The bartender was friendly and helpful- we were beer noobs and he explained the difference between the beers on the tap and let us try them! We also went during happy hour so that had some good deals and our pint was only $7 :)

DJ was the staff member who took care of us when we were out, there were 8 of us and I’ve never found a place in Fitzroy on a Friday night that offered service as quick, precise and friendly as theirs. We actually started there for pre drinks to go to provincial and ended up staying there the whole night as the atmosphere was better

waiter spilt a whole beer on me so i had to leave. if i could rate it less than than 1 i would. asked to get my drink refunded and had to argue back and forth with three staff members before he said it would be refunded, but never got me to tap my card. I guess we’ll see if it actually refunds in the 24hrs like he said. table next to us were doing loud karaoke the whole time too which made for quite an interesting atmosphere while trying to have a quick drink.

Basically a scammy venue with ‘dressed up’ woman employed to entice certain clientele, featuring terrible Indian-themed bar food, Happy Hour signs they only honour on certain days of their choosing, and expensive cocktails that contain basically no alcohol. Do not come here unless that’s your jam.
