Went in on a busy day and it's quite too loud. The food was good

Ordered the bbq meat platter and two chicken snittys for delivery, the platter was the size of a 1 person meal not 2-4 as per advertised, the chicken for the snittys tasted like over processed cardboard. Highly disappointed. The meat on the platter was awful tasting and did not look appetising, the only thing edible was the brisket.

Fed a family of 6 for less than $70 and decent food!

We had a great visit. From when I ordered drinks with Dakota, to when we had an issue with the crispy pork dishes. Dakota took care of it all and was more than happy to change the dishes over and even gave us a bottle of wine to compensate. Dakota is clearly a stand-up employee and a great manager. An asset to you.

Bad cooked food. Displayed ingredients on menu does not match when you get the food. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Would not recommend 😕.

I love coming to Angle Vale Tavern. The food is always excellent 👍. Staff are most helpful and friendly, this was our group Christmas ⛄ get together and they gave us Bon bons at no charge, very nice and unexpected.

Great place for a meal and a drink, clean and friendly

The Service from the Botox girls wasn’t the best. We ordered wings as a starter that came out dry and so i sent them back didn’t expect a refund or anything and didn’t get anything. the stuff seemed to take offence from that as the service just got worst. We ordered two chicken schnitzels one with the mushroom topping which was good no problems at all. My sister ordered the pulled pork topping but the brisket was dry and didn’t have flavour.

Wow , we had a vale plater and 5 of us. Simply beautiful and had to take some home with us. Excellent variety and value for any family lunch. We'll done to the lovely staff. We all had to roll out of there with very full tummys

Hats off to the chef. Corned beef w seeded mustard creamy sauce, whole buttery potatoes, beans, carrots and the sourkrout went really well with the tender corned beef. Only $23 for lunch including a fizzy drink. Can't wait to try a schnitzel. Heard so much about the great food that I even caught a bus to get there 😁 staff very friendly too. Nice country atmosphere

A bit Meh... I didn't stay for food so cant comment on that, the bar staff weren't that friendly either. Sort of a typical average pub, nothing special, not a great range of beers. 2 outdoor tables which were nice, but right next to the smoking area, so totally spoiled it. 1 drink and just left. Probably cool for the locals, good catch up place, but if you want a 'nice' drink and chat I'd go elsewhere...

Had a family dinner with 14 of us, service was good and food came out quicker than we ordered it. Good venue, very busy though so make sure you book in to make sure you don’t miss out

So my husband and our friends thought we would give this place a go. Kinda wish we didn’t. One of our entrees came out and our mains started to come out before the rest of our entree’s. The Sweet potato fries were soggy and the sauce that went with it wasn’t pleasant. The flavours were mediocre to say the least for most of our meals. We also weren’t impressed when the staff started packing up chairs and staking them in the dinning room we were in and still eating, along with others. They also started playing loud music so we had to talk loud to each other. Then the music got even louder that we just couldn’t hear each other. So between the packing up of the chairs and table from the room inside and the loud music we felt as though they were forcing us out and we didn’t feel welcome at all. We all felt a bit sick later in the night and this morning. So unsure if the oil was old or not. Had the staff member told me what happens Friday night, it would have given us an heads up. Either way we won’t be returning nor recommending sadly, quite disappointed. 😞

First time here tonight we ordered the chicken schnitzel mushroom gravy and salad the mushrooms were diced champions not sliced mushrooms the chicken was dry and the chips not very crunchy as I had asked We ordered a spaghetti and meatballs for our 2 year old and I went up to the counter to get a take home container only to find out the staff had taken away her food without asking if we wanted it as we paid for it than she didn’t get to have her ice cream as I didn’t know the time was limited so by the time she ate her meal it was time to leave as they already booked the table for another group My mum ordered the barramundi and she said it was dry too

Food is always really good, the service is usually really good, don’t know if we came on an off night. I gave a cake to a waitress and after dinner asked for the cake to be brought out and she just came out and plonked the cake still in the box on the table and walked away. No candles lit, no plates, spoons or knife. The cake was definitely not kept on the fridge either since it was pretty melted when we got it.

Actually,, I don't really rate,, but i must say this place i was impressed,, food was nice and very generous in the amount,, great prices,, cheap drinks and the girls were really nice and they also had karaoke in which my 6 year daughter sang.

We went for the schnitzel platter and loved it. The food, the service and the dining room were all great and we will be back for sure. Hint- take something to take food home in if you get a big platter (unless there’s more than a couple of you) because you are not going to want to leave any behind.

Rude staff the lady in the flower top was extremely rude to us had a huge attitude, and totally wrecked our experience They refused to make an apple pie for dessert for a birthday at 8:15 as they closed the till but they had multiple other tills open

Best Pub meal I have had in a decade.

We were a party of 8. I can only give a review for me! I had meatloaf, I wasn't impressed, the gravy was very vinegary and a little on the dry side. I did eat it,but I would not choose it again. The pricing is very reasonable! If you are in the area, try it out for yourself

My wife and I order brunch from here (home delivery) every Saturday morning. The food is delicious and the price is good. The downside however is you almost never get what you order 100%. We order the same items every weekend, yet every weekend we receive a different variation of the order. More often than not missing items. Multiple times our bacon and egg croissants arrive with no bacon. The big breakfast sometimes has hash browns and brisket but sometimes not. Sometimes it’s 0, 1, 2 or even once 3 hash browns. It’s always random and not what it states on the menu. This past weekend we ordered 3 meals, 2 of which were missing items. The breakfast muffins were all missing a top half for some reason. Consistency definitely needs to be worked on. When the orders ARE correct and accurate, the food is amazing. Still worth taking the risk lol. EDIT: Just ordered again 18/05/24 and the meal was out standing! Portion size incredibly generous, everything included and the food was fantastic as always.

booked well in advance 12.00 when we got there we were told we had to leave before 1..30 very rude, we were seated in an alcove that had filthy seats, sticky menus and table too far away from seats, food served very fast

It was very noisy and had to wait 1 half hour's for our meals 😪 Diane Gravy was yummo

First time visiting, great selection of meals, was enjoyable evening.
