Was an amazing stay would highly recommend, very central location and booked very last minute after a long drive they got me straight in and to a room.

Hotel was clean and majority of staff in reception were lovely and very accommodating. There was one guy (I’m assuming manager/supervisor) who was extremely rude and very belittling on multiple occasions. Due to this, and especially the aggression in his voice, I would never feel comfortable going back - which is a shame considering how nice the rest of the staff were.

剛好被分到沒有景觀沒有採光的房間，雖然有窗戶但只有一些空間外面就是鄰棟建築 就算將房間燈光全開還是略顯昏暗，而且燈光系統被毫無章法的區分為好幾個開關，要熟悉一陣子才知道怎麼開最好 但在這間房間只能全開就是 浴室淋浴空間雖是乾濕分離，玻璃紙有遮蔽一半，水如果稍大就會濺出來，這間看似都不是問題，但蓮蓬頭位置卻是固定的不能調整? 因此真的只要稍微大一些就會馬上濺出來 吹風機藏在浴室外收納櫃最下方是要做甚麼呢?? 床頭邊沒有插座 這點也有點煩惱

Only problem I faced is that they are very much strict about check in and check out times. Some staffs are very rude in that particular. No restaurant also. But there is enough eateries just nearby. It's a great location.

Very nice hotel with clean large room and toilet. Shower was lovely and hot and the air conditioning was nice and quiet. The room was cleaned each day with new towels etc. Easy to book in and safe parking at the hotel for $25 a night. Nice sized gym and swimming pool but the sauna wasn't working at the time. There is a continental breakfast available for a small charge and it sounded like it was busy as we passed the room. Perfect location in city right opposite the train station which we couldn't hear. Highly recommended hotel. Thank you. Stayed a few times now since the above first stay. All still very good but oddly after cleaning the room this stay, they forgot to replace the towels. Otherwise a very pleasant stay again.

Hotel in great location and good value for the price you pay. Rooms have everything needed and it was very spacious. The hotel is in walking distance to the main attractions as well as shopping centers but also has public transportation close by. Staff was also very helpful. Both gym and pool are nice. 2 small things- Wifi really is not working well and please add disinfection wipes to the gym.

Internet is so slow barely anything works and the “internet security” system blocks my work VPN. Not a business friendly hotel.

A basic hotel providing good access to the downtown areas. Rooms are a reasonable size, staff are friendly and responsive. No onside catering but good size fridge to store food snd drink in and happy for food deliveries to main door. Pool is underwhelming and breakfast very basic.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön zentral in Melbourne, wir konnten von da alle Attraktionen inkl. die Australian Open super erlaufen. Großes Einkaufszentrum ist auch gegenüber. Die Betten waren angenehm groß und auch das Badezimmer hat gepasst.

V recepciji ni pitnikov za vodo. Za zajtrk ni nobenih salam, sirov, sadja, brijošev, Imajo le jajca, fižol, čaj, jogurt, med , maslo in kosmiče.Ob prihodu iz mesta sva našla sobo odklenjeno in vrata priprta. Med najino odsotnostjo je sobo počistila čistilka. Če bi bilo dovolj brisač, nebi potrebovala storitev čistilke.

Stayed here for 1 night in early December 2024. Conveniently located to Spencer St station, CBD trams, Skybus, 7-Eleven, and supermarkets. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was super fantastic.

We were given a handicapped room. The worst room of our 40-day trip. 1. No window for daylight or to see what the weather is like. 2. Shower only for very small people or if you are in a wheelchair. 3. VERY BAD WIFI BEWARE of such offers.

Great location and room was clean and tidy as you would expect however the bed was too close to the wall causing sqeaking and vibration and the tv had connectivity issues and slow response on the remote. No key card required to get into elevator room levels meaning low security and the breakfast was very substandard with limited food and as we stayed there on Australia Day, to have no bacon or sausages...simply unAustralian. Pick up standards for a better stay next time.

