Have had the best experience planning my milestone birthday party with the management team at the Bull and Bush! The dine in meal menu and finger food catering was DELICIOUS with all 80 guests reporting back to how tasty and generous the servings were! Bar staff created the best presented cocktails with style and a smile all night! With permission to decorate the function space to the rear of dance floor, I transformed the area to a fun disco environment and we all danced the night away to Jelly bean jam!! Such an EPIC night of memories and all ran smoothly with the care of Grace and Stuart ! Thank you so much !!

The whole place was immaculately clean, even the bathrooms and the outdoor tables. Great food selection, tasted great and came out quick. Staff was nice and helpful. And different areas to sit, with the back courtyard good for dogs. Really can't fault it.

Came here for a relaxing Sunday lunch with the family. Was surprised it wasn't busier. Food was amazing, kids meals are great value with $12 getting you a main, drink and ice cream, better than Maccas happy meal which is now $11! We had a chicken snitty, burger and fish and chips. Sauces taste fresh and made in house. Parking is super easy and staff friendly. Will definitely be back.

We had lunch at the bistro. The steak was great, and the nachos were massive! They even gave me a large serving of sour cream and avocado! 🤌

Great music and a friendly local vibe. Went on Australia Day public holiday and The Barstools were keeping the crowd happy. Beer was cold, staff were friendly.

Highly recommended. The food is very good, the price of drinks and food is better than similar places and the staff was very nice.

Stopped in on a whim for lunch. The $17 lunch specials, salt and pepper calamari and chicken pesto pasta were delicious. Only thing I would add is a bit of Parmesan cheese to the pasta. Lovely pub.

Hands down one of the best tomahawks I’ve had in a long time, and I’ve had a few. Used to go to Bull&Bush all the time but avoided the bistro, Now it’s under New management and I gave it a crack, three times, so good going again tonight

Tuesday night it was $25 steak and with a alcoholic drink. Food came out slow. Steak was decent.

Three of us went for lunch. Ordered the lunch deal thinking it was just a smaller serve. Smaller, yes but no salad either. The food was over cooked. The fish tasteless and dry. The schnitzel the same. The flounder was drowned in Yuzu dressing with enough boiled potato to feed 4 people and no salad. Not even close to average pub food standard. We will definitely not eat there again!

We went on a Sunday night just before the bistro closed, was nice and quiet, and the staff didn't make any complaints about having to cook though we were the only bistro customers at the time. The food was delicious, especially the vegetables which included bean and asparagus. We will be back if in the area again.

The new chef is omfg the food the waguy burger is by far and beyond the best burger in any surrounding areas. The old chef was rubbish this bloke is a legend the steak was amazing classy tasty clean as Bradleyangelsperfumes

December 6/24 Drinks were refreshing on a warm day. Food was a bit spicy even though it wasn’t displayed on the menu. We like the pub, the atmosphere and staff were nice 👍

Extremely disappointed. Drinks way over priced. Two meals ordered. One was very average and the other one did not turn up. Won’t be coming back.

With the new management..food has improved tremendously... The food taste freshly made .. well done! The fish and chips was delicious.. with the sauce tasting freshly made. Service also is fantastic.

The Bistro food is awesome. Great options. Been back a few times in the last couple of weeks, food excellent every time. Locals should really try the new menu and support their local. Chef is fantastic!

Haven't been to the B&B in years but was blown away by the quality of the food. Compares to more higher end pubs but at a much better price.

Disappointing Experience at Bush and Bull I recently visited Bush and Bull and was left quite disappointed. From the start, the service was off; our meals were mixed up on multiple occasions, leading to a lot of confusion and frustration. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to manage the orders properly. The restaurant itself felt cramped and poorly organized, which only added to the discomfort. The small space made it difficult to move around, and the mismanagement was evident in various aspects of the dining experience. Overall, the combination of disorganized service and an uncomfortable environment made for a less-than-satisfactory meal. I would rate it 2 stars and hope they can address these issues in the future. Wonderful place

I've been here multiple times and the staff are next to useless. The food is average and expensive. Dont bother getting the steak, they don't know how to cook it and you'll be waiting at least 10mins for the bar staff to serve you.

Stopped in randomly as we drove past on our travels.Noticed a sign for $99 for a tomahawk and sides and could not go past this. We also ordered the Kingfish Ceviche as an entrée and were not disappointed, the portion size was ample for two ppl and almost didn’t leave room for the massive tomahawk to come The steak was cooked to perfection with crunchy roast spuds and a salad we were stuffed. One could think you were at a fancy restaurant in the city with the quality of the food. Will definitely be back.😁

There's a concerted effort to improve the dining experience here. The food is exceptional quality! They just need to fix the ambience and potholes in the carpark.

Food was great, service was excellent and quick (shout out to Grace who was very helpful with dietary requirements). Very clean, accommodated kids with colouring. Would be great if brunch was on offer. A kids play area would be great!

Where do I start? BBH Bistro is now a 5 star pub dining destination. The food selection, presentation, taste and dining experience now rivals any of the nearby highly regarded restaurants. BBH claims its a landmark in the hills area, i say its now a foodmark! We were a group of 12 for dinner and ordered different meals, and boy did we get a treat! Fish taco salad is great, Chicken parmy is humungous, very tender lamb shank was delicious to the bone, fish and chips hit the spot.Smiling and friendly waiting staff is just fantastic! The new winter menu is really a blast! Couldnt wait to go back and try their steaks!

Came over on a Friday night for some cheeky drinks after having dinner across the road. Music was pumping, so that’s not too bad - just no one was in there dancing lol. It’s a bit dated, could use a tune up to be honest.. But it’s not too bad. If you’re not looking for anything fancy, then it does the job when you just want to have a drink with your mates. There’s 2 pool tables aswell.

Had a great night out watching Subourban rock the place😁 Less impressive was the bar attendant that was obviously new and struggled to even pour a beer. Service was slow which is unusual for this pub. The real sour note of the night was when the bouncer went on a roid rage, attacked another patron and had to be pulled off him by other staff. Then he started screaming at all of us to get out. It made us girls VERY uncomfortable and unsafe, so not sure if we would stick around after a gig again if he was there.

Was there for 2 different instances on 2 consequitive days. The food is good within the restaurant and service was wonderful both days. Be careful where you end up, restaurant is inviting but the bar with the pool tables is a little drab and dated.

Food was really well done and great value for both grown ups and kids! Nice to have a local eatery that we can visit again!

Great food and vibe and perfect family night out! We ordered a couple of entrees (salt and pepper squid + risotto seafood) and a giant Tomahawk steak. Cooked to perfection and soooo good! Highly recommend with great service and good value!
