Such a fantastic venue for big groups! We hosted our volunteer appreciation end of year party here and it was such a great space to eat, hang out, and play games together. Everyone in our group could find something they liked. The team was so friendly and was always around to check-in on how we were doing or offer more drinks and food. I definitely recommend booking a package! Great value!

The worst customer service I have ever received. The staff were dismissive and extremely unhelpful. I felt like my children and I were a big bother to them. The arcade itself was nice but it’s a shame that it is staffed with young impolite girls.

Took the family here today, and we all loved it. The food was delicious, and the games were fun! We did mini golf and all loved the novelty of the course. Tried out the challenge rooms and we all had a blast. So much fun. On top of this, the staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll go back here.

Great times always. Morning party was a great first for our family, It was a great time when it was not too busy for the boys to enjoy their games before we joined for snacks & finished with cake. Fab party options - a dairy free pizza was available for my son. Thanks for a fab space with lots of great activities for little & big kids.

We took the kids here one Friday afternoon while visiting the GC and it was the best day ever! It wasn’t busy at the time, so we had great access to everything quickly. The place is huge and has lots of activities, so plenty for all. We played bowling, mini golf, dodge ems and arcade. A few cocktails for us were on point! Try the Rub a dub tub!! To make a great day even better was the great staff, Hayden in particular was amazing, made us feel very welcome, was super helpful and looked after us exceptionally well - thanks so much Hayden!! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend a visit here whenever you can.

Passed through the place on our way from Brisbane to Sydney with my friends, had an awesome time, bowling was amazing and we also had an awesome time on the bikes and other games. Sheafaq was an amazing hostess, shout out to her, we were new to the place and she took the time to explain everything in detail, she made the experience even better 😊 really appreciated her service!!!

Mati was our server he was super fun and enthusiastic, he catered to all our needs and provided super timely service. He should be a comedian as He was the energy to our night !!! Eli was our game manager/overlooker and literally made sure we got photos because we took none and completely forgot she gave us such great treatment and new the girlies vibes

Family visit from New Zealand, Hotel Hijinks was so much fin and we got a great deal for Archies arcade as well 50 dollar card 25 dollar bonus. The inner child in us all came out and we had a blast

Great venue with tasty food, unique and delicious cocktails, friendly staff and lots of variety for activities. Had a wonderful time talking with Bec at the bar, laughing with Stu on the games and chatting at reception with Michelle, you guys all rock.

We came here on the 27/7 and the staff were amazing! It was busy but they were so helpful, Haden had amazing service and made our experience great! We did the games and mini golf 10/10 recommend.

Simon.w has impecible customer service, with a friendly and welcoming energy, he definitely deserves a pay rise, 5/5 will definitely be back if Simon is on shift.

Great place!! Kids love all the facilities. Staff are great too. Only issue is trying to get in contact with them. We lost our gift card on our way out and tried to get in contact via different means to find out if it was located, but can't get through/no response.

The packaged deal is great value for money. Friendly staff.

Had a mate up from Melbourne on a business trip. Had an awesome arvo trying to beat each other in as many options that are available here (mini golf, bowling, and a decent range of arcade games). Rob was an exceptional host! Was good to just chat with another like gamer, and he also made sure we had everything sorted. Drinks, food and sorted out technical issue with our play cards very swiftly as well. Even going the extra mile and showing us his skill in Basketball Connect 4. Exceptional staff member

Absolutely amazing!!! Stuart is one in a million!!! I have never experienced such incredible customer service from an individual as I did with him. Tonight we went to the hijinx hotel and bowling. We met Jo who served us. I am a hospitality teacher and i can honestly say that Jo has the most amazing customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, she was so knowledgeable and friendly and if i had a business i would poach her to manage it. We will come back again because of the wonderful service experience she gave us. Jo You are AMAZING! Thanks Jo and the team for making our night so special.

We had the best night for my daughter’s Bowling Birthday party! Special Thanks to Tom, who pulled out all the stops to make her day super special including surprise balloons 🎈 Tom is the real MVP for sure! We will definitely be back!

We came across here last week and they advertised for a deal. I thought the kids (6 and 3) would enjoy this place and they certainly did. We had rounds through Holey Moley, a game each of bowling, and an hour in the arcade. It was just enough for the kids before they lost it. The mini-golf was great for the kids. The design and obstacles were fun and interesting. The bowling was a great intro/first time for the kids. The arcade was great! It was not too overwhelming (noise and lights) and just tapped and played like crazy. The staff were really friendly and amazing with the prizes for the kids!

Had a fun filled day with multiple activities to choose from, easily spent 4 hours here. Staff were friendly and eager to help.

We had our daughter's birthday,totally worth it. The kids had a great time and a big Thank you to Rob our host who was amazing with the kids.

Entertainment was great but the bar leaves a lot to be desired. There were maybe 20 people in the entire place and they had no pint glasses so my options were a lot or a stein!! Need to properly stock the bar. Very disappointed.

Visited the Archie brothers arcade on New Year’s Day and had so much fun! It’s clean and runs so well. Callum helped us with spending our points to get the best prizes, he was kind and very helpful. Always a great time!!

I went to gold coast archie brother's arcade with a large group! OMG so much fun!!! We did hijinx and then spent a few hours in the arcade and I cant wait to go back!! Hungry hippos and the 4d roller coaster experience were my favs! Im a plus size person and always fear being able to get in amongst it all. My size wasnt an issue. The staff also really know how to make everyone feel welcome. Do yourself a favour and grab a group of good fun loving people and visit this place for some of the best fun you can have! Already planning to go back!

We had a great time! We used the fast pitch arcade game but ending up breaking it. Rob from Hijinx Hotel came and fixed it for us, refunded our tokens for the lost game and even let us play against him while he tested that the game was back up and running. Overall great guy! We had a great time at the Hijinx Hotel tonight. We had an issue with one of the arcade machines and Rob was super friendly, providing great help in getting it back up and running and gave us a couple free games that he joined us in.

This place is incredible! The staff really made the experience worth it aswell. The 4D ride is a MUST, but make sure you stop at the toilet first because it is wild haha. I wish I had gotten the name of the staff who made our night last night because they are the reason we are already planning out next visit!
