The room was nice, good location, short walk to the beach. Convenient to the tram and local restaurants. The cleaning staff were fantastic, the front desk staff were hot and cold, too moody. They're way too pushy to get you to go for a catch up meeting, I said no to a staff member then we had 3 phone calls and a visit from a staff member to our room giving us our meeting time slot that we had said no to, they just don't take no for an answer. It makes you uncomfortable.

Excellent accommodation and great facilities. Loved that we could have a bbq with friends by the pool.

Street parking sucked die to busy area but they have underground parking too if u wanna pay. The rooms were really tidy and good size. Got really nice views too. Reception was nice and friendly and willing to answer your questions. If you have the money I recommend.

Great hotel

Deux nuits passées au Wyndham et j'ai apprécié énormément. C'était un endroit parfait pour séjourner. Situation géographique bien positionnée, un personnel qualifié, des lits étaient très confortables, Une belle vue sur l'océan et la disponibilité du petit déjeuner et des mets variés au restaurant. Tout était propre et bien rangé. Belle piscine avec spa et belle promenade vers les plages. Je le recommande vivement !😍

Same room as last time level 13 room 1309.. mould in fridge seals..telly in main room not work..no air con.. 2 towels on offer for 4 people.. Had to leave main door open to get some cold air from hallway ..

고객 응대 서비스 최악이었습니다. 체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착해서 기다렸는데 거의 제일 낮은 방을 주었습니다. 은근히 순서도 뒤로 미루고 빨리 진행 안 시켜줘서 우리를 무시하는거 같은 기분이 들었습니다. 들어오자마자 에어컨도 작동이 안됐습니다. 문의했더니 바로 오겠다 하고 10분이 넘도록 오지 않고 전화도 더 이상 안 받아서 직접 내려가기까지 했습니다. 제대로 된 해결방안을 주지 않는 모습에 너무 화가 났습니다. 건물도 오래된 거 같고 정말 불만족스러운 이틀을 보냈네요.

The rooms were very comfortable. We had a 1 bedroom apartment that slept 4. We got the sofa bed out to try it. It was not very comfortable at all. I wouldn't try sleeping 2 adults on it. Also ordered room service which took 40mins to arrive. One dish hardly had meat in it and the other was so covered in sauce it was hard to swallow. Suggest getting your food elsewhere. We used the cafe downstairs and the food for 4/5 stars. The cocktails were tasty.

Reception is on the second floor and operating hours are 6 a.m to 9 p.m. The access to the reception is through the escalator on the southern end of the building. There is a $100 deposit here for your stay and the woman who introduced the hotel is very energetic and passionate. There is also a cafe/bar across from the reception and its location is quite near the tram station (Surfers Paradise). The view from the 10th floor is quite clear, dynamic, and panoramic. They offered a great amounts of cleaning and showering liquids that you don’t need to buy it yourself. However, all of a sudden, the whole building started to run out of water with any pre-announcement at 10 p.m and the reception had closed for an hour. Afterwards, I went down to the ground floor, the technician said it will be fixed under 15 minutes but 8 times as long as expected, which was disappointing. On top of that, the bed sheet had an odour even though it wasn’t too high in concentration. To sum up, this is one of the most inferior hotels I’ve ever been to despite having some good points. I hope you can pre announce such disaster and try your best to improve in the future. Overall, I’ll give it a 6 out of 10.

Location was good. Room was clean and nice. Staff were very average and when called reception was spoken to very passive aggressive about an issue with our television. We had breakfast our first morning there and it took an hour and a half to get our food after we ordered and staff were indifferent about this. The restaurant was not busy, we had plans for the day and this changed our whole day’s itinerary.

Terrible customer service. My friends supposed to check in yesterday. Due to terrible thunderstorms yesterday in Sydney, their flight cannot take off on time but changed to today. Called the customer service if the first night can be credit to be the hotel expense due to such a extreme circumstance , the man “so-called” the manager who picked up the phone said nothing they can do with no intention to assisting with customers who were suffering such inconvenience. No intention to doing any customer services. I guess this was one of the reasons why Wyndham group is losing the market share and brands globally or at least in Australia.

From the moment we walked in, Ann along with all her team greeted us with a warm and genuine smile that set the tone for the day. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and ability to anticipate our needs made our dining experience unforgettable. Ann went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her friendly, professional demeanor made us feel so welcomed. I can’t recommend this restaurant—and especially Ann highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!”

Location is pretty close and walking distance to shops and beach

I took my family to this Hotel we’re came from Syney for holiday it was a wonderful experience, making us feel right at paradise. The staff at The Permanent Cafe & Bar were friendly her name’s Ann she has Service mine so good, already planning our next visit next year.

Everything you could want while holidaying only a few minutes walk from Wyndham Hotel. Excellent facilities in the hotel room for a comfortable stress free holiday.

Walk or tram up and down Surfers Paradise basically from your front door

Service is amazing. We spent one night in Dwcember this yr and my youngest daughter had lost her pandora bracelet. 1 week later I called to see if it was handed in. It was found. Very honest and reliable staff. Very grateful. Room was also extremely clean and comfortable. Will be staying again

Extremely disappointed with the service and laid back response of reception staff The balcony to our apartment had a clogged drain and even after calling reception multiple times no one came.

Location was amazing, very close to the beach. Overall it was great apart from one thing. Bed was very uncomfortable - two singles connected to make a king, but both singles were different in softness, so made for a bit of an annoying sleep. Would stay again as long as it was a king bed and not two singles!

