Very nice place specially for kids

Big venue. Lots of different gaming areas. Bowling, mini golf, arcade, bar. Plenty of bowling lanes as well. Shooting hoops and Mario carts was awesome. Old school basketball multiplayer game was also great. Highly recommend.

Thank you Monique Barnet for hosting such a wonderful party for my son. You were so lovely and patient with these screaming kids. Highly recommend requesting Monique for all your hosting needs.

Nice place but a lot smaller than other Archie Bros and Timezone. I do like the bar area though

Hannah, our party host was amazing!! Place is clean and service was excellent. Team was running late and I can’t remember last time someone gave me some extra service as an apology. It can sound a bit pricey but I would highly recommend.

Beautiful please for kids but food was awful. We ordered pizza it’s took for about 48 minutes & was disgusted.

Very busy at weekends. Plenty to keep kids occupied. Bowling alley as well. Check costs before going.

We had a great time at Archie Brothers! The atmosphere was awesome, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The venue was spotless, which is always a big plus when visiting with kids. However it would have been nice to see more healthy options for both adults and kids. Overall, a fun place!!

Had the most amazing party for my son on 8th September. Everything was run very smoothly, staff were professional and the venue being new and cool was the cherry on top. Well done Archie brothers for being one of the best venues for parties.

Expensive but range of things to do

Archie Brothers is one of the best places we have ever visited in Melbourne. I recently celebrated my son's 7th birthday there, and I must say, it is one of the most diverse entertainment centres I have ever seen. The kids were so happy and entertained by the variety of activities, including arcade games, mini golf, and bowling. They were engaged and amused, just like the parents. The price was reasonable, especially considering the multiple zones where the kids could play and spend time together. I also want to highlight the fantastic service we received. Our host, Sam, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making the whole experience unforgettable. Thank you so much, Sam, and the entire team. We really appreciate it!

This place is a kidult's dream. Lots of fun games to play, all the best classic candy and novelty toy prizes to spend your hard earned tickets on, private party/karaoke rooms you can hire out, and a large bar area with beers on tap. There are also bowling and mini golf in the same complex and good food options within a short walk. What more could you ask for?

DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. god the claw machines are a bloody JOKE. get absolutely stuff all. Useless place. And massive rip off.

Jenna solved my problem that Chadstone store may have caused. She didn't ignore it, she followed up with the other store to check what happened, and although I could not get the extra credits I at least didn't loose $100. Jenna was very professional!

Worst place to do birthday parties so disorganised and unfriendly staff. Provided feedback to them as part of survey email received from them after party but no one has reached out to me to follow on this

This place was fun, good time for kids, and the bowling is great.

Always enjoy being at Archies. We usually drop by here when we're in the area during the week as we pretty much have the whole place to ourselves. It does get busy after work hours.

Fulfilled place to spend a few hours

Staff are amazing, but the only redeeming quality. When I went, more than half the games and claw machines were out of order. The remaining claw machines had very low stock, and it was impossible to win a single plushy after spending over $50.

So good. Had a ball.

Joel and another staff member that I unfortunately wasn't able to get the name of were very understanding and incredibly helpful when I had an anxiety attack during one of the scary zombie VR games for Zero Latency. As fun as it sounded, I was not able to continue and Joel was completely empathetic to this and actually offered us a different game mode for us to enjoy. He was incredibly helpful and my friends loved having him host us - it was really comforting to experience great customer service and for someone to go above and beyond for a patron (aka me) who embarrassingly went through a breakdown after trying to fight some zombies. We wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the arcade but we'll come back as we had no idea we had an Archie's Brothers locally! Again thank you so much to Joel, it genuinely means a lot to someone to help as much as you did for someone struggling with an anxiety attack. Shout out to the additional staff member as well who also came to check on my friends and I to see if we were okay after the game :)

Great little spot. Glad this is near a few food options like the brewery and cafes down the road. Decent amount of things to do, wish there was more multiplayer games than claw machines.

