Had to wait ages to be shown to a table. Also had to wait to have order taken. Waitress never smiled once. Food was mediocre. Will not visit again

We’ve been coming here for years and our experience especially of late has been great. Excellent quality of food, service and value especially with regard to the kids meals.

Yummy food and friendly staff. The lemon meringue pie tasted delicious. So big i shared with my daughter. Will definitely come back soon

Beautiful place for a quiet meal and to remember our service men and women, love the old relics and the staff are fantastic.

Always really friendly meals came out quickly very obliging with a birthday celebration.

What's the use of booking a table when u dont get it and get put in front of door that gets opened every couple of mins and your elderly parents freeze while the young snobs sit at the table number u booked a hour and a half before hand and the 2 female servers don't even move them off the table u booked they just say to them u naughty that table was booked but they say I dont want to sit in front of door its cold

Everything is frozen and warmed up and they give you no ice cream with deserts so stingy Overpriced and taste awful I will never be back

Rude staff at the office!!!behind the bar pretending they are busy and your not there so they don't have to serve spend hell alot of money in there absolute disgrace for an RSL

First time here for Dinner with my Family and we loved it! Our order: ▪︎ Fish & Chips ▪︎ Beef Stroganoff with Mash ▪︎ Lamb shank 2x Kids Nuggets Meals. Our food was Fresh, Hot & DELICIOUS! The staff are lovely, the atmosphere is welcoming and the playground (outdoors) is a good space for your young ones to run around and have fun! Highly Recommend thus place here. Thank you Epping RSL. We'll see you again soon!

Can you please put vegetarian meals on the menu? There are many of us out there!! I had lunch today and the only thing available was spring rolls and a very bland basic salad

Drinks reasonable food expensive for the quality other wise good little club

First time and will return. Seniors lunch for either 2 or 3 courses below $20. Had main course and the group of 4 could not complain about value, amount or taste.

I'm a member at the t Epping RSL. I would love to come to this venue to catch up with frd for lunch or dinner. The meal is quite a good price compared with other venues. Still have veal parma, my favorites one

Go to the Epping RSL once a month with a group of elderly friends we always enjoy the meal and the service and staff is excellent

Went there for dinner, staff were rude and unfriendly. Main meal was average. My dessert didn't arrive I had to ask twice for my dessert. I ordered tirimisu and they brought me out a cheese cake. When I told them that is not what I ordered they said that they had run out of the tirimisu. Not acceptable. I ordered and paid for Tiramisu it should have been put to one side Never go there again

Meal was basically cold and not very edible.

Great local venue with consistent pub-fare menu.

Had dinner there, spare of moment. Had chicken with scallops, prawns and calamari. Calamari was very rubbery, scallops had a foul taste, didn't risk the prawn. Chicken was cooked. Wife had open sovalaki ok at best

Good food good company

Good food and service but it's quite outdated for a Melbourne Metro club. It needs modernisation unless you enjoy a nostalgic trip back to the 70s & 80s.

Great place for a real homespun experience with smiling, polite staff, wholesome food and attractive pricing. Usually plenty of parking. Be ready to check in at the door. It is a RSL after all. Light and airy dining area. It's like visiting a good friend. Like it!!

Brilliant venue, great food and cheap beer but most of all excellent staff.

Good meal. Trio of dips for starter needed more bread as there was more holes in it than actual bread 😜 Steak was cooked perfectly and not tough. Had garlic prawns, also very nice. Bistro as expected for an RSL, simple but very clean. Prices are as expected also. Good selection of meals and a nice display of memorabilia in foyer.

What can I say lovely staff and great food highly recommended

Food is great but on two separate occasions a couple of the staff were a bit “dry” In reciprocating positive energy. Not that I’m taking the whole experience away from the place but I do think it would give new patrons more of a pleasant atmosphere as the place is pretty good. But give it a go and enjoy the meals, pokies and keno etc!

Excellent food and service

Friday we came to the RSL, from a distance I watched two men play 4-6 machines (apparently acceptable). Watching from a distance I watched these men leave the building and a patron asked for the machines to be checked - which they were. The men again entered the building and claimed there was money in the machine. Staff being left on their own to handle the situation, it took a patron to bring this situation to the “so called security” he walked over and walked away, he literally did nothing. The staffed checked camera and nothing was found however the man that played 4-6 machines, caused a scene by accusing another patron for taking his money is NOT acceptable! Shame on security and the blonde staff member who was very friendly with them… It’s an RSL, if you want scum in the place please continue the way you are. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

15th September went to RSL for lunch meal was average, staff were terrible, the lady as we walked in was rude no welcoming by staff very cold Robyn was the only one that I could say was friendly, I know why the bistro was empty, would I go there again, I don't know

Took my mum and dad here for dinner. Ordered the roast and it was all fat. Had a dreadful meal wont go again

Great service. Had the rump steak. Cooked exactly the way requested. Will be back.

What a fabulous setup! I facilitated a Memorial Service there and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the room was fantastic, so was their A/V equipment. And the food looked amazing!

I recently celebrated my 60th birthday at Epping RSL.... What a fantastic venue!! The function room was excellent with very professional staff to assist with everything needed to make for a very successful party. Julia, Lee, Lisa and bar staff ensured that the whole night ran smoothly. The food and drinks were brilliant. Thank you all from Epping RSL.
