5 stars for Elyssa who was super helpful, friendly, patient and gracious when I visited JB HiFi Broadway recently. I was in store for at least 30 mins and in that time she helped multiple customers with the same level of care and attention. What a queen.

Thomas and Jack were very helpful as usual. Always a pleasure to visit JB Hifi Broadway!

Want to do a replacement care plan, but there is an Indian staff who’s really not professional with solving problems and kept us waiting for really long time and still didn’t fix our problem. Then we have to find someone else and still waiting again. Bad experience.

These guys have everything you need to satisfy your gaming needs or music tastes or movies galore. Staff are helpful and there is an abundance of computers, phones, lpad's, cameras, accessories.

We asked several times for someone who could help us buying an IPad, this worker came, named Arun, and he didn’t know anything about the product. Worse thing is we asked about the tax return at the airport and he didn’t know how to do the process, and instead of asking, he did it wrong so we had to waste another 30 minutes of our day to go to another counter, do a refund of the article and buy it again so it could be done right. This guy didn’t have any idea how anything about the store he was working in, we wont come again for sure to meet with incompetent people.

Just want to give a shoutout to Lachlan for going above and beyond with helping me find what I needed even when they were super busy. The shelves didn’t have stock and instead of saying, “No, sorry”, he went to the back and took his time to check for me. JB Hi-Fi are super lucky to have this legend working for them with his can-do attitude and sense of humour 😎

Please do not use this JBHIFI They do not follow Australian consumer law in regards to warranty. My IPAD 10th gen was faulty/defective and did not turn back on. It has been diagnosed by the manufacturer (apple) to have a defective battery and power unit. Apple informed myself this part can not be fixed and the IPAD will need to be replaced with a new one. All documents were provided to JBHIFI. They refused to follow ACCC guidelines for either offering me a refund or a replacement iPad. Instead they insisted on sending the iPad off to a third party repairer to look at. Please be mindful and know your rights when it comes to shopping here. I have been in contact with the ACCC and they have told me I am more than entitled to have a refund or a replacement due to the iPad being in warranty, and the item being faulty. More action will be taken.

I bought a washing machine and it is just delivered yesterday. I did a washing test. The machine is shaking and makes huge noise when the machine spin drying. I went to the store, the staff members does not wanna do any help and ask me to contact the website

Today I went to get a screen protector for an apple watch, so I asked one of the staff members where was it? He told me where was it but I couldn’t find it, So I came up to him again. He seemed to be really annoyed about my question. He showed and Ran away. The guy didn’t even let me ask questions about the product. I don’t get what’s the point of having staff members around the store if they’re not willing to help.

There's is way too much equipment in this shop than there needs to be. It's very hard to manuver. The staff are helpful when they are available.

One of the Best customer service Excellence. The lady named Paris was really helpful and the Manager named Michael sorted all my questions and helped me to get all the items I need.

It’s a JB-HiFi, good prices in some products and you always find one close by. This particular store is short in staff and/or staff training. Been trying to buy something they don’t have in display for about 20m for their staff to tell me to “just wait”. It’ll be easier to understand if I didn’t keep seeing groups of 2-3 staff members chatting amongst themselves in other areas of the store every time I come by.

Chloe is an absolute legend. She went above and beyond in helping me find what i needed & sharing insights. She was really helpful in a stressful time & i’m super grateful. Someone give her a raise already! I’d defo shop here again because of my experience today!

I have a terrible memory and forget names but I just wanted to write there was a lady who helped me pick out an iPad case and charger and she was absolutely amazing. Just kind and helpful and really understanding and I’ve been shopping here a while. Overall great experience, love the people there. Another guy the week before spent like 20 minutes helping me find a specific funko pop of the Wicked Witch so I’m just very grateful and complimentary of the staff and products here at Broadway Jb hi fi. Thank you guys!

Worst service ever. I was told on the phone that there is stock of the tablet i was interested in and they will be happy to price match. When i went there they said its out of stock. Like seriously, if you don’t want to do price match then let the customer know.

A big shout out to the wonderful Marceline! She was absolutely incredible and kind! I was having issues with a phone I bought last year and because it was still under warranty, JB Hi-Fi could send it off to fix it. However, in a few days time I will be moving to another state meaning I won't get my phone on time. Marcelina went above and beyond to resolve this issue and make sure I didn't leave without a phone. She managed to not only get a new phone but also an upgraded phone. A massive thank you to her and management for being really considerate and kind. ❤️

My husband and I are SO impressed with the service we received today from the JB Hifi team! We had an issue with a JBL turntable and they spent considerable time and effort helping us and making it right. Special thanks to Marcy and Michael (the Store Mngr) & Gustavo. You're all awesome!

I always have a great experience with the staff here. They're all super nice and helpful. Special shout out to Chloe who has twice spent a lot of time helping me look at phones but did not get credit for the sale. The first time I decided to wait for a sale and the second time they were out of stock, and so were all the stores that would transfer them so I ordered it online.