Attention au samedi il y a beaucoup d'attente pour le petits déjeuner Sinon sur le balcon il n'y a pas mal de cafards. La nourriture du petit déj est au top, c'est trop bon 😍 Bonne qualité du lit Shampoing, crème et savon made in Italie un plus pour notre peau du à l'eau de l'Australie. Appartement avec tous les équipements (frigo, grille-pain, bouilloire, casseroles, poêles, égouttoir...) top ! Je retournerais pour prendre le petit déj

There is no housekeeping service for stays below 7 days. This wasnt mentioned at our reservation details. We had to clean our on room as we stayed 3 nights. Breakfast doesnt have a spread, you are given a 25 aud per person voucher to eat at their expensive cafe. Location and view from the ocean view room is great.

Хуже сервиса я не встречала за 20 стран которые я посетила, это самое ужасный сервис. Во первых номера старые, в номере нет даже воды, а рум сервис стоит 5$ за доставку. Мини бара нет, но за что-то потребовали депозит. У нас был ранний выезд в 4:30 утра, но ресепшен не круглосуточный, мы позвонили попросили сделать чек аут, сказал что подойдет и не пришел. Пришлось оставить ключ и уйти.

great place to stay, great staff

The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had a wonderful view with a large balcony. |There were all conveniences- full kitchen, laundry in room with detergent etc. |The pool was beautiful as was the jacuzzi. There was a great little gym I used daily, and a lovely outdoor bbq area undercover on the 1st floor next to the pool, with Comfy large outdoor day beds. |A nice cafe to grab coffee on site, and it's a very central location, convenience shop right across the road and loads of different restaurants at your foot step. |Can't fault our stay at all thankyou

Had 3 nights at Wyndham, and this was a perfect place to stay. Great location, the best staff. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with ocean views and saw whales passing by while having breakfast on the balcony. The beds were so comfy Everything was clean and tidy. It has a cafe and there is also an Italian restaurant underneath although we didn't eat here. Beautiful pool with spa and nice walk to beaches. Loved it highly recommend 👌

家族5人の夏休みの旅行として行きました。アクセスはtramの Surfers paradise駅から100ｍ程度のところです。１Ｆはフロントのないロビー、２Ｆにフロントと食事もできるカフェがあります。同じ建物の1回はレストランも入っているビルです。室内はきれいです。日本から行くと驚くかもしれないのは歯ブラシ・パジャマは無いですので持参してください。石鹸シャンプーコンディショナーはついています。洗濯機あり、洗剤あり。食洗器あり、食洗器用洗剤もあります。レストランに飽きたらキッチンで簡単なものを作って食べたり、ワインを買ってきて部屋についているワイングラスでよい景色をみがら楽しむことができます。砂浜までは徒歩5分ですので、素敵な朝日を見に行くことができます。Wifiも快適でした。コンセント変換機は持参を忘れないようにしましょう。一部シャワー室はガラス製の扉なのですが適合が悪く水が外に漏れ出ました。プールタオルも無料で借りられます。ジャグジーはとても快適でした。また行くときは利用したいと思います。

We love this place. The staff are great. The rooms have everything you need in them for a long comfortable stay.

Relaxing weekend away.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the location and amenities were generally satisfactory, I was quite disappointed with the housekeeping service. Throughout my entire stay in seven days my room was not cleaned or refreshed, which is something I expect from any reputable hotel. Upon arrival, the room was clean, but as the days went on, it became increasingly inconvenient not to have the room serviced. The trash bins were overflowing, the bathroom lacked fresh towels, and the bed linens were never changed. I had to do all of that by myself as I was with my two young children and kids make mess. I had to call reception every other day for fresh towels and sheets. I understand some hotels have adopted new policies in light of sustainability practices, but there was no clear communication about this upon check-in, nor was there an option to request housekeeping. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that there is housekeeping fee they charge if you want to get room service done. I should have been given the choice to opt-in or opt-out of daily housekeeping services without any extra fee because this hotel was not cheap, rather than assuming I didn't need them. So I had to clean rooms and I even asked them to bring the vacuum into my room and cleaned the rooms by myself. I mean the whole point of going on holidays is that when you come back to your room after a long day, it’s nice to see your room is being cleaned and fresh. But I didn’t have that opportunity even during my holiday break. This oversight negatively impacted my experience, and I would recommend that the hotel reconsider its approach to housekeeping. Guests deserve clear communication about available services and the ability to enjoy a clean, comfortable environment throughout their stay.

雖然低層景觀一般，但有連接客廳和睡房的大露台很加分！地點超方便，樓下就是輕軌站，但亦因為晚上會較嘈吵。廚具充足，方便煮食，很細心。房間空間充足。

Nice central place to stay in surfers.

This was Q1 building at Surfers. Went for breakfast which was 90 dollars for two great value - you can take your time incredible views. Eell worth a visit. You can do ski walks etc

Very clean room, great location, close to beach and shopping centre.

Lovely to be able to fix your own breakfast in the morning and have your tea the way you like it. Spacious rooms overlooking the Pacific Ocean, visited by colourful birds daily.

We had a great stay at this hotel and found it to be a good value for the price. The staff were very nice and provided excellent service. The receptionists were friendly and accommodating, making both check-in and check-out quick and efficient. The location in Surfers Paradise is ideal. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit that had a good layout and adequate room size, along with a spacious balcony. We appreciated the option for a late check-out for a reasonable fee. Overall, the hotel was clean, and we were very satisfied with our experience. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location. Amazing staff with exceptionally friendly service. Good rooms at a resonable price. Great on site facilities, food and beverages. I mean, what more do you want. I had booked two nights on Wyndham travel points and two nights cash, the staff transferred our bags room to room and made the transition an absolute breeze. I will stay again 100%.
