We had a birthday party for my 8yo daughter for laser tag and arcade games on 22/2/25. Pros- we had Chloe as our party planner and she was wonderful. She looked after the kids really well even after they refused to do laser tag because the room was too scary for them. She always had a smile from the beginning of the party to the end of the party which was really appreciated. Cons- laser tag at Alexandria is not which for kids. I was told it was for 5yo+ but all the kids at our party (8-10yo) found the horror theme to be too scary. Luckily they enjoyed the arcade games.

It is 30 degrees outside and feels even hotter inside. You cannot have people bowling and gaming in this heat. At very least warn people at the door, so we can decide if we stay. It is disgusting in here.

Always a brilliant experience and a super fun time at Archie Brothers! Heaps of new games have been added, and the cocktail menu is always to die for. Super special shoutoutto Connor for being a true legend and helping make our Niece’s 21st Birthday truly legendary!

I was invited to a birthday party there. Although it was quite noisy, the games were fun and the kids loved there. Sometimes the insert card doesn’t work properly, but overall it’s a great place to have fun.

Our recent birthday party experience was very disappointing. We had a group of 12 celebrating a birthday, for which we were charged $250. Unfortunately, some of our party arrived 5-10 minutes late, which resulted in our game being cut short. We barely played half of the game, which was especially disappointing for the children. To try and make up for it, we spent an additional $100 in the arcade, which we felt could have been better used as a credit offered by the venue. This isn't the first time we've encountered scheduling issues here. On a previous occasion, we had to wait for the group before us to finish, suggesting inconsistencies in how delays are managed. We've been frequent customers in the past and had even considered hosting another birthday party here. However, due to this experience, we will unfortunately not be returning.

Lost all my money on that silly Wizard Of Oz game. Wanted to feel young again. And apart from destroying the machine and being dragged out by security I had fun.

We had a great experience at Archie Brothers with a 4 year old and 2 7 year olds. Bowling is a good price and the kids loved the games! We paid $50 and recieved $75 worth of games! We purchased a marg pizza, chicken bites & chips.. my daughters weren’t a fan of the seasoning on pizza, it was quite salty but the other items were delish! We’ll be returning again for sure!

Good place to go for entertainment, parking is a pain and non existent.

I went there with just enough money for one ride and a 4d thing after me and my friend did it the lady running the 4d thing gave us a free go on it as well 😄😄😄😄😄

Worse experience ever! The air conditioning was not on or not working and when asked they stated it was because there were too many people which was not the case as it wasn’t even busy. Then we had a large group of people and the bar tenders were extremely rude. The bar tender served others when I was standing there for a long long time. After she took my order she made me wait for 20 minutes while she was chatting to other bar tenders to get my drink. I also ordered bottled water and I had to ask for them! When she finally made drink she left it on the counter and did not attempt to even let me know it was ready ( 20-30 mins later) The other bar tender did not even try to accommodate our large group and told us it was our job to move tables around. The staff have zero manners, they act like they do not want to be there and as if they are doing you a favor! Do not recommend what so ever!

Great selection of games and machines. Friendly staff. Advertised that they had a space marine VR experience that wasn't available, so a trip from Wagga Wagga absolutely wasted. I doubt I'll be back, ever.

Fun arcade for all ages but staff, especially at the front desk, are clearly over it.

Good family fun place

Parking here is bad on a Saturday night. Bowling is great fun, the arcade games selection doesn't interest me at all. It can get quite noisey in here as well as expensive.

They did the best laser tag party for my son! They were so accommodating and went above and beyond any expectations. Every single employee was so friendly, helpful, and just plain nice. Our party host Noah did an incredible job and was calm and cheerful the whole time, which is admirable with a dozen energetic preteen boys to entertain! I would recommend this venue to anyone with kids who is looking for a super fun party everyone will enjoy.

Amazing place for a birthday party and to let the kids run a muck ! Arcade games were good. the place itself lacked AC..it was so hot and humid. Please upgrade your AC ! But other than that, it's a great place for kids to play arcade games, bowling, or laser tag ! The finger food was also good as well.

What a disaster of an afternoon which was meet to be a special one with my son. Arrived at 5:15 for our 5:20 booking to be told our lane wasn’t ready and asked if we would mind to be pushed back and do our games first not realising at the time it was so packed no good games were available and we came for the bowling for a 40 min slot for the 2 of us. Obviously 1 game for 2 people is only going to take 20 min then asking if we can have another for the remaining of our 20 min slot and said no the 40 min is just a guide. No staff cleaning up the tables were discussing from the previous guest.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Archie Bros over the years. Being an ex-motherfunner it's always great to see the business growing. There are some great new games these days and the staff are amazing. Brendan and his trainee tonight went above and beyond the second we walked in, thank you so much! Also Brendan is cute, just saying hehe Thank you Archie Bros!

