I walked in on a Monday morning, looking for a replacement WIFI card for my laptop. They didn't have anything in stock so the guy checked 'out the back' and came back with one he had pulled out of another laptop. Said he couldn't guarantee if it would solve my problems but gave it to me for free in the hopes that it would. Where else can you get that sort of service!? I know where I'll be going for my future computer needs.

Being in town sucks, as car parking is a hassle. There are Parks out the front but limited. The shop is for those that know what they want. No real browsing opportunity this isn't Harvey Normans, though the service is better, so decide what you want at home infront of your PC. I had a broken keyboard the owners were fantastic and easy to deal with in replacing it. No Hassles.

I once had to upgrade my power supply a few years ago because i was having issues with my old one combined with my new GPU. They helped me find the right one for me, but it was slightly out of my budget for what I had on the day. They very kindly dropped it down just a little bit so I could afford it. Above and beyond service. They obviously care about their customers and I'm looking forward to come in this week and buy a whole new bunch of parts for my new build. Highly recommend!

Allneeds go above and beyond what is expected for customer service. All Needs was the only place I visited that was able to solve a complex query relating to power cabling. They were the only ones willing to sell me a single power cable, and didn't treat me like an idiot when I mentioned modifying the cables with correct tooling to get the job done. This meant that instead of being without my PC for a week waiting for parts online, that I was able to get up and running before the weekend. They have won my business for the foreseeable future.

Quick and very professional service. My game rig didn't wasn't working properly anymore. Spend hours to find the error myself but couldn't figure it out. I brought it to Allneeds, they found there was a error with the water-cooling to the CPU. It was fixed in no time, treated myself to a small upgrade while my PC was there, all done within a day. Some good old fashioned customer service!

I've had two systems built by these guys. They are my 'go to' for anything to do with computer hardware. Prices seem to be competitive and there is no stuffing around. Tell em' what you want, and if they don't have it they'll get it for you. Happy customer for over 10 years!..

Fantastic service, made a order in the early arvo, had it in Sydney the next morning. Found the staff very pleasant over the phone. Would have no hesitation to shop with All Needs Computers again, nor in recommending them.

We first went in to buy a chair. The man at the front seemed arrogant and the purchase was sketchy. We asked for how much the warranty lasts for and he said AT LEAST 12 months. On the receipt, there was no warranty and charged us extra for paying on card. Also asked for a discount and he was rude about it. Horrible customer service and definitely never coming back here again. Worst experience ever.

I last reviewed Allneeds 4 years ago, and I feel like it deserves a fresh review. The staff are super helpful and responsive. The prices are generally fair and in line with the market, which is excellent for SA buyers. They're well stocked, and they are happy to find and order items that they don't have in store. I've visited many times in the past few year (I dare not look at how much I spent) and every time they've been fantastic. Keep up the great work!
