Just Bought my Arcade from Abs (chaos Foundry) few days ago and it is absolutely amazing! The attention to detail for the design I wanted is better than I imagined and it has all the games that I ever wanted and more! Abs was a pleasure the whole way through and even threw in some extras for me! Highly recommend anyone who wants an Arcade machine go directly to Chaos foundry!

What can I say Abs is a legend. He built my 4 player arcade machine with short notice and made sure it was ready for my sons birthday. He not only met the deadline but was early. I highly recommend using these guys as they have over 20 years of experience and don't cheap out on their products or service.

Super Happy! We ordered our arcade machine in the depths of the pandemic from Abs and it was well worth the wait and is fantastic value. Abs kept us up to date and helped explain everything for us. We went for the works and could not be happier. We would recommend Chaos Foundry to anyone and big thanks to Abs and Chelsea. Things don't always go to plan with timing or materials but Abs was always proactive and willing to solve problems and was super helpful, which is something you don't necessarily get from a big company or a reseller. So many Games. So little time. Update: 2 years later and the machine is still going like new. No hiccups or problems. Even modified it to play Wii light gun games. Abs has been happy to answer questions and help even years later. Super happy and thrilled with the purchase. Can't recommend Chaos Foundry enough!

Abs is a complete flog. Went to see his machines, ordered one, put lots of people who ordered after me before me, finally made the machine, had the wrong graphics, wrong size screen, then said he could not make it now because he was moving, did not move (at that time at least) continued to ignore me so I purchased elsewhere. On his site tries to make out he is some amazing guy, but he is just a flogger. In reply to Abs reply. I drove all the way to Sydney to look at it with my wife. You have no proof of me being rude or a bad person, no story to tell. I was polite. Your reply itself indicates how you talk yourself up on your site is a lie, good people don't need to tell everyone how good they are and this is not your only poor review. Be careful all, by abs own words if he does not like you he will not build your machine and drag it out for months. Please read the response below. He did not want my money because (again read below) this is the guy you will be giving you money to It does hurt my feelings when you promise to do something and do not do it. It does hurt my feelings when I continually get put at the back and f the line for no reason. And yes it does hurt my feelings when you lie to me. I wanted to make an honest transaction, but you are not honest.

I love Chaos Foundry because Abs holds all of his work to the highest standard and is just overall a decent human man. He has to deal with a lot of idiots who become aware of his reputation for ‘destroying trolls’ and leave stupid reviews in order to get a rise out of him, but he takes it all in stride. I am a real human woman who loves Abs, the real human man, very much.

Wow Abs. The build you did for me went way above expectations. It was a surprise present for my wife who is lost in the 80's and she loves it. The screen is large and no stretch in the games . everything strong and works and lovely finish. Couldn't have got anything better your a legend...

Abs is a great bloke and his machines are mint. I bought a 4 player premium machine off him and my kids and their mates have been giving it an absolute thrashing for the last 2 days at every chance they get. Everything works on it, it's simple to use and looks unreal in our entertainment room. Highly recommend you buy a machine from here. Great product and customer service. As an added bonus I got a couple of funny stories about arcade machines with minds of their own when I picked mine up, free of charge 😂.

Epic does not begin to describe the value of this machine!! These guys simply love what they do and it shows! .My custom Robotech machine looks killer and has my inner 8 year old is jumping for joy. My kids are all fighting to get time on it and it's the ultimate man cave item. Chaos Foundry have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I'll be ordering another machine asap for my office. Just an Epic bit of kit and really well priced.

What an incredible business! The machine is first class, quality above and beyond expectations Seamless build quality. As for customer service I can only say the team goes above and beyond constantly. The machine they had built for me was damaged in the recent floods before they could deliver it. This arcade machine is a very very low quality build, it is way out of square, and just of poor quality finish. The decals are undersized and do not go to the edges of the cabinet. Not all games work. Stalls often. Joysticks are very cheap quality. Mine is the one with the nintendo graphics shown on chaos foundry facebook page. Ordered and delivered december 2018.

I have just recently in the past week purchased a 32 inch arcade machine from this company for our family including our eleven grandchildren. I can truly and highly recommend the superior quality, workmanship and the most professional and honest business like manner that owner Abe showed to me whilst discussing the details of options for what I required for my custom built machine. I must say also even after the machine was built delivered, a few days later I had a couple of queries of how to access a couple of files on the machine ( I am not techincal in that lol ). He was most patient, caring and obliging to help and a true gentleman. Re the graphics they are just adhesive decals I had and used .Thanks Abe for everything :)

I have witnessed Abs customer service and I wish him and all employees in this business all the best. You are doing great work.

