Poor service and unwilling to help us with our concerns regarding the Accor booking. We asked for support and understanding but all they were interested was to avoid doing anything to support. Don't recommend. Never go here. We certainly won't.

Don’t book your stay here. Flight cancelled and they told me they would refund me and then left me hanging for 1 month - now refusing to refund. Just book elsewhere as flights do get cancelled often Just to be safe

This is probably my least favourite Accor hotel anywhere. As a top tier accor member, I usually receive warm welcome, decent room upgrade and accommodating service. Don't think i received any of that at this hotel. You could feel they do everything half heartedly, reluctantly. If a picture equals to a thousand words. Just picture a young male receptionist opens the luggage store room door and watches patiently for an old customer dragging his luggages down the stairs out of the luggage room. Saving grace is its location and quality of its breakfast.

We are regular guests at Batmans Hill. Room, staff & service great but unfortunately disappointed with buffet breakfast today 5th Feb. Food was luke warm. Asked for poached eggs as dont like the scrambled but sorry yolks were virtually uncooked, couldn't eat them. Buffet breakfast used to be so nice. We are very happy with all other aspects of Batmans Hill.

We didn't stay here but had dinner there, so this review is based on dining. We had an excellent dinner. The service was absolute tops. I ordered the prawn linguine. It was a wine and pesto based linguine. The pasta was cooked perfectly and a good amount of prawns. The better half ordered the pan-fried fish of the day, which was barra. This also was done spot on. Our waiter Tenzing was excellent. He did not miss a beat. We really liked this place and will be back. Congrats to the chef. Highly recommend 10/10

first time we have stayed in that part of Melbourne but we were surprised at the convenience. The room was well sized, recently renovated, and there was very little traffic noise, despite being right on a major tram line. The only negative was the performance of the air conditioning. Acknowledging that we were there during a particularly hot period in January, we would still expect the air conditioning to allow a comfortable night's sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights from January 27 to February 2, 2025. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved our room. However, the breakfast at the café was disappointing, as the buffet selection remained the same every day. Having identical options for six consecutive mornings became quite monotonous. Additionally, most of the reception staff were not particularly helpful, with the exception of two Asian gentlemen who provided exceptional service. One of the gentlemen is in the last picture, another one I believe is called Erik"? They are really good."

We had dinner at Batmans Hill, Service from the start was incredible, our server gabbi was knowledgeable and super friendly. She was helpful with the menu, set our napkins on our laps etc. Lovely experience thanks to Gabbi. Food was divine and service was super quick. Food was out within 15 minutes. Would defs recommend. Thanks for making it so special 😄

Top location just right next to southern cross station. You’ll be able to walk to McDonald KFC and many restaurants near by. Also you get donuts next door, and 7-11. It’s so so good and we also had a tricycle brought us back to the hotel. I heard it’s a good location to see fireworks too. The staffs were amazing including the restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay. I even checked online I can renew for another 5 nights. But due to my other arrangements we checked out tonight after 2 nights staying. I would like to come again. Thanks It’s the best hotel than I ever stayed. Compare to Pullman, Novotel, ibis..

Totally disrespectful people working there. Not telling the truth. Made us pay double and gave us a room with aweful dirty building view, without a bathroom door - no privacy!! and the cleaning service was also not good. No recommendation! There are plenty of good hotels close - rather pay some Dollars more!

We stayed just 1 night to see the 2025 new year in with the kids. ||Setup was ideal for what we needed, I’ve never seen a family room with a Queen & 3 x Singles!||And then lots for them to see out the window when we got back!||Location location!! We came into the city on the train & it’s literally across the road!||Place was clean & beds were comfortable & I felt safe, perfect for 1 nights stay.

To me this is a 3 maybe 3 & half star hotel the good points are location, parking, laundry options, friendly staff & the convenience of having family facilities with a 2 bedroom apartment the bad points are that we had a dreary view of a brick wall with hardly any sunlight which made it hard to stay for any periods during the day the price we paid was the same price as what we paid for Crown Towers over $400 per night & to me you need to have better facilities Pool, Gym & better modern rooms than what we received.

The hotel’s dated decor feels more like a trip to the past than a comfortable stay, with worn furnishings that lack charm or character. Unfortunately, the experience is further marred by a glaring lack of soundproofing—you’ll hear every flush, hand wash, and conversation from neighboring rooms, thanks to the loud plumbing and paper-thin walls. Adding to the frustration is the slow and inattentive customer service, which fails to compensate for the hotel’s shortcomings. Overall, this place misses the mark on providing a restful and enjoyable stay.