We booked Atlantis Hotel for our trip to Melbourne, and it turned out to be one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we have ever had. Firstly, our initial room, booked through Expedia (from January 5 to 6), was extremely disappointing. We were given the worst room without a window, located in a corner and designated for people with disabilities. Staying in this room was extremely uncomfortable and did not meet our expectations at all. When we approached the reception desk on the morning of January 6 to discuss the issue, the night shift staff member was rude and completely uninterested in resolving the problem. Furthermore, although we were initially informed that breakfast was included, we were made to pay for it. The breakfast itself was incredibly poor — just bread, coffee, and an omelet. Additionally, for our second booking (from January 6 to 11), we decided to check out on the morning of January 6 due to the terrible conditions and appalling attitude of the staff. However, the hotel refused to refund any money for the unused nights, even though we left the room immediately and promptly requested a cancellation. In conclusion, the service quality was dreadful, the staff lacked professionalism, and the management showed absolutely no willingness to accommodate their guests. We are deeply disappointed with this hotel and strongly advise against staying here. This is not a place where you can expect decent treatment as a guest. Rating: 1/5. We will never return to this hotel.

서던크로스역 바로 근처라 위치 하나는 정말 좋아요. 그런데 침대가 너무 꿀렁거려서 자다가 움직이면 멀미가 나네요. 두명이면 꼭 트윈베드로 해야할 것 같아요. 한명이 움직이면 잠을 못잡니다. 어메니티는 비누, 샴푸, 린스만 있어요. 뷰는 콘크리트뷰라서 당황했습니다 ㅎ

My husband and I stayed in the city view room (level 16) for NYE. It was a great stay. We loved the view from the room. We could see the firework from the flagstaff garden at 9:30pm. The room was clean and tidy. It closes to everything. I booked this room long time ago for the NYE with the reasonable price. We like to recommend this hotel to people :).

5泊しました。 チェックインの時、名前を伝えたらフロントスタッフの男性が真顔で「ID Please」とあいさつもなく言われたので少し感じ悪いなと思いました。部屋番号と何階にあるかだけ告げられ、14時を過ぎていたのでそのまま入室。チェックアウトの時間、WIFIの説明などはありませんでした。翌日別のスタッフに確認したところ、WIFIのPWは不要とのことでした。部屋は清潔ですし、リネン類なども綺麗です。アメニティはバスタオル、フェイスタオル、足ふきマットとシャンプー＆コンディショナーでした。滞在中一度はやめに掃除をしてもらえるか？と話をしたところ、わかりましたとすぐに行かせますのことでしたが、13：00頃戻るとハウスキーピングスタッフがそのフロアーの作業中でした。14：30位まで部屋を使いたいのでタオルの交換だけしてもらえるかと相談してみると、すぐあなたの部屋を掃除してあげるということで気持ちよく対応してもらえました。部屋は十分に広く、快適でしたが、バスルームのシャワールームの設計が変でした。シャワーブースの仕切りが狭く、開口が広すぎでシャワーを浴びるとお湯がトイレと洗面エリアに飛び散り、フロアがお湯びたしになります。 バスマットがビショ濡れになります。カーテンでもつければいいのにと思いました。|駐車場から直接誰でも部屋に行ける（エレベーターにはだれでも乗り込める）ので少しセキュリティ面で不安もありましたが、夜も静かで騒音などなく休むことはできました。警察署のビルの前という立地もいいのかもしれません。

非常好的酒店，入住期間，以為不會打掃房間，沒想到都有打掃，因為環保不提供牙刷、牙膏、刮鬍刀、礦泉水等，所以自行攜帶這些盥洗用品，有事先告知需安靜且高樓層房間，酒店也非常樂意幫我安排，真的很開心入住到好的酒店，下一趟也會入住～

We checkin so late and glad they a 24hr front desk. Room is clean and big. Centrally located and just few steps away from Spencer Outlet where we did a lot of shopping. We would stay here again!

My fiancé and I stayed at the Atlantis Hotel for two nights. We were looked after by Ruben He was absolutely amazing. The customer service is absolutely incredible and the hotel is amazing. We highly recommend staying here as there is a continental breakfast in the morning for only $15 and the food is Great. 👍

We booked this hotel on short notice and they were very helpful! Very good rooms and service for a good price. It is not exclusive, but very good for the price. Central and the city is walkable with easy access to trams and trains from outside the door.

