I hardly ever eat out during the week. But decided to dine at the Limerick! Great choice, Parma cooked fresh, not sat under heat lamps for hours going dry. Freshly cooked chips and fresh salad. Good value at $26. Been quiet, clientele wise. But cold and wet night. Great service from the barman. 🍀👍👌I'll be back.

Lovely old pub BUT, the food from the food truck is horrendous. Worst steak sandwich I’ve ever had. Too much sauce, wrong type of cheese (Jack cheese) and it’s served on a paper plate. Terrible. Go for the pub, don’t order food.

Can't comment on food because we didn't eat (*yet) The service and atmosphere was perfect for us. Loved it and will be back.

Dear Limerick Castle Staff, The food that was prepared for my party of 5 this afternoon was alarmingly beautiful. The service was immaculate. The drinks, the atmosphere and the people within this establishment may have just reassured my faith in pubs once more. I commend thee. Funf stars.

Great pub - fantastic burgers! As a north Melbourne local we love this place, an authentic Melbourne pub that hasn’t lost it’s sense of self. The walls have plenty of NM Football posters and the AFL is played on the TV but I wouldn’t call this a fotty pub. It’s simply a classic Melbourne pub that’s definitely worth a look. They still have a traditional menu but the main menu is Easy’s burgers. It’s super tasty and great value. Everything is with trying, we love it here!!! 🍔🏉🍻

Recommend the hidden version of the food, the steak is better than in Crown casino. Have snooker, and tab

Great alcohol range ☺️. lovely little beer garden and, very yummy food. I had garlic prawns with rice and steamed veg 😋 and, dad had roast lamb with roast vegetables (roast potato and mashed potatoes) with mint sauce (on a Saturday.) 💕 Love this little hidden gem.💎💝

Delicious food and the staff are super friendly

The barman was clearly speeding on ice. He presented a non-stop, gabbling monologue, at a furious pace. He looked terrible - as though he hadn’t slept in days. This was a very uncomfortable situation. A young woman, who apparently knew this guy, commented to the barmaid about how speedy he was. The barmaid replied that she was really used to it, so she no longer notices it. Not good enough. I shan’t be returning to this establishment.

Wish this wasn't a TAB type of bar, if it wasn't it would be perfect. Of course this is a personal preference so if you're not bothered by that it'd be a 5 star for sure. Love the staff and the fun times.

A little slice of country style paradise just a stones throw away from the CBD. Very refreshing! Definitely go back for a few ales, quiet conversation and quick game of stick. Lovely service from the hotel staff.

The best burger and chips I've had in a long time. I had the Louisiana fried chicken burger. It had the perfect amount of spice. It was cooked just right. And the chips were all crunchy. It was like eating the best chip in the bowl, except they were all the best chip.
