Customer service is amazing! Tait is an absolute legend! He made what could have been a very challenging job super easy.

This place is handy since there aren't many hardware stores nearby. I notice that Mitre 10 has some products that the bigger stores lack. The staff here are friendly and eager to help with any quick questions. In larger stores, it can be hard to find someone available to assist you. Great work, everyone, 10/10!

I’ve spent the whole morning to find parts or a brand new laundry washing machine conversion tap but couldn’t get any helpful information from 3 other suppliers (including plumbing suppliers). Oscar told me to try this one otherwise could get it returned and it worked!!!

I go there often and there is always a friendly staff member to help you with your needs.

Very disappointed with the service received. Had my son in his carrier and had a worker turn around and say “she’s got arms and legs” she can come to show us what she’s after. Having arms and legs is not the point. I had my 9 month old strapped to me as the attendant liked to say and wasn’t really able to carry much.

I stopped in today to get some help gathering everything one would need to install garden bed irrigation. Adrian not only assisted me with gathering everything I needed but carried my basket around the store and had the best positive attitude. Without a doubt I’ll be coming back for any other hardware needs! Everyone in the store was so approachable and friendly. Thanks Adrian and everyone else in store! Keep up the great work!

I try not to shop anywhere but here for hardware. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and will spend plenty of time helping you if you need it. I sometimes come in to get specific sizes of wood cut for paintings, and it will only cost me less than $10, but despite the fact I’m hardly spending anything on those trips, the staff are still really happy to help and spend the time on it for me (other bigger stores won’t!).

Recently visited to get some information on paints/kitchen cupboard upgrades and Meri went above and beyond helping me with the utmost patience, answered the numerous questions I had with incredibly helpful information. She really knows her stuff, is kind and took her time with me. She is an incredible asset to this store and they should probably give her a raise. :)

Awesome service. Had a heater die on me a week after purchasing. Tate (I hope, sorry if I got your name wrong) called me as soon as he saw my email, organised a similar model and delivered with a cash refund for the price difference the next business day.

The staff are legitimately friendly and helpful ! A good team works there. Genuine kindness. It felt like everyone was so happy for me to get my first tool set for work. Everyone went out of their way to help me, and I am so happy that this is the store I chose to purchase my new tools.

Fabulous first-time experience. Impressive customer service. Needed timber cut into shelves, plus supports to prevent bowing in the middle. Placed the order over the phone, and received excellent advice from Tait on materials. The shelves were cut and neatly packaged for our collection in a couple of hours, and we were taken directly to where we could buy those weird little shelf-support things that plug into holes and no one seems to know the name of. The Hectorville crew was amazing!

Always first-rate advice, above all, but a decent range and prices too. Huge thanks especially to Meri in the paint section for applying herself to the many challenging questions of our renovation - knowledgeable and eager to investigate. Oscar has also been a champion of our renovation, and plenty of the others, too.

Wow, visited for the first time last weekend and was amazed at the range (good quality too) and they actually have lots of helpful staff! (they said they were understaffed that day, but I would never have guessed). The shelves were brimming with stock (not empty tubs of the thing you want). I think my hardware shopping experience has been dumbed down by that B. place... I forgot what good service & quality was like. New favourite hardware store :)

i went this morning to find a non-slip bath mat. Peter saw me coming, asked what I was looking for, directed me and called someone to tell them I was coming. Mary met me and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Both were so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to shop there. Very impressive!

I experienced exceptional customer service today from Greg, the store manager. He was friendly and competent in resolving a pricing issue, not of his making, which could otherwise have left us with negative sentiment towards Mitre 10. We will definitely go out of our way to shop at this store again!!

I had the most amazing service at Glynde Mitre 10 today by Mary, Belinda and Elena. Mary helped me out in the plumbing section, Belinda helped out in the gardening area and Elena served me at the front counter when I went to pay. These three staff are an absolute asset to Glynde Mitre 10 and the entire Mitre 10 chain. Please pass on my thanks! PS there was another staff member at the counter when I was paying for my items. I didn’t get her name but she was just as wonderful, so if you know who it was, please give her a shout out too!

I had such a lovely experience being looked after by Belinda in the garden centre. Her knowledge of plant species and different ways I could rid my roses of pests was so helpful. A huge asset to the business, I will be back!

Brent is a legend! Been going to Mitre 10 Glynde for over a decade for multiple house renos but today had Brent help sort out my stihl slasher. What a great Mitre 10, has everything you need and more. The only place you can buy the LoFlo sprinkles in Adelaide (except online) but the trip out there is definitely worth it. Friendly staff and they actually help. Well done guys..no wonder it's so busy.👍👍

The click and collect system is useless! You have to walk through the entire store to get to the counter for collections. Speak to a staff member to be given your order, then on the way out speak to another staff member to sign and show ID. It would have been easier just to buy the items instore....

Glynde Mitre Ten is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable people. If you want something or don't know where you can find it, someone will walk you there, just good old fashion service! Not only do they keep all the hardware items that you would expect to find in stock, such as screws, nails, bolts etc, paints and all the services for paint tinting, hand tools and the full array of electric power tools and even a garden centre with plants, fertilisers everything for the home and a range of BBQ's as well. It really is a one stop shop with specials everywhere you look. A great local hardware.

A good Store to shop in eve day Just like Bunnings

I purchased 3 fake owls from Mitro10 Sydney and install on the roof to scare pigeons going under solar panels and making nests. Unfortunately, it only worked for two weeks. Very disappointing and lost money. I would not recommend these fake owls to anyone.

Staff are so helpful. Easy parking. And the Sausage sizzle smelt tempting.

Service was great. Gave me suggestions and told me of other places where I could find the timber I was looking for

Lovely potted plants

I travel full time and so coming through Adelaide I need to do it emergency repair on my trailer so all the stuff wouldn't fall out the back and hurt anybody. Thankfully there was heaps and heaps of parking as it was late in the day. In fact, when they close one of the young fellas was even good enough to come up and see if I needed a hand and to make sure that I was all right and I had somewhere to camp for the night. Just like Walmart sometimes. It's great to have people in the car park because it keeps the hoons away. I understand also that a lot of people in the pub from across the road also park here during the night. Sometimes it's not just about selling products. It's about being a good business in the community.

Great hardware store. The staff are always willing to help and there is a lot available. I gave it four stars because the isles are tricky to find what you need.
