As locals, this arcade is our go to on the Gold Coast. It may be smaller than other venues but it's jam packed with all the best ones, at great prices with great prizes.

We had our sons 10th birthday party there last Saturday and the kids had a ball! The staff were sensational and super helpful! The party room, although smallish, was clean and well looked after. The kids loved the VR games and both kids and adults had a great evening!

I'm not one to usually leave reviews however my experience today was worth leaving one. My son had his 7th birthday at Level Up today and it was AMAZING!! The ladies working today were so helpful, the communication in the lead up was great and so many parents hadn't been there before but will 100% be back. Thank you for making my little dudes bday the best one yet!

Fantastic Arcade in the Oasis Shopping Centre Broadbeach. Very open and clean space with very friendly and patient staff. We are somewhat regulars for Daddy/Daughter outings. Lots of games of skill in their side show ally carnival space, ticket games, loads of games for the young ones at 4-6 year olds. Good collection of prizes and game play options for the little ones to free play at a fair price. I’d recommend this fun arcade for anyone visiting Broadbeach on their own or with friends and family.

My 2 year old had a ball! The staff were very friendly and helped us pick the best option for a 2 year old - that was to pay for an hour of games rather than a dollar credit of games where you get tickets and win prizes. It made sense given that a 2 year old isn’t very successful at winning points in the games. He still loved it and it was the perfect way to fill in time during wet weather

I cannot praise this place enough. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. All of the games work and are in great condition. The place is spotless! And as for value for money… Wow! At the end of our fun, we’d accumulated enough points to get some great prizes. Absolutely no comparison to other arcades around. This is the one to go to! Looking forward to trying the new VR on our next visit. Thank you.

The night/ weekend staff are extremely rude and have zero customer service skills. Mainly the blonde with the long teeth. I asked her a question and she answered in a belittling way then just turned around and walked away. I come here a lot but I’m not going to be coming here if these girls are gonna be walking around with a stank attitude and being rude to me and my three year old son.

We had our little girl celebrating her 8th birthday here with her friends. We all loved it! Beautiful services and lots of games, the girls were very helpful. We were allowed to bring our foods and water was supplied so it was handy. A very good and safe environment for birthday party. Even the parents were having fun with their little ones. Highly recommend!!

We love Level Up, the games are awesome, the staff are amazing and my 12yr old loves the prizes. We had a party in the private room, took our own food and decorations and the crew were so helpful to clean up.

My daughter and I love coming in to play some games. The staff are super friendly especially the family that runs the store. My daughter wears her gaming t-shirts she has won via the ticket games most nights. Win Win!!!

Best arcade centre on the Gold Coast. Run by a really genuine local family, it’s the most family friendly one we’ve been to. It also has great games and prizes. We highly recommend it.

I came down here for my son's birthday because he loves the minecraft arcade game, all the staff and owner are super friendly And always wanting to help so you have the best experience. The place is always super clean and up-to-date with all the newest games. I highly recommend this place my son was super pumped about the selection of prizes that you can buy with your tickets that you earn by playing some of the machines. It's really cool they even have a few adult drinks for the big kids after dark 😊. One of the coolest prizes you can purchase with your tickets is a big pickle 😍. Thanks for an awesome time, keep up the good work

Hands down one of the best entertainment venues on the GC not only for the kids but for mum and dad as well!!! We always have the best time whenever we go and the prizes are way better quality and value than Timezone! I have to say that the staff are a credit to the owners, everyone is so helpful and friendly and you can tell this is a family run business. We love level up and I recommend it to all my friends as a great place to spend some fun times with the kids. Thank you for always looking after us and making sure that we have a good time.

Great arcade located inside the Oasis Shopping Center. Great amount of games that are fun for all ages. The prize area has a great selection and is really well appointed for tickets to the worth of the prizes. Would be great to see more claw machines but overall a few hours of fun for the whole family.

We had our son's 9th birthday party at Level Up Arcade on Saturday and the experience was fantastic. Guy and Bec are terrific hosts. All the kids had so much fun. Fun parlour.Deceiving from the outside as you would think it was larger with games.its rather mediocre. There are prizes.you get your monies worth.staff very helpful.it's good for this area.

Took the kids here while holidaying down the Gold Coast. The manager was super friendly and went above and beyond when there were issues with one machine. We definitely will return here.

Super clean, new equipment and games. The staff on duty was very friendly and helpful towards the kids who hadn’t been before. Showed them how to work everything and explained all the prizes. Very impressed and can’t wait to go back!

Not as much as Timezone but still fun.

Ive been coming to Level for the last couple of months with my 4yr old son and we absolutely love the place!!! :) The games are great and its well priced with some really good prizes that are achievable. Staff are always very welcoming, professional and friendly, happy to help out with any questions, very fun and friendly place to bring your children. Thank you sooo much!!! :)

We have visited Level Up Arcade a few times this week and the store is very clean and organised, the prizes are better than other arcades and the staff are absolutely lovely. Thank you for the great experience, our daughter always leaves with a big smile on her face😁

The young lady working was very friendly and helpful, she had eftpos issues and was very apologetic and cared. The games were clean and distancing followed, our kids had a blast-actually won prizes and ticket prizes arent too high so we got some decent stuff. Easier to use for a short fun visit.
