Horrendous customer service even when you are a regular customer they accuse you of doing things beneath you. Purchased something but the tag was on a reciept it there for proof but thinks it was stolen !!!! Seriously need to check the lady in the front who needs a good reality check ! They are many dishonest customers and get away with things but if someone is honest they try to harrass you !

Most disappointing bigw store I have been to in my life. Items are placed under the wrong priced stickers and when you try to take it up with the manager you get ignored and spoken to as if you’re stupid. Every experience I’ve had at this store has been appalling. I do hope you look into Jodie front end/service manager, she is disgusting with words, completely ignored my concerns when I was speaking and spoke to me with such a belittling tone and attitude. When I came to her with my concern regarding the item I wanted being put under the wrong price (multiple boxes were put under the special sticker) she told me customers move it and I’m not gonna honour that price it’s up to me. I’ve worked within Woolworths group for quite a few years and understanding that a product is placed under the wrong price (multiples of the product) is an issue from stock staff and should be taken care of internally instead of blaming the customer for apparently placing the item in the wrong area. I’m extremely disgusted with the level of service at this store and would like to take this further. Please train all your front end staff to : 1. Place products in the correct places and under the correct priced stickers 2. Train staff in customer service skills and how to correctly handle issues/ speak to costumers and their attitudes towards their job regardless of their age 3. To not blame customers for escalating or presenting issues

A typical BigW department store that sells pretty much everything.

We are regular customers here, however went there the other day and felt a bit uncomfortable as the lady at the self serve was like standing near us and checking to make sure we scanner every item. I wanted to say something but I didn’t as I really just wanted to pay and leave. Customer service has really gone down the drain. People need to feel comfortable making their purchases. Don’t stair at everyone like they are criminals.

easily the worse company & brand in australia. worked there for 10 years found out how corrupt they are & how they backstab & treat there fellow staff members & customers. got a list of plenty of managers names who should of been sacked long before me for worser reasons to. im not upset, i just want the truth known. that whole chain needs an improvement or to be shutdown completly.

Nice place to get my kids scrunches for school and shoes for school. It has bikes and toys! But the clothing in the kids barely have any for sized 12 and over anymore. And the boys clothes are being thrown into the girls clothes, as with the girls clothes. Also, only around 6 or 7 registers.

Went to BigW Carnes Hill around 5pm on Monday 19 August and I decided to go to a checkout lady instead of scanning it myself as I usually do since I had some items which I wanted to be price checked since the scanner on my app didn't display the price for it - which from experience means its marked down. I bought several baby Bonds items which were $29 but the app showed $10 for some and didn't scan for the rest. The lady serving me was MEENA who was getting late to go home and said under her breathe at least 3 or 4 times how lazy I was to go to her and didn't scan it myself. I was scared to even ask her to scan the item that didn't scan on the app because she was already annoyed. I don't even like going to sales people I love scanning it myself but then I would have to wait for someone to show up and remove the item I didn't want, I thought it would be easier, but I was wrong. Her attitude was so unnecessary. I couldn't even say I'll go scan it myself because she already started. MEENA is a mean lady. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

Friday 7/6 6:50pm raced here to buy a ps5 but the Indian bloke at tech was so not interested in customer service. Kept looking at his watch for the time, like I get it closing time but the dude was so rude when I had just asked.