Great place for kids and adult-kids alike. Fun and vibrant ambiance. Nicely curated diversity of games that are both physical and engaging. Bowling has a great atmosphere too. Special thanks to Brendon that was managing the big VR motion chair activity- went above and beyond to entertain us with superb customer service. Another positive is the delicious food and drinks. We will return. One suggestion is to ensure the bowling area (tables for food) is cleaned. I had to clean the table and discard food scraps myself. While not a disqualifying issue, it can be improved as hygiene matters.

Went yesterday with my wife and nieces, Brendon was an absolute gentleman... went above and beyond to help me out and make sure my experience was great!!!

Had the absolute worst experience here for my cousins 20th birthday. We had a group of 11 people come for bowling and laser tag and got cut off from the bar 30 minutes into our session because we were showing “signs of intoxication”. When we asked the manager, Hayden, what our signs of intoxication were he stated “We are showing too much energy and we pre drank”, which was an invalid assumption. We did not predrink, we had a dinner reservation at 7pm which we attended then went to Archie Brothers. The whole nights experience was so bad including when we got there at 9:30pm they tried to shove us quickly into a laser tag, even though our booking was for 10:30pm. Honestly so disappointing and we left straight after our bowling game and didn’t even bother with laser tag as we were being watched by hawks and treated so poorly. Absolutely appalling customer service, will never return.

The activities involved were great and the host we had was an absolute pleasure to have around as she efficiently moved the kids onto the next activity. Everyone had a blast. I would highly recommend this place as the value for money is excellent!

The staff at Archie Brothers were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my visit was enjoyable from start to finish. Good venue, average service. Challenge rooms are a bit weathered from high use

Many arcade games don’t work. If you go in the holidays or weekend you won’t be able to use many games at all. The drinks are good here. It’s also over $3 to go on the claw machine for one play and it doesn’t even pick up the toys.

Brandon on the shooting 4D game is a legend! Very helpful and even got the clown to do dodgems with us! Such a fun night.

Went to have some fun after a long day of uni and had a ton of fun playing all the games and taking some awesome photo booth photos. Grace was a big help when we went to collect our prizes and sort out our points. She offered us a ballon animal and popcorn which made my day. By far the best time i’ve had with my friends and had great staff interactions!

Came here to have some fun with my mates after uni had fun playing all the games than after when went to collect our prizes with our points we had won we got Grace to help us out she was amazing and offered us popcorn and ballon animals which was really fun would definitely recommend to a friend and loved the staff interaction

We paid alot of money over $100 foe 1 game of bowling and because there Was 6 of us we still had half a game left And THEY KICKED US OFF AND TOLD US WE CANT FINISH OUR GAME WE PAID FOR so disgusting honestly so bad money makers is all they care about rude service rude workers!!!

Had a great night for a work event last night! Brandon and Hayden were kind enough to give us a sneak peak of a brand new game they had set up as we were walking out. Get ready for Flash Dash! Awesome Night Out at Archie Brothers! Had an absolute blast at Archie Brothers! The bowling lanes were in great condition, the arcade games were a ton of fun, and the laser tag was adrenaline-pumping. We especially want to shout out to Brendan for his incredible customer service. He was friendly, helpful, and made our experience even more enjoyable. I'm starting to understand older people because loud music at venues is so annoying. Either have the games loud or have the music loud. But don't choose both! Why do arcades/party places insist on having the loudest music possible? What's the point of having a party if I can't even hear people/friends very well? Can't I have a normal conversation with people without having to lean in two inches from someone's face?

Better than most arcade. Parking is a nightmare Came back after a while. Seems that not much maintenance had been done.

I’ve visited Archie Brothers Arcade three times, and I’ve been so lucky that Brendan was the one to assist me each time. His service is always incredible! You can really tell he loves his job—he’s always so helpful, efficient, and genuinely enthusiastic. It’s people like Brendan who make the experience even better. I’ll definitely keep coming back because of his amazing service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would Brendan deserves 10,000! Highly recommend!

Loved this place. Great selection of games. Hour of power. Can play ticket machines (but don't get the ticket) have some really cool VR games too and dodgem cars. We had a ton of fun. Special shout out to Brendan. He was awesome and looked after us.

Garbage arcade.. timezones better, better selection of arcade games, better ticket prizes, better balance on tickets per game etc. Just all in all timezone is a better experience