The first machine I bought from Chaos Foundry was aesthetically and structurally very poor with artwork so dark that most of it was very difficult to see. The process to have the machine returned was also hampered by technical issues on Chaos Foundry’s end due to ISP difficulties. The owner (Abs Delfuego) has posted a video on his personal YouTube channel of his side of events titled “This is why I don’t outsource to ‘professionals’ anymore”. This highlights the incredibly poor quality of the first machine’s build. This machine was eventually accepted for return and Abs advised that he would personally rebuild the new cabinet so that it met with his personal standards. I was happy to hear this and advised Abs to take his time as I was willing to wait if it meant I would be getting what I’d seen advertised. I stayed in loose contact with Abs who sent me a picture of the new cabinet. It looked much better than the first cabinet however as I thought the colours didn’t look perfect I asked Abs if the colours were as they should have been (I assumed that the washed out colours were due to bright light during the photo or a sub-par camera). Abs replied “Most definitely”. Upon receipt of the cabinet one of the back panels fell off. Abs advised that this was only nailed in to allow easy access to the back internals. I also noted that the colours looked washed out. Specifically they looked like there was not enough yellow ink used in the print and/or possibly that the print head was dirty. Yellows were either faded or not seen (for example Storm’s hands were white when they should have been yellow), blues were purple (best seen in the DC Logo) and all lighter colours had distinctive horizontal lines. When I advised Abs of this he immediately offered a full refund and to pay for return shipping of the unit if I was unhappy with it. I accepted the refund. Please be aware that despite these issues the machine ran almost perfectly. There were some issues trying to get some games to load, but they were few and far between. The games did not lag, the controls felt great with the buttons and joysticks being arcade perfect. If not for the aesthetic issues I would have kept the machine. 5 shuriken right out of the gate! The machine itself is 5 shuriken but then the customer service is 5 extra shuriken (though it is not appropriate for a warrior to have that many shuriken LOL!!! So think of that as 5 primary shuriken and then 5 backup shuriken.) I was tickled pink when I discovered that I could have a Kustom Kase (though I would still like to know how this was done as stickers do not come that big, perhaps SBP (sticky back plastic)). However it was done, my ‘Babe Cave’ themed design came out so beautifully that I almost daren’t touch it... almost. Sticks felt great in my (petite) hands and the buttons seemed to really like being pressed. Ab was always very nice to me (though admittedly less so to my ‘wife’.) One sour note which is not the fault of Ab so much as a flaw in the makeup of modern business naming - on the one occasion that I was allowed to visit I was VERY aware that no smelting or smithing was being done on the premises yet this is a ‘foundry’? Based on the timber based nature of a lot of the work something like ‘Wood Zone’ would be really sweet, or ‘Play Time with Ab’. TL,DR: Thanks Ab, great box. Wipe clean.

I recently bought an arcade machine that desperately needed a lot of fixes and upgrades. Contacted these guys, and SO glad I did - the work that Abs did was just incredible! Super friendly service, and amazing quality as well. This guy is a perfectionist and an expert, and it really shines through with the time and care he puts into it all. He really went above and beyond to make sure my machine was as good as it could possibly be. Can't recommend Chaos Foundry enough, I'm so thankful for all the work, help and advice they gave me. What a great find. I've had a machine out of order for a few years. I found these guys. From first phone call he is happy to help. I'm forcing him to take my money..... He keeps saying if I can't fix it I wont charge. And bad reviews to this guy are from competition that's for sure. I deal with alot of people, I seldom get good vibes like this guy.

I ordered a four player machine from Chaos Foundry after doing my research. Can't speak highly enough of the build quality or the customer service - thanks guys. If you love gaming I would suggest just spending the extra money (not much more) and buy from CF. Shout out to the delivery driver as well for taking extra care (TOLL). Luggage and mattress pump not included.

Do not use this company. They contacted me to confirm purchasing an old machine of mine only to visit and then give me a made up story about how it would be better for them to refurbish the machine. After agreeing to let them refurbish the machine instead, I was told to text them my decision and they would pick up the machine the next day. This was over a month ago and they have not responded to any text messages or emails. The machine has then sat still and I lost another buyer. Since asking around I have now discovered that unfortunately others have had similar experiences with Chaos Foundry and they are to be avoided. A shame as the guy that visited was very convincing. Avoid.

Best cabinets and customer service I’ve ever had

Honestly guys if you are after a high quality arcade machine with more games than you can imagine, then chaos foundry is the place. Whist visiting Sydney I popped into the work shop and placed an order. The machine was built and delivered into state to Adelaide with in a few weeks and through the build process i was kept up to date with the progress of the build. After unwrapping and plugging the arcade in, the smile didn't leave my face. High quality through out, truly is better than I expected. ** I have had the arcade for a few months now and it gets better week by week. The amount of games is endless and there are many that i keep coming across that I never even knew about, Its a great surprise. The quality of the machine and the craftsmanship is at the highest standard. Your a top bloke Abraham and was great to meet you. Thanks for a great arcade machine.
