Amazing place for dinner

One of the worst customer-service I have ever met in NSW. The welcoming lady was very rude, arrogant and very unprofessional. The way she greeted customers were as if we have never been to a club before. Gave her my other RSL membership card, yet she asked for another ID. While holding our IDs, she started serving another customer while keeping my ID in her hands. Is that a customer service? The way she works is everywhere.... haven't finished with one customer, she served another. What the hell? When we were dining at Kasa, another young Asian couple just got seated and started ordering their meal. Suddenly, another front office lady (different from the first one) came and spoke to them loudly in a demanding order to do something before sitting at the restaurant. I watched and I felt so bad for the young couple as if they just commit a crime and being loudly instructed by that woman. Unbelievable! To Bankstown RSL management, I don't know how you choose your staff, but they are both so arrogant, disorganised and very rude to your customers. They are not worth to be your front-liner. I worked in customer service, and I found this is so unacceptable. Get someone who genuinely wants to work and let her sorts her issues at home. I guess why your RSL is so quiet, that is because of these kinds of people you employed. Did a survey, and you will know. Or, just come down to the front office and observe how your staff do their jobs, then you will know. This all happened around lunch time on Sunday noon.

I spent a lot of time for play roulette and other machines, it's just wasting time and money.

What a wrong place for gambling! In last 4 years any time , by any method I played here I lose .and I catch a good and expensive experience when rsl control the cameras and systems of course fair play doesn't have mean.

Two places inside club good food outlets. One the buffet and the other an Asian diner, kicking it. The buffet is the best, wide range of food, not expensive, plenty of seating and parking under club free.

Yesterday night I came for dinner and experiencing very bad customer service. No greeting at the front door. When the guy knew I live in 10km and I was be told that I need to become a member. $10 per year. Seriously? I just came once. And I was waiting for my member friend to let me in, I think that security guy was unhappy with that. I have never met such experience in any other club. Won’t go back anymore.

Buffet food was ok, a lot of variety and nice setup but staff is rude and at 2pm when buffet time finishes they practically throw us out. Buffet time indicates 11.30am to 14.00, they mean you have to be out of the restaurant by 14.00 not the food serving. They stood on top of us until we stood up to leave like bouncers. Never going there again!

A good variety of foods under one roof and a pleasant family environment. The opening and closing time could be slightly adjusted to accommodate for Bankstown area requirements. Customer Service at the front desk was not the best as well as the service at the entrance to the Buffet.

Affordable and lots of variety

Denied entry as I was not a member. Seem that the Club doesn't know or choose not to enact the NSW Government's Vibrancy Reforms, which began on October 31, 2024. Which mean anyone who lives within the 5km radius to the club can enter the club without being a member.

The absolute worst customer experience. The two staff members i interacted were demanding, impatient, so maliciously tempered. I wanted to make a membership to dine in with my partner but decided against it after my treatment. Better off at bankstown sports club. I saw other 6 other customers leave the club after similiar interactions. This club must be bleeding revenue from the volume of peoplw being turned off or away.

They make you or someone in your party become a member if your within a 10km radius. Indoor gaming area smells like cigarettes. Had to leave because i could not breathe properly. Definately wont be back.

A wonderful and inexpensive way to have a yummy dinner with a range of foods from different countries and cultures. Loved it. 👏

Staffs at the checkin counter in Marion street access are extremely awful. They didn't let me checkin with my digital ID which I have used many times at other RSL. Even though I told them I just want to go the restaurant. Very bad experience and never come back!

Huge variety of food. No curriculum chairs while waiting in line. Very tiring waiting for long time., free parking up stairs, children mostly unsupervised and running amuck and playing with food, air con needs attention as the lift is VERY HOT inside.

Unprofessional attendant at the front. Won't let us go in the star buffet even with IDs because we are not from the area. Drove 14 kms away just to eat there and was turned away. Very bad reception.

At 1:20 PM today in your reception area, my young daughter expressed that she felt unwell. Acting quickly, I guided her to a bin to avoid her vomiting on the floor. Rather than offering compassion or assistance, the young man at the reception displayed appalling behavior, scolding her for using a recycling bin in such a moment of distress. His reaction was utterly disgraceful. Instead of showing kindness to a child in a vulnerable state, he doubled down on his lack of empathy, coldly stating, “That’s a recycling bin,” as if that were the priority in this situation. His rude body language and judgmental attitude lingered as he retreated behind the counter, making it clear he felt no concern for my daughter’s wellbeing. When I questioned him, asking whether he’d prefer vomit on the floor rather than in a bin, he rudely replied, “Yes, it’s a recycling bin.” This kind of dismissive and cold-hearted behavior is unacceptable, especially when directed toward a child already feeling unwell. As a parent, I am appalled by his lack of basic humanity. Your establishment should consider whether this is the kind of person you want representing your brand—someone incapable of even the most basic display of kindness during an obvious emergency. I sincerely hope you take this matter seriously and address this employee’s unacceptable behavior to ensure no other child or parent endures such treatment in the future.

Famous for buffet for lunch and dinner, gaming and function and accommodation in one building, close to all transports and walking distance to Chinatown, highly recommended 🥳
