Honestly the worst car wash I've been to. Paid for the top level wash ($18) and it was simply water sprayed on the car followed by the spinning sponge things with just water, no soap, and then a tiny bit of soap went on the drivers half of the car only which was then just rinsed off with a water spray. Got the dust off the car but definitely not a wash.

Next to dusty building site - dirty straight after washing Used to love this car wash. Unfortunately for them though there is a building site next door. I've just washed my car. I then spent ~5 minutes vacuuming my car. To then realise it was caked in dust. Just got home, (7 minute drive) parked up and have dust marks all over my car from where the droplets have dried. Unfortunately the building site looks like a big job so this car wash is a no for a while See dust marks attached

DO NOT USE IT WILL CHARGE YOU 3x THE ADVERTISED AMOUNT. The card reader says $4 to start, and a sign placed above your head then explains it will charge $12 unless you STOP. Staff say it will automatically refund. Then it doesn’t and the management say tough luck. Do not use.

Easy, convenient, decent wash (self wash)

Only car wash in Richmond. Be prepared to wait a while. Otherwise just another car wash.

Would give it zero stars if possible!! Vacuum does absolutely nothing!!!! Could do a better job using the wind to pick up dog hair running over it 10times to pick up a single hair. High pressure wash??? My hose at home has more pressure!!! Worst car wash & vac I've used in all of melb & I drive for a living, so I've been to dozens!! Terrible ripoff 🤬

Not bad. There is many better ones in the town. The Change machine eats your notes.

did the car wash last week, tap and pay machine charged my card twice. I talked to the staff, she was so rude and said common sense to use store code! what a poor customer service! no refund on extra charge !

Good wash but can get busy so be prepared to wait

The waiting time for the automatic car wash could be improved. The receipt printing instructions also need better clarity. It’s a long wait for such a quick service.

Convenient location. Has 4 slots for self car wash, the hose is a bit worn out and leaks a bit but $1 for 1 minute 45 seconds is a good price.

Just a waste of money waiting for the tyer cleaner and wax to start. Even the foaming conditioner is not that good. The one in Mentone is way better than this one!!

Good car wash. Has coin changer on site or can use card. It gets busy though...

If you pay by card, remember to press the red button on the EFTPOS terminal when you finish. If you don't, it'll continue charging you. Gets quite busy during weekends. The machines always work, but they could be faster.

Bit of an old carwash but does the job

The vacuum cleaners pretty much don’t work. The soap washer spray had no soapy water come out. It has gone downhill massively.

I tried to use the auto car wash very recently and this time round it refused to work for some reason! I'd never use it again after today! It was a waste of my time and money!🚙🧼🧽⛔

Can’t beat $8 for a basic car wash. You need to go and pay inside the servo to get a code for the carwash - no point of sale purchase options.

Terrible car wash. Little soap. Old equipment. Don't use eftpos as will debut 12.50. Stay clear of this place.

A great alternative to wash your car with out doing any physical work yourself. For less than $11 you can get wash, wax, dry and it makes your car nice and shinny again. I'll be honest though going to someone or doing yourself where you can put in a bit of elbow grease will be better of course as this machine is more gentle in the car paint which means less scratches but also means it doesn't clean those hard to reach places etc. But in saying that it does a good job which is also fast and fun for you or the family to enjoy it they are not scared 😆 The best thing for me is the Qantas points I collect even though it's only 10 points every point count for me

Clean and reliable touchless car wash adjacent to individual wash and vacuum bays - steady flow of vehicles, Monday to Friday, wait times can blow out on weekends understandably on a glorious sunlit day.

Bad service!!! The vacuum either does not work or does not work properly. Do not waste your money and time coming here.

Car wash and vacuum are very sketchy and can just be a waste of money and time. Be extra careful with the vacuum. Bring in coins or you'll risk wasting money. It takes money from the card but doesn't work at all.

Not alot of space to queue up when it is busy. But is just like all others. Didn't have to swap coins for tokens. They also take tap payments.

Great, affordable place for a quick wash. $1 for 2 mins and $2 for 4 mins of self car wash. Options available for EFTPOS. Similar rates for vacuum too. Electric drive through option available. If you don't have coins, BP Petrol Pump attendants can sort you out which is handy. Few issues I have seen are that it can get busy and not all air freshner options are available while vacuuming. Sometime none of them are available. Hoze pressure vary between booths but this occurs few time only. Overall it is satisfactory.

Best automatic car wash that I’ve been to, unfortunately I had to stop using it once I added accessories to my car however I do recommend this auto car wash if you don’t have accessories otherwise the manual car wash next to it is pretty good and takes card payments/NFC