It is a misleading representation of a 4 star hotel. It lacks basic amenities like bottled water , dental kit and a shower cap.

Very very limited options in the breakfast. Only scrambled eggs, baked beans, cereals and breads. Even coffee machine was not working, so it was disappointing. Room size is big though. Location is right there in the city center.

The hotel is 5 stars for its location, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing (3 stars) due to dust and a non-functional TV. Make sure to check that everything is in working order before your stay. Additionally, the pool was underwhelming. Overall, I would not consider staying here again.”

This is the worse hotel customer manners ever. We late check in 2 am in the morning and as first time we didn't know their time policy check out 10 am and we slept in cause over 12 hours driving from state to the hotel. The first receptionist rang up and ask to check out, we told her we will go and ask to give extra bit time. She was nice and good with it. After 10 mins from her call, a male receptionist called up and said we need to get out or else they come and kick us in 2 mins, I have been politely asking him to give us just 5 mins to get dress and go. He keep said I've been saying that 15 mins ago and keep repeating it on the phone like a child. This is a horrible manners and service skill ever. We didn't seek anything beside only 5 mins and we willing to pay for late check out. All he care is want to kick us out asap. Please don't come to this hotel if you plan to have good rest from long drive. Because of them we got car accident as we didn't have enough rest. This is the worse experience ever. Never come back again

Last minute booking, reasonable price. Lovely service, and care finding my way around Melbourne. Dining room staff also Lovely. Room very clean. And loved it had rails in shower for disability access. This should be the norm. Also thanks for looking after Virgin changed my flight..stayed in November

Very close to Southern Cross railway station, I've stayed here on a number of occasions, still I find it hard to forget, one time, my friends checked out, but not me, I returned late to find my stuff gone! and no compensation offered. Bitter pill to swallow.

Misleading 4 star hotel. I'll start with what's good about the hotel. It is affordable and the location is good (near the trams, supermarkets, touristy spots etc). Here are the main reasons why I think the hotel is undeserving of it's 4 stars. Run down - Room doorbells do not work - No peep hole, no metal door latch (lack of safety) - Shower head is fixed to the wall, not removable - It just feels very old and they've not finished building the hotel Subpar Customer Service - Unapproachable, not welcoming - Told my mom she was at fault for misplacing her own item when we asked them if they mistakenly took it during housekeeping Lacks basic amenities - Breakfast was so disappointing; All you get is scrambled eggs, bread, beans and some cereal - No bottled water provided in rooms - No toothbrush, toothpaste, shower caps, comb etc - Constantly getting signed out of hotel wifi - Hotel website not updated (If certain amenities aren't provided, shouldn't you at least tell your guests of what they need to bring themselves?) Mediocre Housekeeping - Bundles of hair left openly on the toilet floor after housekeeping - Marks left on mirror from god knows how long ago - When I was trying to refill the tissue box, I noticed that the counter where the box was on was not wiped or cleaned for ages. Because it was damp and had lots of hair and particles underneath it. That's why I placed the tissues above the tissue holder instead. It was so disgusting, I didn't want to lift it up again. 🤢 The hotel is alright if you have an expectation that it is mediocre, 3 star hotel at best. Good if you're just staying for awhile and not too fussy about your living conditions. But since it was rated 4-stars, I had a bit of an expectations. I mean, basic necessities like water bottles wasn't even provided...

Great location but with parking fee $25/day. The location is very strategic as it is right in front of a tram station and near to Southern Cross Station. It's next to West Side Place and opposite Spenser Center. Soundproof is not too good as we can hear the police siren from the room at night as it is located directly in front of the police station. Despite that, the room is quite huge, Worth the stay.

Rude staff. Very weird check-in experience

It was an AWFUL experience, and I only stayed for a few minutes! I booked a room with a view online months prior and was given a claustrophobic room with four walls and a small frosted window, so there was NO outside view. The woman in reception was dreadful and said they had no other rooms. When I asked about checking out immediately, she said there would be no refunds as I had checked in. I had yet to unpack my bags - and surely, if they were so busy, there would have been someone else to book my room. She wouldn't budge. The hotel is very dated, has musty carpets, and is uncared-for, making me rethink booking online. I left immediately and went to an excellent Little Collins Street hotel with a glorious city view and beautiful service. The Atlantis Hotel is more like a shabby backpacker hotel.

