30th November the young staff member that was at the entrance to Kmart had coloured hair not once but 3 times I went into Kmart that day and she was so polite and happy not to just me but to other customers. Well done !! You don’t see that much these days !!!!

This is a good little stop in for a few basics, but overall for variety and range, it’s really quite limited. I wanted an extension cord and a power board, but had to get them from Coles as they didn’t have any. I may just be used to larger stores, but there’s a lot of things they don’t stock.

Nice kmart. No waiting today. Plenty of stock.

Love K-Mart anywhere, best clothing and cheap products for the best price ever, I am a K-Mart shopper and I enjoy wondering around looking for things to buy, too bad Warrnambool havnt a 24/7 one like Geelong does as Nightlifer like myself can enjoy things like this.

Great range of everything

🤢 disgusting toilets, no matter what time or day I go. Most times no loo paper, so have learnt take my own, wet wipes to clean loo seat & hand sanitiser.

Checkouts in the middle of the shop mean getting hassled for receipt checking on the way out.

Was having trouble looking for an item and a young lad by the name of Angus was happy to help out and show me where it was 10/10

Like most big stores now, they don't have many people working on the floor or at checkouts. I refuse to use self check out as I like the service of an employee. Can be difficult to find someone to help locate an item on occasion.

The Kmart range has gradually eroded over the years an is now no better than a $2 shop. Very disappointing.

Shops are great, the plaza is clean which is always a tick of approval The only issue i see is in the carpark at the corner exit near hungry jacks on the fuel station side, the bushes make it so hard to see anything coming, its going to cause an accident one day ....

Just another Kmart nothing outstanding about this one

It's K-Mart, like &/or buy goods. It has lots of different (but all the same) stuff but every store is basically alike, because we are too stupid to like difference in a layout or variability of goods. The staff are nice if you can find them, don't use the automatic checkouts - they should be employing more people and paying less dividends to their stockholders. Service with a smile!

In the photo department, I received very pleasant customer service. Hayley was so helpful.

Meh, it's Kmart. Generic fashions, limited product styles and mass produced items. Low prices. Stupid register layout in the middle of the store so you have to hunt for your receipt of you put it in your wallet in a daze so you can show it to the security staff on the way out. Not a fan.

Mostly you get what you pay for. I wasn't aware that plastic was being used in place of glass in the picture frames.. won't be caught again!

Love this place got some great things, I go in there to buy one thing and nearly come out with the whole shop lol, the staff are great a very helpful prices are good for what you are buying

We brought a new microwave in August 2021 and today it blew up went and took it back to get a replacement and none in stock. The customer service was poor wouldn't go out of their way to help us in anyway or form and the only microwaves they had were $ 119 and expected us to pay for that one they wouldn't put the money back on bank debt card or anything so we could buy a new one which we need as it gets used almost everyday . We are not happy about it at all as other stores go out of their way to help customers

Love Gateway Plaza. Has almost every shop you need

This place is the worse place ever. I went in looking for a simple top to wear around the house and was greatly disappointed. Not in the store though, they have friendly staff and the store was nice and clean. Pants, a dress, shoes and some storage containers later I left the store only to realise I didn't buy said top I went in for... So disappointed.. I lacked supervision that day 🤣😂 Adulting is hard

Purchased a pair of cargo shorts online which I am informed came from Warrnambool. Great price. Product not available at the Kmart near home (Carrum Downs). Apparently they are being delivered today which is super quick, so kudos to Kmart Warrnambool for speedy dispatch and australia post for quick delivery. BUT I received a spam email from Kmart Warrnambool saying I can get 50 Flypoints for completing a survey. Ok, I’ll do that, I thought. Then I clicked on the link for the survey and began. First question….. “did you buy it in store on.one or another two options. I answered “online.” Then it said, sorry, but we wanted to survey customers who were in the stor and th survey ended. NO 50 FLYBUYS. you knew I purchased shorts from Warrnambool, you would have known I bought them online. YOU KNEW I BOUGHT THEM ONLINE KMart you totally wasted my time. Hit my inbox with spam when you could hav totally avoided this. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.
