Friendly staff and good prices

A huge shout out to Melissa & Mason today at the golden grove tech counter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. My husband & I purchased a TV with much excitement however we were unable to put the legs on …… they went above & beyond to replace the TV AND put the legs on for us. Their care, concern and very kind helpfulness absolutely turned a stressful situation on very 🔥 day into a lovely experience. Thank you so much John & Di

Great service at Big W. I purchased online a Nespresso Coffee machine for a great price hence holidays sales on. The pick up in store was quick and efficient product is fantastic and myself and family can enjoy a great cup of barrista coffee at home👌☕️

Store layout and range of goods is excellent. Low prices. Staff rudeness at the Service Desk is a concern. One lady in particular is very blunt, cold and not very nice. I will not shop at this store because of her. I have never even met her before. Needs serious training in good customer service and being polite to everyone. No eye contact from her and she was blunt with her answers. I said nothing bad to her, just picking up some Lynx body spray.

The staff were very friendly and they were happy to help when I asked them to help me find something.

Be alright if the woman at the entrance to this store was available instead of talking to her friend. Even when I stood next to her to get attention she ignored me and kept talking. Luckily there was another helpful assistant that helped. Do they get paid to talk all day or assist customers

Appalling service in click and collect / lay by. Small older lady with short hair needs proper customer service training. Along with tall blonde woman. Made me wait while they finished their personal conversation, no greetings or customer service what so ever. Tea tree plaza store much more professional.

Exceptional service and store. Well greeted upon arrival and was helped by staff twice. Well stocked shelves, wide variety of items to choose from with many great “available” specials. Good sized store, arranged well, easy parking and access. One of my favourite Big W stores in SA!

We came over from Hallett Cove to get some outdoor seat cushions saying they were in stock online, but when we got there, there was none in stock. A lovely lady I'm so sorry forgot her name maybe Lori but she had been with Big W a lot of years and said help with the Brickworks store. What a credit she is to you, she went out of her way to call Parabanks for us who said they had 3, we raced down they had 2 but we were so happy after coming from so far away. A big thanx she absolutely made our day, she's a shining star.

Always has good deals and lots of stock. Relatively clean store too.

No trollies when I went inside but everything was pretty well set out

Thanks to Louise for the outstanding service today. We drove all the way from Hallett Cove for these chair covers we wanted, but they weren't in stock in store even though the website stated so, but she called the Parabanks store and secured what we were after. A short trip down the hill and we were sorted. 👍 It's not often you get good service in a department store these days, but she was exceptional. Well done 👍

Used to be open until 7:30pm weeknights which was fantastic to be able to call in afterwork and so convenient ...then it became 7pm and then today went shopping thinking it was 7pm and now it's 6pm ? Not happy . Also low stock and not an equal match to other stores .Disappointing..going to head straight to Tea Tree Plaza in future Used to be my favourite store .🙄

Good store - could be a lot better if they had more handy person stock - they seem to be understaffed at times - staff are friendly and helpful - lay-by price from $5 to $15 which is ridiculous - like to see photo development machines returned -

Good shop for a good variety of things

Normally I find this store well stocked, but this last visit was disappointing! Both items I went for were not on the shelves, and had I found a staff member I would have asked about them, but I didn't have time to search for help! The shelves weren't as stocked as they usually are, I hope this isn't going to be the case in future! At least I found a decent t shirt to buy, so not a complete failure!

Store is always clean and tiday and staff are always friendly and helpful.

i bought smarties for my birthday cake at woolies the day of my birthday and when i went to big w to have a look she accused me of shop lifting yeah like i wanna speak to the police on my birthday

Mason in homewear clearly doesn't have any customer service skills, accusers customers of stealing and moving items around and will continue to argue and make a massive scene in front of other customers with is very embarrassing. We will now be going to TTP or para banks over coming to golden grove. Such a terrible and embarrassing experience.

The woman as the greeter at the entrance is so discriminatory. Why does big W hire a racist? Shame

They dont support Australia Day That incl Big W Wont shop at woolies any more Drakes is just around the corner Or Coles in Salisbury. They are just as good if not better.

Generally staff that greet you on arrival are rude and condescending. They need to understand that you can’t call people love and that this is acceptable. One of the staff on exit was offering fruit chocs I politely said no thank you and then they made a big deal about me saying no. Not everyone likes or can eat chocolate (I can’t) be respectful.

You can't even call the big w number to find out if a store still has a product available.. automatic voice says go in store to avoid disappointment BUT you don't update the site as needed so going 50 mins out of my way to find out the answer is we don't have it here" is pathetic"

Got some good build buy deals. 3.50 for a massive Colgate toothpaste. Will be back

Bathrooms need to be kept cleaner. Store maps would be a nice addition.

HUGEEEE shoutout to Kieran!!!! The guy is an absolute angel on earth. I was in earlier today expecting to go home without what I came in for. Didn't even expect to find 1 of the items I was after (set of Bratz dolls) let alone all them. Kieran not only stopped what he was doing to help me have a look, but he also took the time to check out back and then bring the entire stock that was on hand out for me. He then checked the neighbouring stores stock to give me an accurate idea of what was else was available. Not once did I feel as though I was burdening him, and in our brief interaction I felt so much care and kindness. Never experienced such a customer service masterclass at any Big W ever, y'all need to give this man a raise!!!! All in all he didn't have to go above and beyond, but he did and that means the world to me.

Great to have this store at the Grove Shopping Centre. So handy, and great to see the same familiar smiling faces as you enter. Everything you could need is here.
