Love going to the Ashley. This place never disappoints. The staff are all amazing and always provide excellent customer service. They go above and beyond. Compliments to the chef also for the delicious meals. Have never had consistent service like this anywhere else. These are the reasons myself and my family keep coming back for more. My garlic prawns were the best ever!

Slow service for food

Nicole who served us went above and beyond. Nicole serviced our table and could not do enough for us. The food was great and we definitely were not disappointed again with the portions and they were very generous. We have come back today for my daughter’s birthday and the Ash is definitely a great place to celebrate an event.

An absolutely outstanding experience! Our waitress, Dinah, truly made our visit unforgettable. From the moment we were greeted with her warm and welcoming smile, we felt right at home. She was not only polite and attentive but also brought a delightful sense of humor that made the meal even more enjoyable. Dinah went above and beyond to ensure we felt special, which is why we return every week. She’s truly an asset to the hotel, and her exceptional service deserves to be recognized. Highly recommend this place for both the quality of the food and the incredible service!

Upon arrival into this establishment we were greeted by a welcoming smile and absolutely helpful and professional employee named Dinah.

The staff are always friendly and accomodating, great pub food also. We have been a few times, we’ll definitely become regulars.

We often dine in cause it’s walking distance for us. Food is good and service too.

Once again Nicole has been friendly and super helpful. Her smile and friendly service keeps us coming back. All 3 meals were just perfect!! Thanks so much 👍😊 We really enjoy seeing Nicole each Friday night, she makes our whole experience so wonderful

Dinah was amazing

This was our first visit to the Ashley Hotel. We are more than happy to give a review because we absolutely enjoyed our experience. Sal was the beautiful lady behind the bar, she took time to talk to us to let us know what was available and explained the benefits of using the app which we now have. My husband likes to talk a lot she was very patient with him. Sal’s customer service is exceptional. We also met John he also was very friendly and helpful, the staff we met were all very nice. Our meals were perfect. I would highly recommend a visit to this Hotel to anyone.

Great meal this evening and was really impressed with the service that was offered. Sal who took our meal orders explained the meals really well including the pub plus deals. I will definitely return again.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. You can tell the gentleman with grey hair that works at the bar on the ground loves his job and has passion. Love this place:)

I ordered the chicken schnitzel wrap and it was great. Simple and fresh tasting with nice crispy chips on the side. The service was incredible. Staff member Nicole was friendly and bright and put up with everyone’s requests and queries like an angel. Didn’t catch her name but young woman behind the bar with dark hair was also extremely helpful and kind. Will come again for the impeccable service.

Food was awesome!! And received some spectacular service from Nicole. She helped mend my order after I paid as I forgot to add something. Made me feel like I was at home with her warm and kind energy. Would highly recommend to others.

Great service by Nicole. She recommended adding to beef burger the bacon and egg and I highly recommend it. Will definitely come back.

Sal (and the rest of the staff) are always very accommodating and easy to get along with. have stayed a few times while away for work and the rooms and service are always spot on!

I'm a regular diner, but have not stayed in the rooms.

Food is really good for a TAB and iv been to my share of them ,I had the steak rib eye with pepper sauce, and iv had my own restaurant before that was in the Age newspaper and for the money it was very good from the mash to the steak to the dressing on the salad, thumbs up guys keep up the good work 👏

Often enjoy popping in for a quick meal or easy eats with friends. Good service and nice pub meals.

Nicole, Sal and the crew are very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen shines in regards to their steak- I recommend the scotch rare. Bring a spoon to cut it. Salad has dressing that is bar none. Absolutely delicious.

We keep coming here for the food and the convenience. The fish and chips would have been perfect except the batter was over cooked but the Parma was perfect! The parma sauce is delicious, cooked well, good quality chicken and I love the salad dressing too. Both bar staff that served us were very friendly and Nicole was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend coming for dinner/lunch!

Outstanding service by Nicole at the bar.

Nicole and staff have been a pleasure to deal with the second we walked through the doors. We didn’t have to wait long for our cocktails that were delicious as well as our dinner which came out 5 mins later.

Had a wonderful night here last night. Food was great and the staff even better. Sal was a delight behind the til.

If you stay in one of the rooms, make sure you check it first for any flaws. Such as dents in wall or anything broken. I stayed for two nights in room one by myself after a horrific week. A victim of domestic violence, my daughter paid for two nights there so I could rest and relax. Paid $100 bond which was supposed to be returned about a week later. Guess what? Management kept my $100 and accused me of damage to a wall. I'm a 64 year old woman that stayed by myself, spent money on meals and was polite to staff which are awesome by the way. Meals are great, but be warned if you stay there. CHECK ROOM THOROUGHLY ON ARRIVAL.

Quality

Great friendly location for a cold drink and watch your favours sport. The food is extremely worth spending time chatting while enjoying your meals. The staff, when not running of there feet, enjoy a chat while very perfect with there job. Who doesn't like staff who say hello on arrival, smile while working and say 'come again' when you leave.

I would not recommend any one to stay in the room s at Ashley hotel as the water only just trickles out the shower ,an if you end up staying a second day or so staff cleaner just come into your room when your out and start cleaning with all your personal belongings out ,and be very careful of your cash deposit or deposit they will make any excuse to keep your deposit as I left a cash deposit they kept it claiming they could smell smoke in the room and that's so funny because I'm a no smoker so be very careful ,and if it's an eft deposit it can take you up to 5 days to get back any way ,,,management did not wannar even take a look at resolving the matter about the $100 I couldn't believe it I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY HOTEL TO ANY ONE thak you kindly Darren

Family were staying at nearby caravan park and this was the perfect place to meet up and have a delicious dinner.

What a great club, the food is amazing and the staff are friendly and terrific. Lovely casual atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy yourself. We both had the steak with mushroom sauce and it was perfectly cooked. I highly recommend the Ashley for a great meal with a pal!!! P.S. Look out for the tasty complimentary bar snacks!!