Overall our stay was nice and centralized and accessible to many locations, especially to the NYE fireworks. We got upgraded rooms which we were extremely grateful for however one of the rooms had a broken aircon and a broken door which made the stay for two families with kids a bit of a struggle. Also the fridge in my room was not working at all.

Ok value but was completely dissapointed. Rooms did not look like the pictures at all, elevator was shaky and the floors sounded like they could break. Hallway feels eerie and not well taken care of. I gave an additional star for friendly service.

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist sehr gut. Doch da hört es rasch auf. Der Eingang über Treppen ist mit Gepäck sehr beschwerlich. Die Lobby ist im ersten Stock wohin es keinen Lift gibt. Unten ist eine Art Speisesaal aus dem letzten Jahrhundert, wenig ansprechend. Um zum Zimmer zu gelangen muss man verschiedene Treppen rauf und runter, da es keinen zentralen Lift gibt. Der miefige enge Gang zum Zimmer lässt nicht viel erwarten. Das kleine Zimmer bietet wenig Platz wenn man Koffer hat. Das kleine Bad ist sauber und die Dusche ausreichend. Der Blick auf die nächste Mauer ist eine Katastrophe.|Lieber mehr zahlen für etwas Komfort.

Great location right opposite Spencer Street Train Station and handy to trams too.||Comfortable room with lovely stylish bathroom. Would have liked more storage in the room.||A full buffet breakfast with lots of variety was included in our room tariff.||Food and service at the restaurant was excellent.

Great hotel, helpful staff, beautiful clean rooms, excellent service, best location and competitive rates. I would stay here again. The TVs are very slow to operate and that was the only drawback otherwise enjoyed the stay at Batman's Hill.

交通方面，好多shopping mall， Hotel 建築物，保存得好好，超過100年歷史。房間很大。 But! 我租Apartment ,四人住有廚房，爐頭gases泄漏很危險。但又要煮嘢食🫥🫠🫠。沒有砧板切肉或切菜，廚師櫥櫃又冇燈光，光線不足。廁所冇得鎖門。 有電飯煲，多士爐，微波爐。洗衣房在1樓，有2部機，洗衣或乾衣要付款 AUD 5 只可以拍Visa /Mastercard . 第二日是有技術人員入房間了解爐頭問題，職員擰擰頭，建議我們最好不要用那個泄漏ghost爐頭。 沒有改善這個問題。 切肉針板有提供一小塊。

Excellent location across the road from Southern Cross Station. Easy check in and check out, spacious apartment and extremely clean. I have already suggested it for my friends next stay in Melbourne and Iwilldefinitelystay there again. Highly recommended

24年11月利用 JALのダイナミックパッケージで航空券とのセットで予約したため、他のホテルとの比較はできないが、なかなかコストパフォーマンスも良いと感じる。 メリット①空港からのスカイバス終着点のサザンクロス駅から至近距離 メリット②シングルルームだったが、ダブルベッドで室内も広々 メリット③当たり前ではあるが、熱いお湯が出るのは有り難い(但しバスタブなしの部屋ではあったが) メリット④フロントデスク担当者は総じてフレンドリー メリット⑤デスクか横長なので、スーツケースを広げて置くことができて便利 メリット⑥トラム(市内中心部を走る無料の路面電車)の停留所Spencer St.&Collins St.から至近距離 メリット⑦近辺にはコンビニ(711)、マクドナルド、カフェ、レストランなどがある 注意点としては、大通りからの入り口が階段なので、重いスーツケースや車椅子には不向き。 フロントから部屋への導線も同様。 エレベーターを降りたら電灯はセンサー方式なので、最初は真っ暗でギョッとする。 部屋の清掃は行き届いており、安心して過ごせた。

Décevant, on a eu une chambre double en SOUS SOL, je ne savais pas que c'était possible ! Avec en plus un bruit de clim jour et nuit. Pas de fruits frais au petit-déjeuner, salle de bain minuscule avec le lavabo dans la chambre... pour un 4 étoiles c'est très décevant.

Last minute booking. Room is relatively small, not suitable for stay over 2 nights and not suitable for family in my opinion. The odor is not pleasant and the some of the rooms are not accessible. Also front desk didn’t provide information about the details stay in the hotel including wifi. Mobile coverage is weak and the wifi connection is not secure - a real pain when you stay for business. Or maybe they are not mean for business stay. First and last, for those who is considering staying, there are better options around the area.

