Ben helped us through the self service checkouts as we were purchasing a knife and needed authorisation. When leaving the store, he asked if we were collecting the cubeez and gave us some pre-opened ones extra on top of what we got, as they were doubles of the display box. He was lovely throughout both interactions. Fantastic service. Thanks, Ben 😊

The other day I came in for a few items and was served by heidi she was very cold and was rude made me feel very unwelcome in the store, the other employees seemed lovely tho

Standard Big W store in regards to layout and products... But the staff are friendly and show genuine retail/hospitality skills.

Same as every big W pretty much. Minimal staff. Minimal product knowledge. Cheap stuff to fill the gaps.

It's pretty good in there the ream members don't no were stuff is but still it's a bigw. I like it as its away from the riff raff out side bumming smokes while pregnant looking like there off chops.

Big fan of Big W, in particular stores with heaps of options and helpful staff. The staff here are always helpful and serving with a smile. Parking is pretty good too. Although, no undercover available.

I ordered a glass bowl on the 23 December to country SA. I was so pleased (and surprised) when it arrived the next day (Christmas Eve). I’ve never had any online orders arrive as quickly as Big W and it was packed so well and securely! Thank you very much. This is the best Big W!!!

Didn't have what we were looking for

If I could give 0 stars for a certain department in big W I would. The party store has the RUDEST and most ARROGANT lady called Jodie who works there. I have been there a few times with my partner now, and I have been highly offended and disappointed with her customer service towards us. She is sour, and straight out rude. Due to how uncomfortable she makes me, with her rudeness I actually find myself avoiding going to Colonnades big W party area becos of her. How many other customers feel the same way as I do? I don't know how she has kept her job for this long. She gives the centre a bad image. The first time I went there was for my son's funeral. I wanted to order some balloons for his funeral service. She told me she was refusing to sell to us due to suspicion" that we were going to let them go into the sky. I had a break down after this. And bawled my eyes out."