This hotel is a great location if visiting Marvel Stadium. Close to Southern Cross station also. Rooms are clean and comfy. Would stay here again.

3명이서 패밀리스위트룸에 묵었는데 위치만 좋을뿐 방 컨디션이 최악이더라구요 어매니티는 바디워시도 없고 컨디셔너라고 있는건 기능도 못하고 수건에서는 안좋은 냄새나고 청소도 제대로 안되어있고... 직원 세명을 만났는데 체크인할때 직원은 너무 불친절해서 기분이 나빴어요

I heard great things about this hotel from a friend but was disappointed with their customer service. I tried liaising with them for a room booking following a mistake of booking but Rueben" just laughed at me and didn't even bother trying to confirm any room availability and what not before dismissing my query."

It's incredibly central with a great location, it's cheap and the room is average and the receptionists are horrible and rude. Oh and the pool is one of the worst I've ever seen while they have a cold sauna. If you need to be central and don't have enough money to afford something better then this does the job. Oh and every receptionist is awful. It's not just one or two. Every single one. I've never heard of such consistently bad service. It's like they're doing it on purpose.

The hotel is in a great location! Across from the southern cross station and across from Spencer Outlet. We had to wait a bit for our room to be ready upon our arrival, but the staff are happy to store our suitcases while we explored Melbourne. The room is pretty standard, has a great view from looking out the window. Breakfast was simple, toast, eggs, baked beans and a choice of cereals. Coffee, juices and tea available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms need windows that can be opened for fresh air.

The best feature about Atlantis is its location. Coles Supermarket is just across the road from the hotel and is 5 minutes walk away. Walk out and turn right and you will see the bus stop for the free city tram just round the corner. It is near to many eateries and shops too. The hotel room is minimalist but suffices for a short stay.

This accommodation a gift. However as I didn’t have the card it was purchased with it was refunded to the original card. This had been paid for months prior and the money had been cleared. This resulted in it having to be paid again plus a deposit from my card. The lady was incredibly inpolite. The hallway smelled. The room was simple and clean. The aircon didn’t seem to work. Room was hot and stuffy. Window was dirty. Excellent location however do to the attitude of the front desk wouldn’t stay again.

Paid AUD567.56 for 6 nights stay in May 2024 in Atlantis Hotel after 7% discount from Agoda. 1. Stayed on a high floor of the hotel. The room was quiet as it faces the back of the building. 2. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. 3. There was an aircon used as a heater. 4. The attached toilet and bathroom was clean. The water pressure was strong and drainage was good. But there was no towel rack to hang the towels. 5. The hotel provided face and bath towels. 6. The wifi was a bit slow and unstable. 7. Service staff at the reception was friendly. They cleaned up the room and changed the towels every day. 8. The hotel is in a good location as it is within walking distance to Southern Cross Station (SkyBus Coach Terminal) and Coles supermarket. There were many restaurants within walking distance too.

Rooms are good value for money. Location good. Would definitely stay here again.

Simple, fuss-free hotel at a great location - just a 5min walk away from Southern Cross Bus/Train Terminal and within the free tram zone. Staff were friendly and were able to accommodate to a 1hr late checkout to fit our outbound flight timing✅️ Would definitely recommend for a short stay. Only gripe I had was the lack of a towel rack in the bathroom and some rather unsightly stains on the toilet.

It was a great place to stay for a very affordable price, they were very helpful and allowed us to add an extra bed to our room for 2. It is in a great location, very close to the southern cross station. The only downside was I think there was no ac but I am not 100% sure, (could be wrong).

If you want close to Marvel Stadium this is your hotel. Literally a 5 minute walk down La Trobe St. DFO Spencer Street is across the road and the Tram stop is 50m away. The rooms are clean, the pillows are comfy and the breakfast was lovely. I loved there was an ice machine outside my door! Breakfast included a coffee machine, cereals, toast, juices, baked beans and scrambled eggs were on offer. The pool is beautiful and clean. We did not use the sauna. I will definitely stay here again.