Das Hotel lebt von seinem Standort. Wir haben gestern morgen um 10:30 Uhr unser Zimmer verlassen um an einer gebuchten Ausfahrt teilzunehmen. Als wir dann um Mitternacht zurückkamen war weder das Zimmer aufgeräumt noch die Handtücher getauscht. Als wir um 08:00 Uhr an der Rezeption nachfragten, sagte man uns das das normal sei, da wir nicht bescheid gesagt haben das das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll. Man wird sofort den Zimmerservice verständigen. Als ich um 09:00 Uhr noch einmal an der Rezeption nachgefragt habe, wurde mir gesagt das housekeeping erst um 09.00 Uhr anfängt zu arbeiten. Jetzt um 09.10 Uhr wurden uns ein paar Handtücher gebracht. Eine Säuberung des Zimmers fand nicht statt. Wir haben noch 1 Nacht hier vor uns und sind froh wenn wir morgen weiterfahren.

Had a good experience here. The room was good, a bit smaller than I expected but still comfortable. The beds were clean, goodness the decor did feel a little outdated. There was also a smell in the hallways that was not nice. The hot water also takes a while to become warm, I think it took 3 minutes for me in the shower. The shower and bathroom were very small. The staff were helpful and very quick to service. The phone in my room didn't work so I couldn't call them though when I needed help in my room. The location is wonderful, very central in the city and lots of transport and food options nearby.

The room was newly decorated and somehow still feels old. It was quit noisey. The hotel itself feels a bit outdated. However it’s still a decent hotel for like a weekend trip to Melbourne. Staff and location were really good

Couples with 1 child , traveling with a pair of in laws, this room is not for you although it states that this room is for 5. There’s only a single small toilet and the space is very restricted. It’s more suitable for 2 pax. The space is small. The room seemed dusty. Dust on the hair dryer and table had some beverage stain. The toilet is tiny. Small space. I could do this for a night but won’t come here again if my stay was longer. They don’t provide bathroom slippers too, you could bring one your own. 😕 the sink is separate from the toilet 😭 toilet does not have something for you to hang towels or clothes at all…. WiFi doesn’t work for iPhone users as well.

Gross, smells funny, dodgy location and tiny rooms. Hallways are pitch black untill you are already in them. Rooms are tiny, beds are made for hobbits. There is no service to speak of, the location is opposite the train station and near that stadium. Other than that, no redeeming features. Edit. Informed housekeeping that the room was stuffy and smelled damp, got told to open the window. I can now add vehicle exhaust to the damp and stuffy. Avoid this place at all costs, I will be having it added to the No Stay list for the company.

Great Value Hotel! Stayed one night here and for the price I was impressed, overall check in process was easy and rooms were clean.

Die ersten 2 Zimmer waren dreckig, das 3.Zimmer so klein, dass es beängstigend war. Das Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden, hätte auch nichts gebracht man konnte nur eine Mauer ansehen. Im Parkhaus muss man sehr gut fahren können. Beim Frühstück ist eine ältere rundliche Angestellte die Erwachsene behandelt wie Teenies ( in meiner Firma wäre jemandem mit solchen Verhalten gekündigt worden)||Es hat aber auch sehr nettes Personal.||Wir würden nie mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Dieses Hotel würde ich niemandem empfehlen. Es fängt beim Parkhaus an, schrecklich eng. Nach 3-maligem Zimmerwechsel (Sicht an die Mauer, Bad statt Dusche) sind wir wieder in einem Mauersichtzimmer gelandet (gefühlt wie Luftschutzkeller). Ich glaube der Chef der Rezeption hielt uns für doof. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist untragbar. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist obwohl das Zimmer bezahlt war. Als wir wegen einer Rückerstattung fragten wurde uns an der Rezeption gesagt wir sollen es mit dem Travel Agent abklären.

Perfect location for travel as diagonally opposite Southern Cross Station. Studio Apartment had large King size bed and view to Collins St. Bathroom and kitchen amenities good, with quality products. Pity the windows don’t open. Room service was prompt and meals were delicious. Some of the dining tables and lounge chairs could be updated, breakfast was excellent. Happy hour 4-6, drinks from $8.

We've had a room with street view. The room's A/C does not blow cool air. The bed is too soft to our taste. But the room is clean.

Inicialmente teníamos una habitación muy pequeña con vistas a un patio sucio pero pedimos la posibilidad de mejorar la habitación por estar de luna de miel. Nos mejoraron a una suite por un pequeño precio y nos invitaron a dos bebidas. Personal muy amable. Bien ubicado y cómodo. Me gustó el hecho de que si no pides house keeping te dan 10 dólares de crédito para gastar en el hotel.

We’ve stayed here many times but sadly it has gone downhill quickly. The decor is dated, the chairs are showing their age and it just isn’t run well. The customer service is truely lacking compared to many other hotels I use throughout the year. They are happy to take the money, but when something isn’t right, they aren’t willing to address it. There are so many options around the area that offer much more for the same price point. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but only do when it really warranted. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Your stay in Melbourne will be a lot more pleasant.