You need a bigger counter for a store of this size. A 45 minute wait for click is not good. Staff were trying their best but there's only so much they can do.

massive queue for click & collect... maybe make the shipping cheaper on simple purchases

My husband and I were fortunate to be served by the most amazing lady named Chloe at JB Hi-Fi Broadway. She is incredibly sweet, friendly, bubbly, and not to mention, absolutely lovely to interact with—my kids adored her too! Chloe is very knowledgeable about the products she sells, and you can really tell she’s passionate about her work. She went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we needed about the product we were looking for. I came to the store today as I had other errands to run in Broadway, even though I live an hour away. But after such a great experience, I’ll definitely be making the hour-long drive again just to be served by Chloe. She truly made the visit worth it!

Choly was an excellent salesperson, very friendly, and with the best smile. Despite the fact that the air conditioning in the store wasn’t working and she had to do a lot, she always maintained the best energy.

I had such great service today From the welcoming smile as I entered the store around 11.30. I then approached Adam about getting information about suitable headphones for myself. Adam was so easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what the difference was between the brands. I then was served by a very polite and friendly lady at the register. Thanks so much. 😊

If you’re coming to this store, it’d be worth to find Chloe. She’s the awesome and fun one with cute charms on her teeth. She took care of me when I purchased a charger cable and socket for my iPhone15. She’s a real legend.

I went to this job hi fi about a month ago to get a drone I got it without problem then didn’t use it and wanted to return it and I was within 30 days however the staff here took advantage of my age as I am still under 18 and refused a refund for “unsealed box” it was in perfect condition. Very rude and insulting

Recently purchased a TV from this store. The salesperson, Adam, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful and generous with his time. The TV was delivered on time as promised. Great service all round.

I was looked after so amazingly well by Chloe at JBHi-Fi Broadway this week. I was feeling very unsure about which new phone to buy as the 3g shutdown required me to imminently replace my phone. Chloe was exceptional in her knowledge level and care to get things right for my individual needs as a customer. Uplifting experience!

We went to jb hi fi yesterday Friday, ask for the audio department we have a bose revolve speaker ,looking for a new charger, so we spoke to this guy at the audio department he said they don't have it, have to order from bose direct, so we left, later I find out that there's a charging cradle that would do the job, the sales person have no idea at all not understanding his product terrible, waste of time, so went to jb hi fi again today Saturday 19 October 2024, i ask them for the charging cradle they have 3 in stock, so bought it all fixed, one of the guy from the audio department is wasting people's time since he really does not know what he's talking about, God bless him.

I recently purchased a laptop from JB Hi-Fi, and what stood out the most was the exceptional customer support. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. They took the time to listen to my requirements, patiently explained the different options, and made helpful recommendations without any pressure to upsell. Even after the purchase, they offered great advice on setup and answered all my follow up questions. The support I received truly made the experience stress free and enjoyable. Incredible service here! I had a problem with the portable mophie charger I bought and I didn’t have the receipt. They were able to refund and 100% help me even just with the transaction. Highly recommend this place.

Went in today to grab a couple of things total close to $3000. The person who served me couldn’t care less. This place lacks customer service. Went over to Harvey Norman they didn’t have it in stock but customer service was top notch and spent $3500 with them.

Bought a stereo system and paid in full only to be told that it was not in stock. Returned to pick up at a later date when they advised it was ready, only to discover that one of the speakers was not there. This will have to be picked up at another time.

I've been to a lot of JB's over the years. Normally I can say they are good but unfortunately the service lacked. So I went to near by Harvey Norman and spent $13,000. Never judge a book by its cover.

I came in to buy a new phone and Anna did an amazing job, she communicated the best value for money, and went above and beyond to help me as a customer, she made the whole process really easy and seamless. I'm very grateful for her help! Highly recommend her, one the best sales team members I've ever dealt with.

Poor customer service, People are nice until they make the deal selling a product. As soon as I showed my 30 aud perk coupon, the clerk guy (Tom), with such arrogance, said it is only valid from the next day. After arguing, he decided to scan it just to realise it was valid. Just try it from the beginning, 2 secs and that's it, no issues at all

Another JB HI Fi store with outstanding customer service! The team member who looked after me, (staff ID 71415) helped me with finding what I needed, even though it wasn't his speciality area. He was friendly and we had a great chat. I’ve also recently had a great experience in the Strand Arcade store. Five stars for JB Hi Fi.

This is one of the best JB’s that I have walked into. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Their vinyl collection has a fantastic variety and it’s a really nicely fitted out store and really cool to get kinda lost in the mini aisles, nooks & crannies that offer the latest in EVERYTHING. I’d like to say a special thank you to Mickie/Mickey/Micci for giving me an excellent alternative to my shopping experience for an item you didn’t stock. She was lovely, friendly, very helpful and made my day. Thank you also to the lovely Nicky for helping me track her down and find her and not thinking I was making up an imaginary #MAGIC JB employee. Also thanks for keeping the #Kylie #Disco vinyl hogging the shelf, I sneakily placed lovingly and at the direct view and eye level on the shelf you saw when walking towards the vinyl display from the front of the store. Good one! The Disco playing was the icing on the cake. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks guys. Drew ;-)

Went in here today to buy a cover for a phone counted 5 staff all avoiding eye contact despite waiting 10 mins could not get anyone’s attention. 0nly 4 other customers 2 of them together. 10 am what a joke

Update: Chole was just fantastic with her outstanding insight of phones, knows more about apple than apple ! Amazing customer service and knowledge from Jason - understanding technology is easy with this guy around to help !
