Arrived at the store during business hours to do an emergency purchase for a case fan which their website was showing they had multiple versions of in stock. Store was unattended, and after calling, was informed they had no stock of any brand at all. Waste of time and wouldn't recommend making the effort to visit. Uodate: Over 20 cooling fans showing as in stock in the website, intercom was inaudible, and hours not updated on Google to mention closures on Saturday, only being closed Sunday.

I bought a bunch of podcast items from Zylax. Some were on backorder so I had to wait. Throughout the waiting period, Zylax was helpful and I got the item in due time. Just note that if you are a new customer, they will have to verify your bank account, which could lead to some delays. Overall, excellent service and I would certainly be a returning customer.

They do not offer returns or exchanges for an item. I purchased a product that unfortunately was only compatible with a US variant (Not mentioned on the website). Overall in today’s economy almost all retail businesses offer returns or exchanges so Zylax should as well to compete in the market and offer a convenient service to the customer. Customer service is good, highly responsive and helpful staff. May purchase generic items in the future that I am 100% sure of the compatibility.

I ordered a keyboard and I was very impressed with the service! when I placed my order I received a phone call the next day informing me that it had been shipped and what the ETA was, which I thought was such nice customer service. Delivery was a little slower than from some of the bigger companies, and the online order tracking not quite there yet, but given they often have the best price, that can be forgiven. I ordered a SSD for my son online for a good price and reasonable delivery cost on 13th December. When it hadn't arrived by the 22nd December I phoned Zylax to guage when it would arrive. I was advised that the supplier only got it in stock a week after I placed the order and it would be sent that day. I was disappointed that it would not arrive in time for Christmas but received very prompt assurances by email that it would be here in time. Sure enough it arrived yesterday (the 23rd December) which is very fast delivery from Sydney to Perth. I made the mistake of not registering at the time of purchase so couldn't track the parcel's progress. Zylax kindly sent me a tracking number after I contacted them. So I would highly recommend them for value and excellent customer service.

Ordered a part on their website and no contact for 2 weeks - filed paypal dispute and money refunded. Total waste of time with no explanation. Their website said they held stock and still showing 11+ stock held. Unbelievable!