Albergo in posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Melbourne. Camere adeguate, non particolarmente grandi ma funzionali con bagno ristrutturato. Meglio chiedere una stanza ai piani alti per ovviare ai rumori della strada . Unica pecca la colazione: si presenta male prodotti ok ma non di prima qualità rispetto anche al costo . La responsabile delle colazioni purtroppo piuttosto rozza e per nulla gentile( sembra che i clienti le diano fastidio)

Restaurant war schrecklich. Personal ist fast eingeschlafen, Menus auf der Karte waren ausverkauft, Wein von der Karte hatten sie nicht und eine Capucino gab es um 20:00 nicht mehr veil die Kaffemaschine bereits gereinigt war. Gastfreundschaft ist anders :-(

駅の目の前で立地は抜群でした。空港からスカイバス乗ってすぐホテルに着くことができました。コインランドリーがありました。洗濯、乾燥機5ドルずつ。歯ブラシがないので注意です。1階から入ってエレベーターもしくは階段を上がったとこにフロントがあり、部屋へはまず2階を経由しないと行けないとこが少し不便でした。朝早くと夜遅くはホテルの自動ドアにロックがかかっていて、部屋キーをタッチして開けます。駅前の治安対策がしっかりしていて安心して宿泊できました。

We frequently stay here when visiting Melbourne the convenient location and competitive pricing makes it worth it. You walk out the front to the tram stops, also close by to shops such as Coles, 7/11, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts the list goes on. It's a less than 10 min walk to Crown Casino, the promenade and DFO South Wharf as well as the convention centre. There is a ramp friendly accessible entrance which is good for prams; however the lifts are a bit squishy with a pram in it The staff are super friendly, and nothing has been too much trouble during our stays.

The location was great but no air flow air con didn’t work at one point our door lock broke and had to get fixed got extremely hot in there since there was no airflow and the and the air con didn’t work we had to go outside multiple times plus when we got there the toilet smelled like someone had just used it

This mid range hotel is located in an historic and impressive building although parts of it are dated and not well maintained. The location is very convenient, close to the Southern Cross train station and the Skybus terminal that connects to Avalon and Tullamarine airports. It is also close to two tram stops with useful and free trips around the city centre or paid travel to locations outside the city centre. Our room had been recently partially updated and had a comfortable bed. The restaurant has a small menu at slightly higher than normal prices but it does offer discounts for Accor Plus members and is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. There are also plenty of other eating options at various price points within an easy walk. Staff were friendly, helpful and relaxed but not particularly professional or efficient. Rooms are not serviced on Sundays. Things to note are that the room are not particularly well soundproof but this was at an acceptable level. The breakfast buffet is very standard and only included machine dispensed instant coffee product and the hotel does not offer barista coffee to ACCOR platinum members. In total we found the hotel was good value and convenient and we would chose the hotel again if the price was good.

We stayed 4 nights , it was an enjoyable stay. We had a premium room with a comfortable bed, good sized room and bathroom. Was a little noisey at night time from outside, but if you are a deep Sleeper you should be fine. Staff at reception were friendly, we did not use the restaurant facilities, but did opt out of daily housekeeping and received a F&B credit which we used for room service. Great location, with tram on door step and train station across the road.

If this hotel wants to turn away guests, they must find multiple employees like Suman. He is rude, arrogant, condescending and have zero customer service skill. His smirk and the way he talked to customers like he owns the hotel really would turn most guests off! Other than that, the hotel was ok.

方便便捷，火车站出来很快就到了，出行还是不错的，就是大厅在楼上，找一下就可以了，其他都好，床比中国的都小，干净简洁

酒店的位置十分方便，附近有兩條電車線，對面更有火車站，而且位於免費電車區間內。但是方便總有代價，酒店只有五層樓高在這麼繁忙的區域這麼矮，難免有噪音，晚上會聽到外面的車聲，但我認為沒有去到影響睡眠的程度。酒店職員服務態度很好亦非常有禮，但是不會幫忙拿行李，上下都需要自己抬行李上樓梯有點辛苦酒店設施老舊，衛生一般，你可以看到床上和洗手盆的污跡。不過應該是些陳年累積了，我有用力抹過但沒有。自行判斷吧。

