So often out of stock especially recently no 2021 dairies small choice of clothes if you are on the large size some of the staff only care about their pay packets some staff are quite helpful I want management to get their acts together especially with the website site saying plenty of stock and actually being out of stock plus a general overhaul of website wouldn't hurt. The 3 stars are for the lovely lady in the fitting room always very very helpful she is the only reason why I come back. 12 months later said diary I wanted is in stock not surprised out of stock. 4/1/2022 changed to 2 stars. Nice lady in fitting room deserves 5 stars. Do the people in head office actually care about Richmond Big W. Starting to believe the W stands for waste of time

Well stocked supermarket. Sometimes there are trip hazards in the aisles in the firm of overstocking and temp displays.
After picking up a click and collect order for a birthday present, I planned to get the foil balloon filled up at the party section while I was there. I was informed they couldn’t possibly fill my ONE balloon since they were low on helium and had orders they need to fulfil over the weekend. Instead, I buy their helium balloon tank for $55 just to come home and find that neither the balloon tank / foil balloon come with a straw or adjustment piece for the nozzle - just the cherry on top. 🙄

Customer service virtually nil. Seems to be the standard for both Big W and Woolworths in the Hawksbury.
Not very busy on a Monday. It had all the usual things. Enjoy looking around without the crowds.
Good store
Thank you to the lady who threatened my daughter and her 2 friends just for speed walking around the shop and threatening them to kick them out for 1 week. It was school holidays and they were harmless, pity she couldn’t act her own age and let them be. I’ll not be returning to this store
Staff are nice, varied range. Limited boys clothes range
Poor staff harassed me and my black friend while shopping and browsing around, we heard the staff saying “keep an eye on the black one” which I felt incredibly uncomfortable and deeply offended. The staff at big w Richmond are very poorly managed and almost seemed depressed. And were constantly staring at us while browsing the shop. Deeply disappointed in the staff.
This is our local Big W and is usually so wonderful. Today we popped in to collect some toys and hoped to purchase one single plain balloon from the party section. The man who was there was faced away from us although we had called out several times and when he eventually turned around he said he would need to call another staff member without listening to our request. My daughter became so impatient and upset waiting that we were forced to leave our trolley and leave the store. It’s not staffs responsibility to regulate my child but a simple balloon from the party section did not seem like that big of a request. Really really poor service on his part and hopefully don’t ever have the misfortune of encountering him again.
