved interstate, but I know if I ever am back in Melbourne I'll go right back to the albion and be welcomed back like I never left. Amazing team, won't find many like them.

Only rating it 2 stars cause the kitchen hasn't come back post COVID. Really really hurts this kind of place as the focus outside of popping in for a drink or 2 & watching some sports is only three evil pokies. Surely the it can't be that hard to get some decent food pumping out of the kitchen again.

They advertise to be a sports club but an AFL game starts at 7:40pm and then they close bar at 8:00pm so they want you in the pokie room. They let you sit in the sports room to watch the game but they close bar turn the lights off and also the heat!! Plus there is no food just a few microwave selections.

Went here at 2:50am and got told they were “closed”. Even though online and on their signage they were supposedly open until 4am.

Got profiled at this pub today. Went to watch the Super Bowl only with only one other punter in the bar and was refused service because “you have been here too long and we don’t know you”. 6 beers in 5 hours and you have to deal with this rubbish. Avoid this place unless you are a regular.

Kitchen is closed. Came for a counter meal. Unfortunately had paid for two drinks before realising, otherwise would have left. A sign saying as much would be useful. What’s a pub without a Parma?

Very quiet pub which is a shame as it has so much potential to be a bustling pumping place if they had a bistro and maybe live music. It has the room. Staff were great though, very friendly.