Sam and Ella were absolutely amazing, 10/10 service, amazing and friendly, would highly recommend, very kind and accepting of everyone, if you're looking for a fun night out, this is the place to be. The mini golf was a fun time waster even tho I didn't play myself (my friends did) the bowling was a blast, we were pretty much going the moment we stepped onto the alley, the arcade games are both challenging and fun. The bar had some amazing drinks and their pizza was super nice. Unfortunately i don't remember his name, I think it was either James or Jared, he helped us with the zero latency, it was a blast and we chatted about video games and all sorts of stuff. Over all was a 10/10 experience and count ask for a better night out

Clean, well staffed venue with a range of different activities. The VR is 8+ or 13+ and is well worth the experience. A supportive environment for first experiences as well. Even more unusual, all the prize toys look to be officially licensed as opposed to the weird spooky knock offs you often see in these arcades. Looks like a nice place to host a birthday party, though most of the arcade video games are a little tricky for kids any younger than 7. Plenty of seating, nice food options. Nice bathroom facilities.

Love this place. I still love this place but last time I came in a week ago I had a bad experience with one of the managers made me feel uncomfortable the man had a beard so I’m just feeling a little uncomfortable about coming back

Great experience. Really well organised. Had 14 7 year old boys and it was hardly any stress at all. Definitely book if you’re considering it.

Great location with variety in a quite suburb. Quite on afternoon weekdays if you want the place to yourself.

We went here for a friend’s birthday party (karaoke night 🎤🥳) and we were so well looked after. Chantal took great care of us, an absolute legend, and all the team we encountered were great. Thanks to everyone for a great night!

Took my 4 year old for a few arcade games. Preloaded a card. There were only 3 or so games that that she could play so had a lot left on the card. Asked if we could use money on card to play some mini golf or something else- weren’t interested in helping- was told bad luck. Games very over priced and last about 30 seconds. Better to get a time based card if you have older kids.

Joel and Lex served us when we visited and honestly the service was such a highlight, both such lovely, welcoming and helpful individuals. Joel was well versed in the VR experience and golf and Lex was super helpful at the bar and gave great suggestions. We will definitely be coming back :))

Joel was a genuine delight. I’ve been to venues and have had good performance but this bloke went above and beyond. Big props to management for their training. Also, go to the bar for a great cocktail made by Lex!

Very fun

Just had my daughter’s 7th birthday there. The kids had one hour of bowling and one hour of arcade games (which they went insane). It was a fantastic experience, from the time I placed the booking 3 weeks ago to the end of the party, they were amazing. Very attentive staff, they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, place is very clean and organised. Plus the kids party food was quite nice (which is always a plus at kids bdays). I will definitely keep them in mind for the mini golf next time.

It was very nice and it was secluded you have to go down some steps but then it's a very fun environment, it has VR, mini golf, a bar, arcade and bowling!!! It also has some very good deals, I went there and there was a 35 dollar deal so you get 1 hour unlimited arcade game time, and two activities for both activities you can choose between laser tag mini golf and bowling, I got mini golf and bowling and it was a very good two hours. The only cons being in the hour of arcade games I had to replay quite a few and they don't let kids in after 8 but I think that's silly because it's no different after eight it's not like it's a night club or anything. So anyways I'd give it four stars I definitely recommend it for a date night or a night with your kids but I think it would be much funner with someone rather than alone.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration at Archie Brothers Moorabbin. The two hosts Tilly and Tegan were amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly and the kids had the best time. Definitely recommend 👍🏽

My son's birthday party was a spectacular success. Thank you to our host James (who looked after our party on Saturday February 24 from 4.20 - 6.30/ Party Room 4). James made sure that everything flowed smoothly and all the boys were having fun. No request was too much, my son and his friends all left happy. Would recommend Archie Brothers Moorabbin 100%.

Thanks Callum for being a fantastic host last night! We had so much fun, the karaoke room was perfect, food was great, we were never without drinks. Not just for kids- highly recommended for a fun night out for adults!

Fun and decor was great! Kids had a blast. $35 spent (got $50 value) this lasted 20 mins.

We went on a Saturday night. Plenty of games and a full bar. At around 8pm the place became 18yrs+ and families with younger kids were asked to leave

Excellent place to host a kids birthday. Very competitively priced for the amount you get with respect to party packages, and when comparing to other local party venues. The room and venue itself was clean and design was kid friendly. Customer service was great; staff member helped with bring the food down to helping out the kids during mini golf. Party rooms look like they open up into bigger rooms to host bigger parties. There are a lot of things to do in this place it has Bowling, Archie Brothers games arcade, a bar with good amount of space to eat and good selection of food. Including the Holey Moley mini golf course. This place also has good access from stairs to a lift!

