We had a lovely afternoon celebrating two family birthdays. The food was good, the service was excellent. Aaron was most attentive and was most helpful as we had a small child with allergies and he went out of his way to ensure we knew what options were available.

We had lunch today celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The food is amazing and the staff are so attentive and friendly. Thank you to Aaron, Salih, Nicolette, Kaitlyn, Grace and, Liam for looking after us today.

Management non exisant and when they are they don't know anything This place needs a revamp maybe don't bring in managers who have no idea or old managers that clearly had no idea the first time. This place is going backwards not forwards.

The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service from Reischa, Jess, and Giorgia. Reischa was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Jess had such a friendly and professional approach, making us feel right at home. And Giorgia went above and beyond to make our meal special with her kind and welcoming attitude. Their teamwork and dedication to excellent service truly set this restaurant apart.

The Food here was lovely and our server Sam was very friendly and helpful. There were quite a few gluten free options and the meals were a amazingly priced for the meal size. The only slight disappointment was the area in we were sitting in the restaurant was quite loud and my dad left with a headache.

Went there for the first time last week without booking, Jess was so kind, got us a table and patiently gave us recommendations for food! The scotch fillet was so juicy and the award winning parma was perfect!! Love the fresh tap beer on a warm day! Will definitely go back again!

My family recently celebrated our Mums 80th birthday here and our experience was a very positive one. From the moment we first enquired, Jaimee was an amazing help, and was happy to accommodate our requests for the day. They allowed us to bring our own decorations to make it a special space for Mum. All of the food was amazing and spot on - the Chef's did an amazing job with such a large group of people, along with the other waitresses. Thankyou for a wonderful day :)

$38.50 for a Parma and a schooner for lunch on a weekday (was told they no longer do a pot and Parma deal for lunch). What a rip, it’s mernda pub not hawthorn.

Christmas Day lunch wow so beautiful. Everything and more. The table looked amazing. Food absolutely delicious and so much of it. Compliments to the chef, staff and management for making our family lunch so lovely.

Bridge Inn Hotel is a large hotel made up of 3 eating areas, large bar, family/kids playarea and bistro, it also has tables outside near bistro and bar. It has smoking outside areas off bistro and bar too. It has medium size pokies area seperate entry and a outside smoking area off pokies area. Staff are friendly and bistro staff are fantastic. Easy to book online and reminder given. Food is good, bit of a variety Pub is in Mernda Music on Friday nights 8pm in bar Large carpark at back or Coles under cover parking over the road

Fantastic Christmas lunch! The table was well set with cloth napkins and tablecloth as well as Christmas decor. It was not overcrowded. The food and menu was great and really good value which included seafood to share. Our waitress Cody was very efficient and attentive even though she was run off her feet. Well done Bridge Inn and I would definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived, everything looked outstanding. The total layout was perfect for a Xmas lunch. You could see that a lot of very careful effort had been put into the preparation for Xmas lunch. Next was the staff. They met us as soon as we arrived and looked after us so perfectly right up untill we were walking out to go home. Always a smile and querie if there was anything we wanted. Never a gloomy look. So professional and refreshing. And then there was the food. Well, what a meal. Each of the 3 courses were prepared and presented so well, one would think they were in a 3 star restaurant. Just so good. I must admit this was far above what were expecting. We have been to this hotel for a lunch on a regular day, and that was good. We have also been to a 5 star hotel for Xmas lunch before, and trust me when I say, today was just as good as if not better. Hats off to everyone working there today. You have done a great job. Chicken Schniztel was tasty and nicely fresh made. I should have ordered a sauce. Serving size was decent with chips and salad. The restaurant area was nice and quiet looking out into plenty road traffic. The bistro or sports better if you more noise. Plenty parking and one of the better pubs.

Really low quality food. Chicken Parma was disgusting. Believe it or not, once upon a time about 5-6 years ago before Covid this place was making some fantastic food. Things go downhill. Their pokies is thriving. New machines all the time. Yay!