想進飯店，扛著你的行李箱先爬樓梯，坐電梯上M層， 出電梯後你可以發現地毯會讓你的行李箱非常難移動，check in 後，想坐電梯到客房？扛著你的行李再爬一次樓梯吧。 電梯使用需要用房卡，感應處毫無反應，你根本不知道有沒有嗶到。 最後你成功進到房間，抱歉，你的房間很小，洗手台和浴室分離，卻和房間相連，用洗手台小心點吧，不小心可能連你的床都是濕的。 You wanna walk in hotel? Heavy lifting luggage and climb the stairs, I wish you are a strong guy. After you used lift to M, you can see luggage room over the stairs 😀 , fortunately, you don't need carry your luggage by yourself, yet poor receptionist 😔. Now you want to reach reception, and realised how hard to pull your suitcase on the blanket carpet. After a glad check in, receptionist will tell you how to reach lift, but she forgot to tell you that, climb the stairs again 🎉. The lift need key card to use, and you are open-minded and with a passionate heart to meet your new hotel room . Aah ha, still in the lift because the sensor is not working sometimes. Finally, you open the door, sorry you get a pretty small room. Don't be mad, you haven't see the whole room yet. Sink is separate from bathroom?? There is nothing between bed and sink. So be careful and do not be so rude or prepare to sleep in swimming pool with a wet,moist bed . Now, time to enjoy your room and 1 tile wide shower.😁

Myself and my child arrived around midnight when we checked in, we had a 25kg suitcase, 2 backpacks and a carry on suitcase and was told to go down about 8 stairs and in the lift to our floor, there was no assistance or offer to help, merely signs around saying if you’d like assistance to ask staff. Well, ummm yeah I’d like assistance?? When I got to my room I truly couldn’t be more underwhelmed, faced with 2 single beds that rolled to the other side of the room with the slightest touch and made in the most bizarre way??? No fitted sheet, poorly tucked in flat sheet, then another flat sheet, then a doona with no cover and another flat sheet? Mine and my daughter’s neurodivergence almost couldn’t handle it! The first thing you see is these massive paint bubbles on the wall, albeit harmless but for a seemingly 4 star hotel it’s a bit eye sore. The customer service here is non existent, expect to be ignored every time you walk past reception. The one time I approached the desk to ask what was the easiest way to get to Chadstone the lady just ummmed and ahhhed at me like I’d asked her the most obscure question and I dunno… maybe not for directions to Australia’s largest shopping centre? The location is great! If you don’t care about what your room looks like or any customer service then this is the place you HAVE to stay!

Personal amable. Parking muy caro. La ubicación es correcta pero tampoco es la mejor. Las habitaciones no son muy acogedoras y son pequeñas, estábamos de honeymoon y nos asignaron una habitación con camas separadas. No recomendaría este hotel para una estancia romántica en Melbourne..

Friendly staff members. Especially the bartender. You can turn down room clean for $10 at the bar & restaurant which can be redeemed for a beer on tap. Room is small but comfortable. The street facing side can be noisy but it does quiet down late at night. Right outside southern cross station and trams are very frequent. Room soundproofing is very bad. Neighbor’s tap sounds like a jet in my room. AC unit feels weak. Can hear footsteps too. You better hope your neighbor is not active late night. Mine was alright.

I got a premiere king room, a double large bed. The beds kept on splitting up and we kept falling in between, was so annoying. Also the aircon wasn’t working right.

The location was very easy to navigate to, very fast and quick service. Very friendly. Really loved the room interior, comfortable bed and amazing shower! It was as if I was under a waterfall, really loved the lighting of the mirrors around their bathroom. As for their TV, very easy to use, internet access easy access and their service for call was excellent, we only waited 20 seconds for them to answer.

upon arrival we came in a little early staff of the Cafe helped us to the reception desk. Reception staff was amazing helped us out by allowing us to check in early via signing up to something I wish I remembered her name as she was amazing :) during the Night we needed to check something before we went to sleep the lady working was super helpful and wished us a good night. Staff that were on during check out was amazing too we were able to leave our bags in storage while we were exploring Melbourne a little more thank you for the amazing Experience

L’hotel è in una buona posizione, vicino alla Stazione e non distante dal centro città. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e curate, in alcune è presente anche un balcone molto carino. La mia esperienza, purtroppo, è stata segnata dalla mancanza totale di riscaldamento all’interno della camera. Considerato che sono rimasto a Melbourne da 30 Giugno al 03 Luglio 2024 (pieno inverno) mi sembrava scontato che la reception si attivasse il prima possibile per riparare l’impianto o mi cambiasse la camera la prima volta che sono sceso di sotto per segnalare il problema. Nonostante abbia parlato con 3 diversi receptionist, i quali in ogni occasione mi hanno assicurato che avrebbero fatto qualcosa per aiutarmi, ogni volta che rientravo in camera la temperatura era glaciale. Sconsigliato.