Today was the second time I have been here with my 4 young kids and have been extremely impressed with the staff on both occasions. Today I had a problem with booking online and made a mistake to which the manger went out of her way to fix my stuff up and done it with a smile. All the staff walking around helping customers with such enthusiasm. Keep up the great work. Owners should be very proud of the environment they have created for customers and staff.

Went for date night on Wednesday night we had the best time. Ella was super friendly and cheered along our dismal attempts at basketball connect four. Such a fun night!

Held my daughter’s 7th birthday party here on 17/12/2023. She and her friends had a blast! We had a friendly and helpful host (whose name I have forgotten sorry!) and he responded to any of my questions or requests promptly. The games area did seem smaller than some other venues, but this was actually preferable when trying to supervise a bunch of energetic kids! Thank you to our host and team for a memorable party :)

Staff were very nice great venue

Very difficult to find and there is the most bare minimum of signage. But have fun trying to find it in the first place. The mini golf was okay but pretty much a copy and paste from other venues, website says 3 courses but don’t book them as they only have 2. The arcade section was terrible and tiny, don’t waste your money. For fun lab pass holders the 1hr card was done in 10 minutes as there is just nothing to do. The biggest part of this location was the bar.

Went with my partner... Has no sign to where it is ... if Ur looking for it u gotta park Ur car on the side and walk down stairs, staff is very friendly and help full the arcade machine games was not so great .. had a little area where u can to golf putty looked fun and had a vr shooting zombie like gaming area .. also had a massive bar with drinks first time going thought it was OK be prepared to pay alot for the arcade games . . . But we clean their claw machines mwuahahahha

If your coming here just for the arcade forget about it. It’s easily the smallest Archie brothers in Melbourne, the location is also so random. (Only positive is it offers mini golf, bowling, and VR within the same space) Definitely need to turn down the music during the day so hard to hear anything in the venue, I could understand having it that loud once the venue is 18+ with drunk people.

Just came home from a kids birthday party at the Moorabbin location - by far the worst kids party I've ever been to. Their website seems to take pride in their place being for 'all ages' - our party was meant to start at 12pm, and the 20 or so 5 year olds had to stand and wait whilst the staff were doing god knows what. When they finally organised the bowling, there weren't enough ramps to go around (again, a large group of 5 year olds, would recommend one ramp per lane instead of forcing to share), we had to sit around for about 20 minutes for the names to come up on the screen and the bowling to actually start, by which stage it was already almost an hour into the party and the kids had done nothing party related. During bowling, two of the 4 screens froze halfway through, so the kids couldn't see who's turn it was or their scores. When bowling finally finished, we went to the party room to find two single platters of fruit for the kids, and no other food. Apparently the food order had been 'lost', so no hot food had been prepared. This information was only relayed to us after the kids had devoured the fruit and were sitting there complaining about how hungry they were. The party organiser had ordered chips and nuggets for the kids - took at least half an hour for the chips to come out (piping hot), then for some reason they started bringing in some pizzas, which wasn't what was ordered. The nuggets came out in the last 5 minutes of our party room time. The party organiser had asked for two cakes - no candles provided (but no information about that provided when booking). Only one cake came, which didn't stretch to all the kids, and by the time the second cake had come, it was still frozen solid and impossible to cut through. The game cards that are meant to provide 30 minutes of game time for the kids before the end of the party rarely worked. Several games that were listed as being compatible with the cards just wouldn't connect with the card, so a lot of kids were just wandering around for the majority of their half hour of game time not understanding what to do. The website states that you can sit back and relax whilst everything's taken care of, I couldn't imagine a party more stressful than the one I just attended. Completely unorganised, staff seemed to be clueless a lot of the time, they disappeared at the drop of a hat and were hard to find when things were going wrong (which was constantly). Genuinely the worst organised party location I've ever experienced. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Lots of fun but found it hard to hear and communicate with the people I was with. Even the staff had troubles hearing me order drinks.

Comparing to the Chadstone venue, this is a far cry. I’m not sure if it’s still new but the game machines are limited in numbers.. it’s more setup for drinks/golf but not so much for kids. Please review this feedback as we are locals and would love to support it.
