Very unhappy with podiatry chair. Would highly recommend not purchasing a chair from HBA Salon as it is not fit for use. Very unstable and should be called a podiatry treatment chair. I contacted company on several occasions and nothing helped to rectify issues.

HBA delivers wonderful customer service. Great communication.I have a bit of trouble with the wheels of this product as I have tiles and the wheels get a bit stuck in the grouting. So probably a choice with different rollers would have been better for me. But I love it none the less.

I drop by The showroom yesterday and the customer service as outstanding. I had a couple of concerns about how 2 different trolley's would look sitting next to each other. The staff member was so fabulous, he grabbed both trolleys out to help me visualise it. He also changed over some wheels for me to make sure they matched each other and offered phone support if I needed help when building them in the salon. I got both of them put together without the extra assistance, but it was really comforting to have the offer to call.

I came here to leave a review on the absolute worst customer service I have encountered being in the hairdressing industry for 13 years and on to opening my 2nd home salon. Firstly I want to say, the bad reviews really are relateable! The shaved headed guy and tatoos I dealt with (didn't get his name) gave me energy as if I was below him. Came here willing to spend money, however I was turned off when he told me I couldn't get a refund for change of mind on unopened furniture, not only was that a red flag but he also tried throwing another big hairdressing supplier under the table when I told him I'd purchased my set up from them and how great they were. Long story short, I went back to purchase the further items I wanted after my mind was made up to which he wouldn't honour a spend and save deal, and instead insisted I needed to spend more money. (I had already had my reservations on the lack of customer care/service) but thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt however i an glad i walked out of there bot ourchasing what i went for. I ended up finding exactly the same product $100 cheaper EACH! interstate and he said he'd price match in the smuggest way thinking I didn't have proof to back myself.. once I showed and explained, he told me the shipping would work out the same.. I'd like to confirm, the shipping was nowhere near what he tried to tell me.. and they arrived in perfect timing, the other place was amazing to deal with and even after paying for shipping I still saved $300 for exactly the same furniture I was going to purchase from HBA. If they are trying to compete with the big guys, and even the small guys.. they are doing terribly because I would never support this business and I would highly reccomend people shop around and do your research. I got the vibe this company only want your money, they don't care about customer relations at all.

We purchased the Melissa III Fully-Electric Beauty Bed for our practice to perform cosmetic treatments. Package came in a fully wrapped pallet and it took me less than 30 minutes to assemble the bed on my own. We are very happy with the service, fast delivery, and great price.

We have purchased two, 3 motor electric beds from HBA. The process was seamless! The beds came assembled and we used them straight up on the day of delivery. Having just started a new injecting business we searched high and low for something affordable but comfortable and practical. We had previously worked n the industry for 20years and wanted something comparable to what we had been using. These beds certainly delivered and some! Highly recommend! The trolley is lovely and exactly the size I needed. The draw has a little trouble going into the slots and struggles to clip into both sides , but otherwise it’s great.

I am extremely disappointed with the salon bed I purchased. It hasn't even lasted a year, and the quality has been subpar from the start. The vinyl started peeling and showing wear within just a few months of use. What made this experience even worse was the customer service. When I reached out for assistance, I was advised to use a vinyl repair kit to fix the issues myself! This is unacceptable for a product that should have lasted much longer without needing repairs. I expected much better durability and support for the price I paid. I will not be purchasing from this company again and do not recommend their products to anyone looking for quality and reliable salon equipment.

I recently purchased the saddle chair for my dog grooming studio. Easy to purchase online and delivery was very quick. This chair is fantastic, the wheels are great and glide easily over the dog hair and the saddle is so comfortable and stable when leaning forwards. My work colleague now wants one as well, looks like I'll be buying a second one.
